Couldn’t even stay in the hotel”
I reached at 10.00 in the night to Check-in. There was no body at the property to open the doors also. Tried hard for 10 minutes and returned to Hamburg at 11.30 night. Searched for hotels, got one room at 1.00 PM in Hamburg hotel and stayed. My money at this hotel has simply gone and I spent 80 euros on taxi to commute between Buxtehude train station and back. I expect my money back and do not suggest this property for stay specially for foreign travelers.

Friendly staff. Our room had a very bad smell all days we where there. We still dont know what earlier guests was doing. Some smell of cigarettes in the bathroom. And the staff couldnt do anything we where told. Other than that it was clean, very calm, 40 min to the central of Hamburg. You have stores like Lidl, and Aldo near the Hotel wich is amazing. Something really bad is if you dont have a car. And you have an early departure from the airport. You cannot find a cab late and thats was strange and chocking. We had to take take a 2 h long bus ride all the way to Airport. This information would have been good for us to know when we checked in. Bus 641 from Neugraben and then 605 from Rathausmarkt. We slept really good despite the smell. A bit far from the central but if i had a car i would come back.

Das Zimmer war um 14.00 noch nicht fertig. Wir haben Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht, in unserem aber wurde kräftig geraucht. Wegen dem Geruch haben wir schlecht geschlafen.

Wenig Leistung viel Profit”
Die Rezeption und der winzige Frühstücksraum liegen im Keller (kein Lift vorhanden). Das Zimmer muss im Voraus bezahlt werden und eine Kurtaxe muss extra noch gezahlt werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist klein. Dreckiges Geschirr vom Vorgast wird nicht abgeräumt und steht eine Zeit lang am Tisch. Es gibt zwei Gebäuden mit Zimmern. War vorher Altbau und es wurde nur das Nötigste renoviert. Die Zimmer sind winzig. Den Koffer kann man nicht mal auseinander klappen. Im Bad gibt es überhaupt keine Ablage für die Hygieneartikel, wir mussten den Klospülkasten als Ablagefläche nutzen. Der Duschabfluss war voller Haare, sodass das Wasser nicht abrinnen konnte. Der Verkehrslärm ist sehr laut trotz geschlossener Fenster. Der Preis ist viel zu hoch für die heruntergekommene Bude.

Hotel ist okay. Allerdings würde ich nicht mehr mit agoda buchen. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht, im Hotel stellte sich heraus, es gab nur die Möglichkeit zum Frühstück.
