Hotel location very convenient, but rooms were too small. ”
Hotel room photos do not show true likeness of the rooms. It is believed the photos are from another of their chain hotels. Room photos shown are bigger than they actually are. Very deceiving. It was very cramped inside the room for our party of three adults. We tried to cancel the room to book another hotel but couldn’t do so. Although the hotel is new and everything is clean and pleasant, we were especially disappointed with how small the room was as there wasn’t much space to walk around.

Clean and convenient”
Great value with the price. We planned to visit different islands from Ishigaki so the hotel was very convenient and perfect for us. The room is very small so it might be a bit tricky if you have a big suitcase. We have two carry on suitcases and we had enough space to open. Our friends had a bigger suitcase and they had to put the suitcase on the bed to open. We were very happy with everything.

good value of money, just a bit noisy”
Great location, just next to the main street of souvenir shops, restaurants and family mart. A very new and clean hotel which was just opened on 18 Apr 2019. The room is actually for 3 ppl with 3 beds but as my booking is for 2 ppl, they have removed the third bed so the room is relatively spacious in Japan. There is a balcony of the room too. The breakfast looks good but our booking didnt include that so we didnt try it. The only drawback is, the room is a bit noisy. You can hear the noise from the corridor and the shower of the next room. The windows are very sound-proof though.

New hotel, convenient and clean. Some others commented that the room is dusty but I think such comments are exaggerated and unfair to the hotel. You can never avoid dust on deep brown furnitures, and I only spot little dust on those deep brown furnitures under sunlight. I recommend this hotel

It was the third times I stayed in WBF. I choose WBF because of good experiences in the past. However, WBF Marche gave me a very disappointed experience because of 3 things: 1. Room is extremely dusty, you can see all the dust under sunlight and all the surfaces. 2. Room is very small, can hardly open suitcase 3. The breakfast was the worst ever I have ever tried in my live, no egg no ham, only 2 types of bread and 9 types of soups costing me 2000 yen per pax.

Clean, good location with a lot of famous restaurants nearby. A bit small but still able to open a big luggage inside the room. No room cleaning service but just change the towel and we are fine on this. Limited parking space is available but we parked at the terminal car park which only 3 mins walk from hotel and only cost us about 700 yen from 8pm to

Excellent location, close to restaurants and souvenir shops, and just around 5 minutes walk to the bus terminal and ferry port. Rooms are new, clean but small just like most city-center hotels in Japan. Room cleanup arrangement is weird. They will only clean up the room if one make a request at the reception before 9am in the morning, and won’t accept advance request placed on the night before.

I booked this hotel based on the photo that was shown of a large room with a table, desk and balcony. I thought the price was fair for such a large room in Ishigaki. However, when I arrived, my room was much smaller without a balcony, table, desk or even a chair. There was only room for the bed. When I asked the staff if they had the large room that I thought I had booked online, they explained that the promotional photos they use are of a different hotel property run by the same group. It was very misleading. They did not offer me anything as compensation, such as free parking or free breakfast. Thanks to Agoda's prompt customer service, I was able to receive a refund and book a last minute hotel nearby that was much larger, nicer and a cheaper price. This hotel is in a nice location, but it is not worth the price. Few amenities and small, dusty rooms.

The location is very good. It is next street of 公設市場. Many restaurant is nearly by. The room is very clean and quiet but it is only little bit small. IF you are two person with not much luggage , it’s really a good choice to stay for. The parking is charge parking.

Checked in at near to 9pm, staff werent too keen to help out with questions. Room is the normal japanese size, acceptable definitely. However, the hotel does not provide any room cleaning for the entire stay, and they would only change the towel once. I was in there for 5 nights and only got the trash cleared on one occasion. This is certainly the indesirable part of my stay.

Within 1 min walking distance to 730 and public market, 5 mins to port. Free bicycle is also a plus. Facilities are new and tidy, but the attitude of staff is not helpful and unfriendly.

Small room, no available lot for parking”
The picture of the building shown is quite different from reality in the sense that it is actually located among narrow roads at the heart of the ishigaki market. Inexperienced drivers may find it not as easy to park the car, yet parking is not only subject to charges but also availability!! I ended up parking elsewhere, and of course had to pay by hourly rate. The staff is not sympathetic to the guests who did not come early enough to get a parking lot. The triple room is basically adding a bed in an already very tiny double room, there is effectively no room to move around after opening the bags. I think there are better choices among the area.
