Great Onsen Hotel with Great Meals”

This hotel is located conveniently, with only 3 minutes walk from the Subway Karasuma Line Gojo Station and about 18 minutes walk from the Hankyu Kawaramachi train station. The staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful and the welcome drink is great upon arrival. There are 2 public onsen to choose and you can book for private onsen to enjoy your hot water bath in private. The facility and water temperature in the public onsen with wooden base is especially good. We enjoyed most is the dinner with great appetizer, main course and many side dishes. It is very elaborate and substantial and great value for money. The traditional Japanese breakfast provided is also very delicious. Nearby also has eateries for those who dine out and shopping in Nishiki Market is a short walk from Kawaramachi Station. The souvenir stall at the hotel reception has many varieties and priced reasonably, worth taking a look. Overall I enjoyed my stay and look forward to return to this great hotel.

Poor facilities (Kettle)”

Kettle was in poor condition (dirty, hazard) and not able to be utilized to boil water. Things don't get better even after consulting counter staff for a few times. Luckily there is a 7-11 nearby and we manage to get hot water from there. Staff don't speak good English (or not at all) but they did tried hard to communicate. Location is good, near to Gjon area and Kiyomizu-dera. Taxi easily available although train station is a bit distance away. Cleanliness could be better but overall acceptable.

Traditional Accommodation ”

It's our first time staying in Ryokan theme hotel, but we got very warm welcome. Albeit the staff have limited English and we also have limited Japanese Language, they tried their best to communicate with us. One thing impress me is when the old lady whenever it's breakfast or dinner, She trying her best to teach us how to eat the traditional food. Even the food is weird for us, yet the taste is very delicious. Our critics maybe the Public bath water temperature, my friend mad when he found the water in public bathroom cold(Maybe due to crowded hour, and the water still not changed yet). Talking about the location also good, you can go to Kiyomizu temple on foot, or go to nearby station(kiyomizu-gojo) to Gion area or Fushimi Inari-taisha. I'll back to this Ryokan someday, although it's bit expensive.

We had a pleasant stay in Shuhokaku Hotel. The communication with the employes was a bit difficult because their english but they were very friendly and helpful so at the end everything was fine.

Hotel calme avec petite boutique dans le hall - personnel attentionne - mais peu comprennent ou parlent anglais / Francais Chambre spacieuse - hotel relativement priche de la gare - mais il faut toujour un taxi pour se rendre sur les lieux de visites ou animes Peti dejeuner Japonais copieux et bon - mais s'il vous plait, ces moquettes dans les couloirs (4 eme etage) ... changez les !

ประทับใจมากๆ โดยเฉพาะอาหารเช้าและเย็น,ห้องพัก สถานที่ก็เดินทางง่ายใกล้สถานีรถไฟ ร้านสะดวกซื้อและป้ายรถเมล์ ห้องอาบน้ำอันใหม่ก็สวยมาก แถมมีแชมพูให้เลือกใช้ทุกยี่ห้อ ขนมต้อนรับในห้องก็อร่อย ห้องพักก็ใหญ่มาก มีชุดยูกาตะให้สำหรับผู้หญิงด้วย น่ารักมาก ตอนบ่ายหากมาcheckin ก็มีเครื่องดื่มไว้ต้อนรับ ทั้งร้อนและเย็น

โรงแรมทำบรรยากาศได้น่ารักดีค่ะ ฟอนต์ด้านหน้าก็ดูแบบญี่ปุ่นดี มีชุดยูกาตะให้ใส่เล่นในโรงแรม แล้วก็มีบะหมี่ให้กินฟรีด้วย (ออกแนวงกชอบของฟรี = =') แล้วก็ที่ปลื้มที่สุด ก็คืออาหารเช้าอร่อยมากค่ะ คุณป้าที่เป็นพนักงานเสริฟดูใจดี เติมข้าวให้ตั้งหลายทีแหน่ะ ^^ ข้อเสียคือ พนักงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้อ่อนมาก ถามอะไรเป็นไปได้ค่อนข้างลำบาก แค่อธิบายเซอวิสของโรงแรมยังลำบากเลย ก็เลยไม่กล้าถามทาง ต้องงมเอาเองจากแผนที่ แล้วก็ทางไปโรงแรมลำบากมากกกกกก ต้องนั่งรถเมล์มาลงป้ายไกลๆแล้วลากกระเป๋าเดินมา วันที่ไปฟ้าใสไม่ค่อยเท่าไหร่ แต่วันฝนตกแล้วลากกลับนี่ก็หนักหนาเอาการเหมือนกันค่ะ ,, โรงแรมเชคอินได้ช้ามากๆ คือบ่าย 3 ทำให้เสียเวลาเที่ยวเยอะเลยเหมือนกัน เชคเอาท์ก็เช้ามากๆคือ 10 โมง สมมุติว่าถ้าอยากจะเอนจอยในโรงแรมนี่เป็นไปไม่ได้เลย = =' ,, บ่ออาบน้ำรวมค่อนข้างเล็ก อ่างแคบมากๆ เคยไปอาบที่ฮาโกเน่ ใหญ่โตมโหฬาร อันนี้เลยกลายเป็นอาบในถังยังไงยังงั้น = =' มีห้องอาบน้ำให้ 2 แบบคือแบบหิน กับแบบไม้ แบบหินบรรยากาศไม่ได้เลยอ่ะ เหมือนอาบน้ำที่บ้าน = = ก็เลยไม่มีใครยอมอาบ ไปอัดกันในอ่างไม้กันหมด อ่างจะแตกเอา T^T คนเยอะเกิน ไม่สนุกเลย.... ส่วนห้องนอน ห้องกว้างดี ดูสวย แต่ห้องน้ำในห้องแอบอับ น้ำรั่ว แล้วก็ดูน่ากลัวไปนิดค่ะ

性价比高，酒店位置也不错，地铁下来走大概200米。酒店带泡汤，基本没有人，每天出去回来泡泡太舒服了。前台服务也不错，还帮忙订饭店，并且热心的把饭店位置打印出来，棒棒哒！

很棒”

酒店位置在清水寺附近，之前看评价说是走十五分钟就到，可是十五分钟的大上坡也是很要话说啊，离京都车站有点距离，公交到了还要步行一段。除了地理位置不是太方便其他都超棒的，日式榻榻米，干净卫生，服务也绝对没话说的好，最棒的就是自带温泉，每天在外面累到半死回来泡个温泉立马满血复活，温泉很干净，十一二点一个人都没有，也不会因为没穿衣服尴尬。

性价比很好的酒店”

1.酒店位置很好，走路去清水寺20分钟，10分钟就可以走到鸭川，隔壁就是便利店和饭馆。 2.相对于日本酒店，房间宽敞，有阳台，一大一小两张桌子，我们三个女生入住，行李什么都很好放。 3.有三处浴场可以泡汤。 4.早餐丰富，日式，如果吃得习惯的会很好。 5.入住的日本客人多，前台的英语比较弱，但是服务态度还是很棒的。下雨都可以免费借伞什么的。
