The 3 bedroom is tiny but if you just use it to rest and go back out to universal it’s perfect! Plus that shower is amazing and with Lawson connected to the hotel you basically have everything you need! And having Citywalk right across the street helps! I do have to say ask for more key cards because your keycard is used for powering the room the elevator and even the Lawson doors

The hotel is clean and new. Thoughtful designs throughout. We had the family room and the layout was really good. It did not feel cramped for the four of us. Quality amenities provided. Staff, Sawada, was amazing. He went above and beyond with a late night request for help. Very grateful to him! Thank you! Would highly recommend to those who do not mind walk a couple hundred metres more than the other hotels in Universal City.

Nice hotel with reasonably large room at reasonable low prices. A few minutes’ walk away from Universal City Station. Friendly check-in staff who helped us store our luggage prior to check-in time and luggage were sent up to the room when we checked in late evening after exploring Dotonburi.

We stayed here for 2nights to visit USJ with my 5yo son. The bathroom is separated from the toilet and has a really big bath tub. Their amenity is great, very roomy guest room and super clean overall. Has a convenience store connected to the hotel and very convenient for everything. I will definitely come back again!

A very convenient hotel!”
Initially we only booked the hotel for 1 night because we want to take our children to USJ. But as soon as we arrived at the hotel and got into our room, we decided to extend our stay because it was too good! Very close to USJ. Right in front of train station and has lawson in the lobby. The room was spacious, clean and kids friendly! We really enjoyed our stay :)

if you are gonna visit usj with babies, i highly reccommend this hotel.. they got it all. from crib, to baby bath tub, to baby shampoo, bouncer. i also love the breakfast buffet.. the staff are also nice and good that it has convinience store inside the hotel.

24 Hour convenient store on the 1st floor, can purchase park tickets from ticket counter (Open 7am-8pm), less than a 5 minute walk to the park and less than a 2 minute walk to the nearest train station (Universal City). Friendly staff, clean rooms, great water pressure.

It was a quiet weekend at USJ I think so we got a good price but we'd happily pay more. Beautiful room in brightly decorated and fun hotel. More for families than couples perhaps but we loved it. So much attention to detail and steps away from USJ and City Walk. Staff were especially good and everything was so efficient. Thank you.

Stayed at this hotel with our three kids (9, 7, 3) for 4 nights for summer vacation. A short walk to the Universal and the train station, which made exploring Osaka easy. Pay a little extra and pay in advance for breakfast! The food is amazing and the staff super friendly. Having a built in Lawson's on the first floor was an added bonus for snacks and dinner one night when we were all too tired to go out to eat. We will definitely stay here again when we come back. Highly recommend it!

Nice hotel! Looks very new and clean. We stayed in the 11th floor, from the window of our room you can see part of the USJ. USJ and train station was walking distance and there are a lot of restaurants across the street. Overall, we are satisfied with the room and location.
