Great location ”
Good, we were on the second floor. The old lift only holds 3 people or one person and 2backpacks :) The carpet was not super clean, but the size of the room and. Bathroom was great. The Queen Mary is a great location to walk to everything in Budapest. Heads up on Metro tickets. We were fined $75.00 for not having enough metro stops on our ticket to the train station :(. Not impressed since we bought the metro tickets from the cashier -who knew we were going to the train station -which was approx 8 stops ( not 3). They don't care, it is up to you to know how many stops you need to purchase Grrrr

very pleasant stay. We were there with my parents - 80 years old- and they felt very comfortable in the hotel. We came by car - and the hotel doesn t have their own parking place- so the parking bill was quite expencive. Oter than that- I recommend this hotel!

Comfortable and central”
The room was nice. The shower was a hose and not a showerhead, but really that is okay. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were great. The breakfast was good and the juice fantastic. A good location.

Unimpressive”
Very lackluster experience compared to what we were given to expect from other reviews. Staff was very brusque and borderline rude, and you were not allowed to have the air conditioning on if you weren't in the room because you had to give the key card to the front desk whenever you exited the room.

Good location”
The hotel is situated close to down town, if you don't mind walking, you do not have to use public transport to reach the main sights. The room is big and clean. The furtiture is well used, but the bathroom is okay. I didn't like the breakfast.

Good location adverage Hotel”
The hotel was basic but clean. Mini bar was very reasonable if you needed some water etc. The area was reasonably quiet at night, yet within easy walking distance from some interesting bars. One thing to watch out for is the notice saying they charge is you check out after 10am, and before 12md. A little early, if you are there for the beer.

Worst place to be at.. ”
We had requested for a better ro2since an infant was traveling with us.. However, even after all requests we were given the 5th floor where the elevator did not reach.. Also, the room. Was so small on the 5th floor that we felt suffocated like anything.. We. Sat for 5 minutes more post breakfast time of 10am but we're asked to not happen the same tomorrow.. Where is hospitality in all this for a hotel which is in downtown of the city..

Great value hotel, super comfortable and great location”
The hotel is very well maintained and has been renovated very recently. Rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable (with AC) and staff are available 24/7 on front desk and very helpful. Breakfast is also very tasty and great value. Location I 2 minutes away from tram and bus stops. Small shops are 1-2 minutes walk away.
