Location: perfect, very close to the JR station and MIDORI shopping center Staff: polite, helpful Room: decent size, clean, comfortable bed, equipped with air purifier Breakfast: reasonable price, mostly japanese food, good taste Overall: good experience staying here, would love to stay again next time

Convenient, functional and clean”
Location is perfect, literally across the road from the train station. Comes with a bathtub, basic toiletries, mini fridge, hair dryer, extension cords, almost everything you’d likely need. Basic items (toothbrush, teabags, etc) are obtainable from the lobby to prevent waste I assume, but it’s fine and easy enough to do so.

I arrived on the shinkansen before the 3pm check in time, but the staff allowed me to check in a little early because my room was ready. This hotel is very close to the bus stops for hakuba and shiga kogen. The staff advised me on the best times for breakfast and they were right. Easy to explore Nagano or get back on the train as it is so close to the train station.

Very near the subway and relatively cheap. It’s not located on the noisy side of Nagano station so that is definitely a plus to those that dislike street noises. 10/10 would return!

Nagano Station”
Great location for a late arrival into Nagano station from Haneda or Narita. We arrived late & the bus to Shiga Kogen left the next morning from the station, just across the road. Room was small but ample facilities for the night. I think the bus to Hakuba goes from here as well.

Worth for money and excellent location”
The hotel is located right opposite the road to the Nagono Station East Exit, it can be accessed via a footbridge. This East Exit is the location for bus terminal to various locations including famous skiing mountains like shiga Kogen and hakuba. The hotal and room are very tidy with self service check-in / checkout machine. There are many restaurants and shops nearby.

Location is quite convenient (literally a walking distance from the train subway station and a few blocks away from food and bar strips) at an affordable price in Japan hotel standards. It's mostly self-service, yet still very efficient.

Good location just next to Nagano Station”
Hotel is located in good location. Walking distance to Train Station. Near Bus Stop (23) [ Snow Monkey]. Though the air-conditioning system is quite old, still ok with that.

Good n convenient hotel . Railway station just across the road . The bus station to snow monkey park also just across the road near train station. Ask tourist info at train station where to buy the snow monkey park plus bus pass.

Hotel just in front of East Exit from Nagano station,just few mins walk from station.Friendly staffs. Condition of the hotel was look old but clean. 7-11 just beside the hotel.
