If you are here to ski, this hotel has everything you need. Close to the bus stop, central location, equipment storage/dry room, Onsen bath, nice room with a massage chair, etc. Food could be better. Staff here are very attentive and accommodating. Very nice people.

A simple yet cozy experience”
At the most convenient location next to the Hasuike bus stop, the hotel offers a simple yet cozy stay for travellers and hikers of the Shiga Kogen. The meals are unexpectedly impressive, using a lot of greens and local ingredients. Onsens are very good too, helping to relax the tiredness of a day of hiking in the hills. Recommended for those who want a tranquil, soothing and warm stay.

Great location to ski in the shiga kogen area. Shuttle bus stop to ski slopes, yudanaka and monkey Park is right next to hotel. Walkable ~50m to nearest ski slope. Staff were excellent. They rent ski equipments and sell ski passes too. Will definitely return.

Incredible staff and a great time”
The staff made our trip incredible. The private Onsen was used daily and rooms were older but comfortable. Daily breakfast and dinner are deliciously prepared and on a five day rotation. Ski rentals were excellent quality and affordable. The location was great with a car; can’t comment on busses as we drove everywhere. Only improve the to be recommended is that the western beds are quite hard by American standards. We will return!

Great place and easy access to snow field”
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and tidy, our room included breakfast and dinner. The food was good (Japanese style food) you can hire everything you need for the snow.

部屋にエアコンがなかったのがマイナス。高原なので涼しかったのですが、お風呂あがりはエアコンがないので部屋が暑く感じました。 冷蔵庫の冷えも少し悪いかも。 料金のわりに食事は期待以上に豪華で部屋も綺麗だったので良かったです。

3回目の宿泊ですが、トレッキング前に立ち寄り、天気予報やトレッキング時間、バスの時間等を教えてもらってから出発します。何時も的確にアドバイスしてくださり、夕方チェックインするときも気持ち良く迎えていただき、楽しい旅になっています。

酒店鄰近蓮池站，步行30秒到酒店，酒店後面就係滑雪場，步行二分鐘就到，如愛你鍾意上志賀高原滑雪，呢間酒店可以說港人不二之選，早餐及晚餐好豐富，每天都唔同款式，酒店員工非常親切及有禮貌，語言英文一般，基本對答溝通無問題，酒店有獨立風呂及公共浴場免費使用，地下一樓有便利商店，二樓有哈根大師雪糕機及飲品販賣機，房間夠大乾淨，燈光柔和，大堂及每層電梯口有免費按摩椅使用，總括來說下次上志賀高原一定要再入住白樺莊
