great location, awesome hotel ”
Spent 2 days at the hotel during Sapporo Ice Festival after pandemic. Nice bath at 14th floor with all amenities and a rest room with free icebars. Room was clean and cozy. The location of the hotel is perfect! facing odori park and near susukino and the fish market, you can easily get to your room if you need more warm clothes, use toilet or leave you shopping bags. If you don't get the breakfast included you can walk 5 min to fish market and have sushi or fish bowl.

Superb location”
Just right in front of the famous Odori Park and clock tower. The airport liner bus stops and also picks up right in front of the hotel (bus 84 from the international terminal). This was so convenient because we didn't have to drag our heavy luggages through the streets of Sapporo. The location is so centralised and strategic that we could just walk to many attractions within the city ie. Susukino, Nijo Market etc etc The open bath at the top floor is a total gem and was really soothing after a long day of walking in town. Plus, there is also a self service laundromat. The room isn't very big, but it's just nice for 2 person with 2 large suitcase and 2 large backpacks.. cozy if you know how to arrange your stuffs nicely. Would definitely stay here again!! I am already missing the open bath.

The hotel is next to Odori park. The stop for airport bus is right outside of the hotel. The breakfast is basic but has enough items. The public bath is a little small but decent. So overall it is good for my k in me night stay 👌

We were there last February 3-11, 2020. For the Sapporo Snow Festival. The main Festival grounds (Odori Park) is just across the street. Food stalls and ice sculptures are right in front of the hotel. Very near the convenience stores. Very near the entrance to the underground shopping mall. The covered street shopping area is at the back. There is also a tram station that is very near. The best part is the airport shuttle bus will drop off and pick up passengers right in front of the hotel. And there is no need to make a reservation when going back to the airport...the bus will pick up its first passengers at the hotel. There is also a nice Italian bistro on the ground floor. The food is superbly delicious. On the downside, the room is small (which is very common among Japanese Hotels). But who cares, we were outside most of the time enjoying the beauty of Sapporo. Yearning to go back.

Love this hotel! Its not that big but its very accessible. So close to the train station. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We got the park view room so we enjoyed the view of Odori park its just across the hotel. We will definitely stay here again when we go back😊

Great location and easy access to all tourist spot! Surrounded with tons of restaurants all walking distance. Highly recommended this hotel. Room are real spacious….I can open up 3 luggage flat in the room! Reasonable pricing for sure will stay here again

Will be back. Price is reasonable for such convenient location. It's a 1 minute walk from Odori Station (West Exit 3). Odori Park is right opposite the hotel. My room wasn't facing the park though, but that didnt mind me at all. (Highly recommend if you're staying at Sapporo for winter illumination.)

Very convenient location”
Highly recommended!! Near the Odori Station, Exit number 3 (once you see Exit 3, take the one to the right). Also convenient as 2 bus companies (Chuo Bus and Hokuto) picks up passengers in front of the hotel going to and from the Chitose Domestic/International terminals for 1,100 yen each. Near the Odori attractions and Odori station is connected to the Pole Town (underground shopping district just like Namba Walk). Staff are courteous and accommodating.

Room is clean. Location of hotel is fantastic. It is opposite Odari Park, very near to train station and walking distance to the shopping areas. The hotel lobby has very nice essential oil aroma. In the room, other than the usual fabric refresher and disinfectant, they also provide a bottle of essntial oil aroma spray.

Well located hotel. Although the rooms aren’t big, they are perfectly appointed with everything you need. The location is amazing for walking around all that Sapporo has to offer. The public bath (se to) is quite nice. I would stay again.

Lovely hotel with the best view”
I’ve enjoyed my stay here thoroughly that I decided to book another two days upon returning from another town. I’ve also requested for the same room because the view of Odori Park from my room was awesome! The hotel is also very centralised! Also, it’s very clean and comfy with lovely aroma therapy (love the scent!). Thank you so much for helpful staffs at the counter too!

Perfect location”
The location of the hotel is simply perfect. Easy access to public transit, wonderful view towards Odori Park, very close serveral Sapporo hotspots and a airport shuttle bus stop right in front the main entrance. Only thing I notices was quite a bit of mold around the window. But while not optimal, given the general climate of Sapporo probably hard to avoid.
