It’s only a few minutes away from OCAT so it’s easy to catch a bus going to the airport. Unfortunately, they do not offer a breakfast buffet yet due to COVID-19. However, the room’s cleanliness and the staff’s kindness are 5/5 stars.

Thank you for the mesaage. Just a short walk from Hotel WBF Nanba Motomachi, Namba Yasaka Shrine is a shrine to the charm of its quiet urban setting. As soon as you pass through the shrine's torii gate, you'll see a giant monster. The main building of this monster is the Shishiden of Naniwa-Yasaka Shrine, and you are sure to stare at its power before worshipping it.

Clean hotel near Namba Nankai Station”
We stayed in twin room, the room size was small (typical Japanese standard), but we were able to open our suitcases in the room. Despite the room size, the room was clean and they change out towel everyday. Located just about 10 mins from namba station. Overall it was affordable, clean, and well located hotel.

Sparkling clean room, quiet inside. I enjoyed the hotel, but the room is small and had nowhere to unpack. If you have more than 1 carry on suitcase, it may not work for you. The hotel is fairly close to the Namba metro. It is on a quiet street, but the surrounding neighborhood has a lot of traffic. So, not perfect, but overall, recommend it due to good vibes and immaculate maintenance.

Very good”
Location was good; in between JR and Nankai line and only 8 mins from busy Shinsaibashi district. The twin room I had was a bit small, only one large suitcase can be fully opened at the entrance. Had a great stay there and would definitely consider visiting again.

Quaint quiet place”
The location is a little way off from the main Namba station, takes me about 10mins, so it’s not for travellers who have children or lots of baggage. The hotel is clean and small with private bathroom that is a little tight in space just like all Japanese hotels. It’s situated in dimly lit side street but I haven’t had any issues getting back at night. Enjoyed my stay there as it is very value for money!

Waking distance of 6-7 minutes from Namba station. There is family mart nearby the hotel. Hotel is clean and comfortable. The price is acceptable.

I lost my bracelet in my room”
I order housekeeping to clean my room on 06 Feb, 2020. I put my bracelet on the table and I go out side when I come back it gone. My boyfriend contact staff on that day in midnight he said he will check for us please contact again in the morning tomorrow. So, around 10.00 am on 7 Feb,2020. I contact Staff again but she said pls contact again in evening 6.00 PM. I told her tomorrow I check out but ok I will contact again. I think why it take many time to ask housekeeping? I feelings bed with this hotel. My bracelet lost in the room !! So, finally the answer it nothing.... he said housekeeping didn't see it in my room. I think the Japanese people they are very nice and honest but..... maybe I'm wrong. This is first time that I go to japan. I promise next time i will not stay here again!!!!!!

Worst hotel, Avoid it”
Hotel front desk staff force force us to book extra room for 6 days because my kid is 1 month over the 6 years old limit. And charged us the double the RRP price. Not very considerated and try to rip you off!! Not a typical service you expected in Japan! Room is very small, dirty and smell. Try to avoid this hotel. There is planty of hotels around the area, no need to make your self suffer by staying in this hotel.

Good value hotel”
It has the basic amenities required for a pleasant stay in Osaka. As with most Japanese hotels, it is a very compact so it will be cramped should you have lots of luggage. Worthwhile borrowing one of the hotel's bikes to ride around the neighbourhood. Helpful and friendly staff. Also worth considering joining the hotel's loyalty program, Club WBF, to receive benefits during your stay. Located in more of a residential district so it is relatively quiet. About 8 minutes walk from Nankai Namba station and in walking distance of the Namba/Dotonbori districts (about 15 minutes) and Kuromon markets. A bit further away is Shinsekai and Tsutenkaku Tower.

Great value for money and well designed room”
Received email with detailed instructions to find the hotel (pdf file) before checkin date.. Very thoughtful! Convenient access: 10 minutes on foot from Namba station or OCAT (bus terminal to take limousine bus to airport). At check in- received bottled water and eye-mask. Offers later checkout at 11 am instead of 10 am for WBF members (easy sign up at check in). The free drinks (sake, juices) and light snacks (crackers, nuts, steamed rice with condiments!) at cafe are a bonus. Well above expectations for the price I paid. Check in staff are great too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Will stay again next time I am in Osaka.

The staff at Hotel WBF Namba Motomachi are super friendly. The hotel noted that it was my birthday and left me a card and some Japanese Origami as a gift. So touched. Though it's a small room, it's alright for a solo traveller like me. The place is a short walk from the Namba Station. All in all, I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. Thanks.

Great location!”
This is literally next to Namba Yasaka Shrine which most people don't come here for. It is in the middle of Osaka most famous shopping district "Horie" and Shinsekai, both of which are highly recommended for travellers. Also, it is about a 5-mins walk to the nearest supermarket "Life", where you can buy most stuffs. Look out for discounts at night since this is also where I used to buy my dinner from. Location wise, It is a 5-mins walk to Namba and 15-mins walk to Shin-Imamiya (I usually walk to Shin-Imamiya since there are a lot lesser people in this area). Room itself is typical of a Japanese business hotel room which I am also very used to so no complains about it. Do not expect a huge room for the price you pay since this is a business hotel concept. Everything is clean and well-stocked. Staffs are great since they make conversations with you too and they are really friendly!

Enjoyed my stay”
The hotel is slightly further away from the busy streets of Namba and Shinsaibashi, but still within walking distance to these popular areas. The advantage is that it's quiet which makes for a good place to stay. The staff also signed me up for the free WBF membership so I can check in at 2 pm (1 hour earlier) and check out at 11 am (1 hr later). Really appreciate that. The hotel room and facilities looks new and well maintained. There are also two coin laundry machines and two dryers which was really convenient. Enjoyed my stay there.
