I enjoyed staying there for 5 nights. The hotel is near to Hommachi station which has 3 main metro lines. Buffet breakfast menu is very limited but cost only 800yen. Overall I would recommend and definitely come back again

Good location, very clean rooms”
I love the location of the hotel. It’s just a 5min walk to Hommachi Station. You can also walk to Shinsaibashi If you prefer to sight seeing of aome of the restaurants around the area. It’s a 20min walk to Dotonbori Bridge. You can either walk or take the subway to Shinsaibashi or Namba station. I love the room, it’s very clean. They change bath towels everyday. They refill shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toiletries everyday. The room is a bit small but it’s okay. The bed is super comfy. Okay for 2 people. They have tv (which we never use since we’re always outside) they have hair dryer and I love how clean and white the bathroom is. They also have 2 sets of night wear (medium size) so you don’t have to bring pjs. You can use their night wear to save space on your luggage. We have 2 large luggages and 2 small luggages. It fits well as long as you open the luggage one at a time. The hotel is new and super clean. The attendants and receptionist are all very friendly. I love everything about this hotel.

The room is small, but to this price, the location is very convenient, a few minutes walk to Honmachi station and Shinsaibashi. Also the condition in the room is clean.

This hotel was clean and has enough free amenities. Nonetheless, it was less than 40dollars. Also, the location is perfect because it is close to Sinsaibashi station, which is the one of the most crowded and famous stations.

Great service, but the room was very small”
The hotel is in a prime district in Osaka, around 5-10 mins walk to Shinsaibashisuji, so shopping and daily commute was very easy. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and can communicate adequately in English. The hotel offers fun activities like calligraphy lessons and kimono rental services. Though we didn’t get to enjoy them, it’s great for more laid-back travellers who are spending more time in the hotel. One thing to note though, is that the time for these activities is a bit odd (1400-1600). The cleaning service was thorough and they provided toiletries for you, even small things like hair ties. High quality bath products provided, my hair was so smooth after using them. One thing to mention is that the room (613) was really quite small; we can’t open our suitcases without tripping over it. Not much room to walk around. Not much view so we kept the curtains closed. The pillow was also kinda off, it made my neck muscles sore. I think you can request a better one (I didn’t)

Hotel located very near Shinsaibaishi and Dotonbori, which are the prime food and shopping areas in Osaka. The room, while not large, was big enough for me and my husband. Room facilities were good. Floor was quiet. We even got to use their self-service laundry. Staff was great, too! Courteous, polite and always smiling and ready to help. We requested for extra pillows. They said that there was limited supply, but were still able to grant our request. We will definitely come back here. Keep it up!

Hotel is very new, has ice machine and microwave on the ground floor. But extra 700yen if you want to use the common room. I hope they can open the common room for guests because their lobby is tiny. And sometimes you need a place to sit and hang around since the room is not huge and if it's raining outside. They should just charge for the people who use the soft drink machines. My room is on the 4th floor and the window is facing a flat wall so it was a dark room but it was a double bedroom so for 3200yen I am not complaining. Last thing is I hope they can remove all the covid measures because covid is just a flu to promote mRNA vaccines and PCR tests.. It's unbelievable that after 2.8 years, most people still believe it's pandemic and wearing mask all day long. :-) 部屋は壁向き黒い部屋だったけど、ベッドが広くてうれしいっす。部屋も清潔、臭みがなく。1階広い部屋に入るのは700円かかるのは残念、ソフトドリンク飲まないので、狭い部屋に閉じこむより、外を見える、ゆったりできる場所でちょっと休憩したかった。でも３千円ちょっとで泊まれるのはありがたい。また泊まりたいと思います。

Though the rooms were quite tiny, the service/cleanliness/technology/staff/breakfast etc was excellent. Location is also convenient, about 1.5km walk to Dotonburi, with lotsa restaurants & Family marts along the way. Definitely will visit again and will recommend to people going there.

All staff were accommodation, from front Front desk, Restaurant and Room Attendant.. You can get unlimited amenities, toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, ear cotton buds, green tea and etc. They will also find way to assist you for your queries. Near from the subway and 7 eleven and restaurants. Remember subway exit via 16 is the nearer but the most nearest is exit 15, u just take steps up going outside. If you have luggages its really difficult for you to go outside but for us it doesnt matter as long as it is the nearest exit going to the hotel. Room everyday cleaned, bathroom is ok with bath tub, semi double is quiet ok for us. Theres a free rental kimono, you can borrow and wear it the whole day outside. Staff were friendly. I will go back to this hotel when I will go back to osaka. Just be careful with the telephone they charge you even if you only call local. They insisted that I called abroad but I didnt. I only called one of the boutique in yodobashi umeda center. But overall stay, we are satisfied and comfortable. Thanks hotel wbf

Dear. ROGELIO Exit 15 is closest, but if you have a lot of luggage, please use exit 23. There is an elevator. We are close to Hommachi Station, so there is a difference of two stops from Umeda to Namba Station. It takes about 10 minutes on foot to Sinsaibashi Station. There is a phone in the room, but I hope you understand that the phone bill is charged regardless of the country or abroad. I'm glad to your satisfied. We look forward see you again in Osaka.
