Room was clean. Everything inside was modern and working. Only complain is small room size which is not unusual in Japan. There is complementary tea from 3-9pm. Checkout was done electronically and quick.

A decent hotel in the red light district”
The hotel is located in the red light district of Sapporo but it’s safe to walk around. I saw many travellers walking around with their luggages. 5-10 mins walk from the metro station and many restaurants near the hotel. Very clean room and friendly hotel staff. But if you need to take JR for one day tour, you need to transfer at Sapporo Station. Definitely value for money.

Sapporo Snow Festival (two nights stay) ”
Due to the last min booking and the two nights we stayed was the last two days of the Sapporo snow festival, the price was flying up high and over our budget. The location was strategic, the snow and light festival was just down to main street from hotel. Susukino station is 8-10mins away, it was abit far when you have your luggage together. The room was simple and compact with everything in it. Not really spacious, we hardly opened two big luggage bags. The receptionist were helpful and polite when we checked in and out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this Hotel.

Good deal during snow festival”
Stayed here during the snow festival and it was the best hotel we’ve checked-in on during our visit in Sapporo. Close to susukino and all the restaurants. New hotel. Clean facility. Nice staff. And decent amount of space inside the room. Hands down!

Super Super clean and big room and new facility (the hotel just open this year)”
Very clean place and comfortable bed, the room is big and separated bathroom and washroom. It just opened this year and everything is so new. It's near to the station Susunoki (2 station from Sapporo), you can also walk to Sapporo station (about 15 minutes). Will definitely come again.

Though the hotel is a little far from the main station, but its in a nice quiet area of town. Hotel is vey new, room is clean & comfortable. Its convenient that the airport bus stop is only 10 mins walk away - easy to just board the bus & arrive directly at the airport. Will stay again if i do come back to Sapporo

Great place to stay for Sapporo Snow Festival”
The hotel is located conveniently in Susukino, only about 5 minutes walk away from the train station. Very clean and new. The daily housekeeping is great as well. Overall, I think this hotel gives really good value for money, since every other hotel in the area charges 30% - 40% more during the snow festival easily. Recommended!

Receptionist who at the front desk are not good at English. A little bit difficult on communication, but still not bad when talking with body language. Reasonable price and good location. The hotel location is easy to find. I will stay here again.

new hotel in good location, small squeezy rooms”
The double room for 2 persons is really too tiny and squeezy for 3 luggages. I have to remove the chair from under the desk in order to open my luggage under the writing desk, and open the other luggage along the walk way (ie having to hop over it). The third luggage was opened against a corner of the room. It is really difficult to have a long stay in this hotel due to the space constraint. Also, there are no hooks in the toilet or in the room to hang towels, i had to have them change everyday as a result. Location is good, very near the night life of Susukino, and about 5 min walk from the Susukino subway exit (feels like 15mins walk in the freezing dec snowy nights). It does not have a direct subway exit outside the hotel. You need to walk about 3 blocks from the subway exit at Susukino (exit 5) to arrive at this hotel. There are many food options and a whole building of arcade entertainment after dark. It is a vibrant district / red light district near this area.

Many food options around. 5 min walk to a 7 story complex of arcade games opened late into the night. Convenience stores around. 10-15min walk to metro Susukino. Small rooms as expected in Japan. Nice place, good price, and will stay again.
