It deserved a 5 Stars! ”
Pros :- Grand deluxe family room fits four adult size perfectly. Room faces Nakajima park and it was beautiful on winter morning. Bath room was huge with jacuzzi though I feel the jacuzzi is not suitable for winter use. There were four beds, one dining table with four chairs and a sofa. Theres a coffee machine for capsule coffee. Four capsules were provided courtesy of the hotel. There were so much room on window ledge for you to open your luggages. The toilet and bathroom was separated which was very good. There were two sinks in bathroom so things get speed up. Con : Not sure if the heater for bath room was spoiled, it was too cold during shower time. Please get technician to look at it. We had a great stay”
We got two triple rooms and stayed for 5 days. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very clean. The housekeeping cleaned our room thoroughly and replenished the amenities daily. The staff were always courteous. The hotel is situated in a less crowded area where there is a nice park in front. It's a few minutes walk to Hirohirabashi train station and Seicomart (convenience store.) It's also near the first stop (Nakajima Park) for the Airport Liner.

Big room for family ”
This is the largest room among the hotel we stayed in Sapporo. They provide 4 bed for 5 of us which is very comfort n spacious. Love the big bathtub n the wide window to overlook the park, mountain, and the city view. We cant get enough watching the beautiful view from our room. Kids enjoy playing snow in the park. However, the car parking space is limited u got to reserve a parking lot once u check in, otherwise u hv to park in the public parking area which is located about 3-5mins walking distance. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Awesome Location for Winter Holiday”
We were here during winter and the park right accross the road from the hotel turned into a small winter wonderland for the kids. The hotels facilites are fantastic, but do remember for families with kids, it is better to get the family suites or triple rooms.

Excellent hotel! Very clean, friendly staff, and convenient location to reach Sapporo Tower and other tourist attractions within a short amount of time. I will say the only thing that I didn't like was that there are three (YES, three) different versions of Hotel Mystays, which can draw much confusion & frustration for people who are visiting Sapporo for the first time. Other than that, definitely worth the money!

A delight to stay at this hotel! Facilities, staff and service was great, would definitely stay again! There's free shampoo and facial wash at the counter so no need to pack your toiletry. Hotel room was big and spacious.

Fantastic view. Very clean. Great staff.”
The room was large enough for a family of four sharing two beds and a small couch. We stayed 10 days. The view of the park was amazing. Very close to Horohirabashi station. A bit of a walk to Susukino but we did it most days. Staff very helpful and the room was cleaned daily.

We had an enjoyable 3 nights stay here. Location wise not very central but easily accessible via tram or subway which stops are not far from the hotel. More convenient to use a taxi if you have luggages though... Located across Nakajima koen, the view from the hotel room of the beautiful autumn foliage was amazing.

Room was spacious and near to subway. I have a big dbl stroller with me and was easefree. Washing and dryer was free and there are 3 which you dun have to wait unlike other hotel. Will come back for this hotel again.

Hotel is quite far from the city centre, but it's very close to Subway station and Nakajima Park, although the park was covered in snow during winter.
