Excellent from beginning to end. Only drawback is the no wifi connectivity from the room, making the wifi lounge crowded a time. Otherwise, perfect service, facilities, ambience. Will definitely return

Very close to the Goryn snow resort. Nice buffet breakfast. ”
Breakfast is nice! Hotel is very close to Goryn Snow Resort but little bit far from the nearest JR station and bus stop. We reserved a shuttle bus service to pick up from bus stop to their place. However, the driver arrived 45 mins late! Besides, we booked their outdoor onsen for 30mins/1000yen, but don't know why their staff ask me to leave earlier in advance, afterward the staff said was their mistake for the booking. It made us really not enjoy for their onsen!
