Lovely small hotel run by friendly people ”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and the room was excellent and very spacious. We felt like the photos online didn't really do it justice as it was an excellent standard of accommodation, located between Nagano train station and Zenko-ji.

We spent 3 nights at the Unicorn hotel and the room was really nice. Japanese style, very clean, and the staff was very kind and helpfull. I really recommend this hotel for the price it's worth it.

The price is definitely cheap but the location and the room itself are dissatisfying.”
The hotel room has this weird and almost uncomfortable interior design(wallpaper and very dim lights). There’s a shared microwave on the hallway and a smoking area. I don’t know why but the hotel front door is an automatic one and never seems to be locked. The bathroom is however very very spacious, it’s probably the only good thing about this hotel.

連絡がつかない”
チェックイン前に荷物の預かりのことなど聞きたかったのに連絡がつきません。15時前は一切シカトです。結果15時まで待ちました。チェックイン時に5000円の鍵の預かり金も知らなかったです。しかも無人でメモが貼ってあります。不安でしょうがありませんでした。あと、ここ元ラブホです。今もラブホです。

長野駅からは徒歩で17分ほど。権堂駅、善光寺へのアクセスはとても良い。商店街のすぐ近くなので飲食店やコンビニが近くて便利でした。 もともとラブホテルだったような雰囲気のホテルですが、浴室が広く、電子レンジとケトルが廊下にあり、快適でした。 チェックイン時間前に訪ねても受付には誰もおらず、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりは有料、という点は不便だが、まあこの価格ならOK。

房間跟浴室都很大，雖然感覺有點老舊但裝潢很漂亮，房間內有小冰箱很方便，插座有點少，有需要充電的話記得帶延長線，下次如果有機會還會再來。
