1. Booking deluxe room dengan spec queen bed. Pas masuk kamar ada 2 single bed. Waktu confirm ke receptionist, mereka cuma bilang "itu bisa digeser aja mas". What theee?! 2. Why you put the obscure glass as part of your fasad room. Your customer need privacy. Smh 3. Your toiletries are so cheap with that price. 4. Pintu toilet tidak bisa ditutup. 5. Suara kamar sebelah so disturbing karna ada connecting door.

Saya dan keluarga memilih hotel ini karena dekat dengan RSUP Hasan Sadikin. Tujuan kami ke Bandung memang hendak menjenguk saudara. Tarif hotel relatif murah. Fasilitas hotel menyesuaikan dengan harga yang murah. Pada bagian bawah restoran terdapat cafe yang catchy, Melbourne Kitchen. Saya menginap di deluxe, kamarnya agak kecil, sekitar 16m2. Kamar mandi bersih dan menurut saya cukup layak. Disediakan teko pemanas air tapi tidak disediakan kopi dan teh. Televisi masih tabung tapi ada saluran kabel. Sarapan hanya bisa memilih satu jenis dari menu yang telah disediakan. Rasanya lumayan. Minuman hanya ada pilihan teh dan kopi. Kesimpulan: untuk harga segitu, fasilitas hotel cukup. Tapi ada baiknya ditingkatkan lagi, misalnya ditambah teh dan kopi di kamar, TV diganti LED, sarapan lebih bervariasi, dsbnya.

unfortunately, it is quite difficult to find any food or even mini market near the hotel. the breakfast was not really interested, because the option was only fried rice, or bread. but overall, i think it's so comfortable, even it's not really big.

Not too bad value for money. However the room is noisy from outside due the reataurant downstair.

Small Hotel ”

On the arrival, the hotel put some flyers, promoting disc rate that actually far below from what we have paid to Agoda. The room is completely different with so many room pictures that they uploaded in Agoda website. The room feels like a cell rather than a hotel room because it's too narrow - no window. Also, so noisy because it's not soundproof. We can hear everything, loud and clear.They renovated the hotel with their own recycle old wooden material, as a result we can't close the ugly bathroom door. I have to put a trash can next to the bathroom door as a support to have the door closed. They also sell food and beverages as if the same price list in the Hilton. Breakfast is the worst I ever taste in so many hotels experince and at 09.00 am, we eat 'leftover' from other hotel guests.

Pleasent location if we going up to tangkuban as it in d mid way, but to the services, its quite poor, Breakfast only a periodic portion, room with clanqing sound which definitely disturb ur sleep but as to the front desk staff, they are very helpful. kithchen staf..i give them 2 out of 5 star

Small room lousy bathroom equipment”

Small room, hot water was not running, Aircon remote was not working, bad breakfast (running out of egg, ommelet, tempe/bean cake was dry, kerupuk/cracker was soggy, no staff in charge at breakfast room)

Near from airport”

If your flight early morning you can stay here , because you just not more than 5 minutes to reach airport
