Best value/price ratio i've ever had for a hotel.”
Service is awesome, rooms are beautiful and feel very recently updated with modern comforts. 12 sockets to charge your phone, etc. We have too often that there are not enough sockets to charge our appliances in hotels. There is even a LAN port and HDMI port on the wall which allowed us to hook up my laptop to the TV and watch our own streaming services with auperfast internet (relatively speaking. It was 100mbps, for hotels, this is top of the line in my experience). The speed of service was astonishing and very accommodating. To top it all off i had the most varied and expansive breakfast I've had in my life. Tons and tons of local cuisine and dishes! Lots of indonesian streetfood i would notmally hesitate to eat at a warung as it might give me stomach troubles (or worse). Ive actually eaten things that i never got to try before. Truly an extraordinarily varied breakfast of the highest quality. Overall, 5 star rating doesn't suffice. I would give 6 if i could. If you ever stay in Yogjakarta, don't even consider any other hotel, just stay at tentrem, you won't regret it.

Top Notch Experience, Truly a 5 Stars Hospitality”
This is my very first time stay at this hotel. During my Jogja's trip i decided to end this trip with this hotel, and im glad that my decision was right. This hotel really fulfilled my expectation. The checkin process was smooth, i got welcome drink at the lounge while waiting for the room to be ready. This hotel is huge and have many facilities. The Deluxe Room is very spacious, some of them has Bathtub and Balcony and luckily i got one. What i like about the room is, the bed have 7 pillows and offer different size of pillow. Unlike any other hotel that usually have 4 pillows. I spent my Afternoon at the pool, the swimming pool is big and very nice ambience. The breakfast was delicious, they have many choices and variety of food. Ranging from Local Indonesian, Western, Indian, Chinese and Japanese. And the highlight was the Jajan Pasar Corner, they have plenty of traditionals kueh and its really a good & unique experience. Overall i really love this hotel, the property offered you luxury at its finest. The service also 5 stars, especially The Lady at Front Desk who assisted me during checkin, she was really warm & helpful. Thank you Tentrem, i would definitely come back if i come to Jogja anytime soon.

The one that meets expectations ”
The room is big, clean and has a balcony with a pool view, just as requested (appreciated it!) and free mini bar. The staffs were friendly and polite, also helpful. Breakfast was varied, taste good. It was a staycation that meets our expectations, will come back again.

Tentrem is a very nice hotel. There are some reasons for that: clean comfy and quiet room. With double glass window the noise from outside is reduced significantly; spacious areas. Room is spacious, other areas are spacious; smells good. When you arrive the aroma in the lobby is very nice; breakfast is complete and you can chose different kind of food; nice gym and spa.; the area is not too crowded; if you are lucky you can bump up with celebs

Pretty Indonesian Hotel ”
The hotel's ambience feel really nice with a lot of Indonesia culture. The spa facility was worth to the price and have really good therapist skill too. The room is clean, comfy with a worth rate price as a 5 star hotel. There's also good pool and a nice kids playground too. The restaurant has a lot of good foods for bfast and also welcome with a special request for vegetarian menu. We'll for sure be back.

Best place to restore your energy”
Being able to stay for couple of days in Tentrem hotel was really an advantage as we all enjoyed the room, food, and facilities. The bed, pillows, and bedsheets were smooth and comfy...took us to full rest and deep sleep experiences!. The variety of food during breakfast were excellent and staffs were kind and helpful. The hot water pool and sauna were our favorite to do after having day activities. All in all, this hotel always be our destination to stay while visiting Jogja.

The best hotel... Excellent service. The staff is very friendly, nice and helpful. Room was superb, very clean, spacious and very comfortable. Wide variety of buffet breakfast. And that makes this hotel more the best. My daughter left her handphone at Tentrem, and the hotel team help us for storing and sending the handphone to our residence in Tangerang Selatan. All time favorite hotel in Yogya”
Tentrem has always been my favorite hotel to stay whenever I visit Yogyakarta. On this visit, the hotel is fully booked, but the staffs still manage it pretty good. I came at 15.30, it's half an hour late from the check in time and I still have to wait for an hour for my room. The staff asked me to wait in the lounge or by the pool area while enjoying the welcome drink. The breakfast area was quite packed, but I never have to queue to get a table. The staffs were helpful and friendly as always. Keep up the good service!

We ordered room service soon after for our late dinner and happy the quality and taste of food were excellent. They have wide varieties of breakfast buffet but the BEST HIGHLIGHT of all was on our 3rd day. One of their staff noticed that i was not eating, came forward to offer us if their chef could make us something that is not on the buffet! I didn't have appetite in the morning but changed my mind immediately. We would like to extend our thanks to Mr Endri Permana Momongan - Director of food and beverage and Team for the memorable and EXCELLENT SERVICE. Upon checking out I forgot the parking ticket was with me while my husband collect the car. Their reception quickly initiative to contact the guard at parking to inform the situation. We would definitely love to come back to this hotel and all other Tentrems Experience.

The whole experience was fantastic. They have beautiful rooms, an enormous ballroom. Gym with almost all the machines you can ask for. A great swimming pool, including changing rooms with hot pool and sauna, various restaurants. Spa with different care treatments. The breakfast had a lot of staff working in several stalls there. Maybe overcrowded but offered many different courses. Fabulous experience. I will come back for sure.

Take a long time to check in and my room wasn't ready yet, but they gave complementary welcome drink. The room is very amazing clean, so make us comfort in this pandemic situation. The pool also clean. Room service dinner is so quickly and delicious too. The Breakfast is amazing delicious and so many variant menu. This is what i called 5star breakfast. Absolutely amazing experience staying at Tentrem. The rooms are large and spotless. Staff was extremely warm and professional. My personal favourite was the spa and sauna facilities with the jacuzzi and plunge pool. 1 thing that could be improved though is the way ordering room service work. They direct us to order through whatsapp but response was very slow and inconsistent. Sometimes they don't respond at all so there's no way of knowing whether the order has been confirmed. Overall I would definitely make Tentrem my go-to hotel in Yogyakarta. Def would recommend!

That was amazing journey to get back to this hotel again after 3 years ago. Still clean and tidy room. But, We have to pay breakfast for my child (12 years old).. Hopefully, the hotel give a consideration breakfast for kids free under 15 years old, not 12.y.o. Keep in Success!!

The hotel room is clean and they give you free minibar. Staffs are polite, nice and helpful. You can enjoy your welcome drink in the pool side or their cafe. The pool floor is very pretty. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variant and most of them are delicious. There's outdoor section if you're worried to eat indoor. There's also kids playroom that you can access on friday, saturday and sunday.
