Best part of this hotel was the breakfast. Although limited in variety, each dish was done very well and made the breakfast very enjoyable. Staff was very friendly and eager to recommend good food in the vicinity. The only downfall was the small room. May be difficult to fit a big luggage but thankfully i was backpacking and did not require much space.

the hotel was very easy to find from the rail station. within walking distance were all the main streets of nagano. the room was equipped with all the amenities. the staff were helpful and friendly. i liked having the breakfast on the bottom floor which was reasonably priced with a wide range of food to choose from. i will gladly come back to this hotel.

Good and clean hotel in central of Nagano city”
Hotel is clean and comfort, wifi is really high speed. Room is equipped with all necessary equipment which you do not need to bring anything e.g. Shampoo and conditioner, bath soap, toothbrush etc. The hotel is very close to Nagano station and bus station where you can walk around 5 minutes and there is one Starbuck nearby. You can easily connect the bus to see snow monkey.

Comfortable place to sleep after a day of exploring. The staff was pleasant with some limited English. The hotel is conveniently located two steps from the JR station and plenty of restaurants around. If I travelled solo to Nagano in the future I would stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is great if you are planning a short stay in nagano. It is super close to the station and has plenty of small eateries around the hotel. We were only staying in nagano to go see the ninja museum and it served me perfectly. As the train station was only a minute away.

I had an issue with the old airconditioner in my room. It wasn't adequate when it was over 30 degrees outside. Sometimes I was cool but I found myself sweating in the room by mid morning. I was offered a change of room but that was after 3 complaints and after I was quite settled. The staff were very helpful and they allowed me to change my booking last minute, which was very kind. The position was perfect and just a 1 minute walk from the station. I found the room to be even smaller than the usual and had to take out the desk chair to be able to fit my luggage inside. The bed was comfortable and generally would recommend it.

I stayed here with my adult daughter and we were able to have our own rooms because the price was lower than a lot of other hotels around but it was still clean, comfortable, staff were friendly and the breakfast was buffet style so lots of options, I would stay here again
