Nice small hotel room”
The room facilities are good and clean, i personally like the heater in the shower room as I can heat up my clothes after washing. The only downside is the location is a bit far from nearest metro station. The bed is quite small for 2 persons.

On my trip visited to Japan , I stayed at 4 hotel for got experience . Shin Poin Hotel is the one of best hotel I have been . Location is very convenient, just take your time around 10min for go to Namba and 5min for go Tennoji station or Qmall . Staff kindly and friendly , always support for foreigner guest . When I have a problem for wrong booking they really try to help me a lot . Room is very clean and bigger than other hotel in Osaka. I will come back here for next trip 🥰🥰🥰

This hotel is tranquil and relaxing. It is conveniently located next to the prime areas. The hotel is equipped with two parking spaces. The staff there are very helpful, especially a cheerful young lady Yu. She can speak fluent English and is always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and the design of the toilet area is thoughtful. The toilet and the bathroom is separated, so when one guest is taking a shower, the other can still use the toilet.

A big no no!”
I wish I could rate a zero star for this booking. Location - nearest station is 750m away and for whatever reason sometimes google will guide you to 1.3km one. Too bad both days were raining day! Pricing- The most expensive hotel I booked during my 10 days trip in Japan and the room size can’t even allowed me to open up my luggage bag. The bed is so funny with 4 wheels, so we are keep moving whenever anyone turns on the bed. Cleanliness- Aware! Must place the “ clean my room” tag outside the room before 10am. Anything after that they won’t entertain! Overall not a good stay, hardly see other hotel guests like the rest of the hotel in Japan.

とても綺麗で、よかったです。 スタッフの方達も、親切でした。 今度は家族で来てみたいです。 ただ、最初に、タクシーのに乗ってホテルに行くのに名前ではわからず、住所伝えても、わからず、苦労しました。次からは、勝山通りのホテルと伝えるとすぐわかってくれました。

マンション？”
造り全体はちょっといいマンションのようでした。ユニットバス、ミニキッチン、トイレ、洗面台も別です。水廻りがすべて分かれているので、家族や友達同士で泊まっている人は快適だと思います。でも部屋がキンキンに冷えていて、エアコンの暖房が全く効かず、震えて寝ました。野宿レベルの寒さでした。廊下も屋外ですし、チェックイン前に部屋は適温にしておく必要があると思います。それ以外は問題なしでした。

とても綺麗なところでした！マンションの一室みたいなホテルで、とてもお安く泊まれたし大満足です。ただ駐車場が近隣のコインパーキングの為、少し歩かなくてはいけないのとコンビニも少し遠いです。 でもそれ以外はとても良かったので、また近くに来た際は利用したいと思います。

駅から意外と遠いかったですが、部屋は大きくて快適でした。レンジレンジの中だけが汚れましたが、後は綺麗に清掃されてました。
