I stayed 1 night in a female dormitory room. The hotel is easy to access, elevator available, clean, comfortable bed, nice view from the room, clean bathroom, English-speaking staffs, smooth check-in and check-out process. everything was perfect. I wish i could stay longer :)

Perfect for short stay”
The room is clean and nice. Located close to a the Kikusui metro station, so it is very accessible. It has a nice cafe which serves also the breakfast. The food and beverages are good but choice is limited. Not all staff speaks English, but all are very helpful. An excellent choice for a stay of a couple of days.

The location was good, Family Mart just across the road. Staff unable to communicate with Mandarin or English, but them still will very nice and try to understand your needs. Room design was good, even on top of bed cabinet have 4 USB plug so that no need to use any international adapter.

Exceptional”
The location is excellent 3-5 mins from the nearest train station, and 15 mins to the nearest bus stop where you can ride a direct bus to the airport. There is also a Family Mart across the street and a restaurant and cafe at the ground floor. Body and face towels are provided everyday as well as night clothes. The facilities are good and clean. I would love to stay again in Hotel Potmum.

Will stay again next time”
I booked via Agoda app last minute and unfortunately booked the wrong room type (mixed). I sent a message if I could have it changed to a different one if available and I was glad they were able to accommodate the request. The place is nice and very clean. Amenities are great also. It's quite far from the main Sapporo/Odori/Susukino area but should not be a problem as you can take the Tozai line and alight 2 stops from Odori station. It's pretty near the station. Cafe on location is good, too. I can stay here again next time.

Just a short walk from Kikusui station Family mart just on the opposite side Very friendly staff with nice coffee shop on the first floor I booked a single room, which is very clean, modern, comfortable, with all the facilities required, and very private A very memorable stay! Will definitely come back if ever in Sapporo again :)

It's just near metro station for 5 min walking and very easy to reach downtown. However you can enjoy quiet time here. The staff are kind and friendly and the room is bigger than I expect. Really perfect experience here, I must stay here when I visit Sapporo next time.

I staied with my friend. They give to me domitory and my friend 1person room at same price. I don’t know why they give room like that both are perfect to stay. Neat room and I provide sleeping cloth, big towel, hand towel, tooth brush kit. I used friend’s shower room. But domitory shower room also perfect. But there are many people in peak time. 10min from neatest station. GOOD

We love everything and the new design in the room and toilet. The bed is very comfortable and there are plenty of power points. I love the water basin outside the toilet too, additional place to use water. The cafe hotel deco is very nice. Parking is also very convenient as it is just behind the hotel.

Clean and modern but lacked atmosphere”
Great modern hotel/ hostel. Our only suggestion would be to have sone sofas or outside space to enjoy as the main kitchen area opens right onto the rooms and can be quite loud. The coffee shop is very expensive and although the coffee was good, it wasnt worth $8 AUD and didnt have much atmosphere.

Stylish Hotel in Sapporo”
The hotel was very modern and had a cool design. I had a dormotory but there where just 3 cabins so it was not crowded and you had enough space for your luggage. The common space was fancy as well but there is one minus point: they have a kitchen but no equipment for cooking, not even cutlery. At the first floor they had a very cute cafe/restaurant, it was very cozy. Thanky you, I would stay here again. :)

I booked the hostel type in this hotel with 4 female dorms. The bathroom & toilet is outside the room and very clean. This hotel is near to Kikusui Station only walk less than 10 minutes. The hotel has coffee shop. Recommended for budget travelers.

The room and shower were clean and tidy, bed was comfort with good privacy. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a kettle and microwave in the public area so maybe have simple meal or eat out, they have a cafe at the first floor.

Large eating room but not a sitting lounge. No cooking just a microwave & a kettle. No servingware. I think they prefer you to eat & drink in their fancy coffee lounge downstairs. Nice bed, linen, full set of towels & lovely kimono lounge wear provided. Bathrooms are also very nice! Location is quite far from JR station.
