Stayed 5 nights till 28/12/2022. Location is good. Very easy to get there. Walk underpass JR exit west gate exit 9 from JR station. Has many shoppings and dining. Has Lawson nearby. Though room a little small, we noticed they put in effort for little details like having both soft pillow and contour pillow on the bed，packed cleansing oil, toner and lotion available for self collection at lobby. Pantry room with ice machine, iron and ironing board snd microwave and beverage vending machine on certain floors. Washing machines with auto detergent input (300 yen) and dryer on 2nd floor. Praise the staff. Courteous and friendly counter staff. Also met a cleaner at the laundry room who tried her best to explain how to use the washing machine.. Thumbs up.

Got the Premier Twin Room for pretty cheap price, really big and spacious, worth the price. Love it that the toilet bowl is in a separate room from the shower, so one can shit while the other bathes at the same time.

Tiny room but great location”
Great location as its very close to Sapporo Station. Rooms are tiny with hardly any walking space. We had a room with 3 beds as we are a family for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). You have to grab your own amenities at the hotel lobby. Convenient stores and restaurants or fast food (MOS burgers) nearby. Its ok if a couple staying here but for a family is really tight and not much space where you can lay down your luggage to open it. Service is excellent.

Good Location with 3 min walk away from Sapporo Main Station, we rented here because next day need to rush to airport at morning, very good location if you want to take train at tomorrow early morning! 2. Staff are well trained and polite! English can speak well 3. Aloot shopping , restaurant as well as you are near the Sapporo Main station. Cons: 1. The room abit run down, need some paint or wallpaper replace perhaps. 2. The carpet are seem abit dirty, the color.
