I can`t say enough good things about this place. Convenient to bus, taxi, and 2 trains. Lots of good restaurants a large grocery store and many other things. The place is new and clean, good size room and bathroom. The staff is great.

The room is considered as spacious for hotels in Japan. The facilities are new and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location could be considered as convenient, but might not be too ideal if need to go to Kyoto station area frequently.

Went to Kyoto with my sister and I think this hotel is new. It is situated not too far from the main area where Nishiki market is... we can conveniently take a bus there and it is walking distance to the train station and also the train to arashiyama. This hotel is very clean, comfortable, and i think it is kinda big for a japanese room standard. There is definitely place for luggage! Overall staff are very friendly and helpful. I would love to come back as this area is quite peaceful. There are also many izakayas within walking distance from this hotel.

Nice space in the room. Great value. The only thing is the windows is not insulated so there is a cold breeze that comes through which can make people uncomfortable when sleeping, especially because the bed is so close to window. But its great hotel

It’s clean and cozy”
The bed doesn’t have odor, the interior of the building is new, the neighborhood is quite. But the soundproof of the room is so-so. If you stay there in the popular times, you may hear the sound from upstairs or the people who live near your room. Overall I still have a good experience in this hotel!

It’s a really nice hotel in the price was right, but the location sucks, it’s a long way from the train station with heavy bags, there is a complicated subway, route to get to the train station, but we couldn’t figure it out, we tried and gave up, it’s over a 20 minute walk, which is fine without bags, but not good with bags
