I booked a separate building with breakfast included. As the hotel name has 'Blackfast' in it, the breakfast was also amazing. There were Okinawan dishes such as braised pork belly, Okinawa soba, sashimi, and a variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, all of which were delicious. What surprised me was the variety of welcome drinks and all-you-can-drink soft drinks. In the evening, there were awamori, beer, wine, soft drinks, and in the morning, all soft drinks including smoothies were free. The room had a large refrigerator and a kitchen, so it was suitable for long-term stays. It was a wonderful hotel within walking distance from the port.

The location is very convenient, and the room is very clean. The drink bar (especially the espresso) and the morning smoothie were very happy and delicious. We went out early in the morning, so we didn't have breakfast, but other people said it was delicious~ We are thinking of staying here again next time. Recommended!

I used a triple room alone, so I felt it was a waste to have linens and other things prepared for three people on the first day. Bath towels, face towels, and bath mats are hung on the doorknob every morning. You can use the self-service drink water and freshly ground coffee machine from early morning, and it was sufficient for me as a person who prefers my own pot. Amenities can be obtained only for what you need from next to the reception. Above all, it feels like a newly built hotel, and the unit bath and bed are all new and pure white. I thought the dimming of the room lights and the layout of the plug positions were very convenient and wonderful. The bus stop between the airports is also within a 3-minute walk, so you don't have to worry even if you don't have a car. I went to several remote islands, and the terminals are also convenient by taxi for about 500 yen, especially when you have large luggage. If you have few luggage, it's just a few minutes walk. Above all, the comfort was so good that I want to stay here again.

Easy to access from the airport using a bus, the hotel is very close to the bus stop. The room is standard business hotel room size for Japan, but it's clean and modern so it's more than enough for travelers on a budget. Free parking (for a rental car) as well. I highly recommend this place for its great cost-performance

Minutes for the ferry port/bus terminal, this place was fantastic for a multi-day stay. Rented bikes at a shop nearby recommended at the front desk. Missed opportunity to have breakfast on last day (no reservation) so I had their free smoothie every morning and coffee throughout the day. Perfect getaway in Ishigaki!

The location was great as it was not part of the busier area of the town but easily accessible- about ten minutes to the port terminal . Breakfast seemed to be good quality and had a great selection. I was able to meet other guests and chat during the late afternoon "welcome" drinks . Good idea!

Convenient/great location”
I was in the Condo Building and had a nice fridge, mini-kitchen, and a washing machine, otherwise a basic room for sleeping. Convenient location for walking to the city center/dock area. Also had a nice complimentary happy hour every day I was there. It is great if you have plans and are out all day and are just using the room for rest/sleep. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again if back in Ishigaki.

The room with private bathroom, balcony and kitchen was like having a private apartment! Very clean, everything needed in the bathroom was included, PJ's too and things to cook.the only thing that was missing was a knife. They had free coffee and tea at reception too!!!

Location is not as convenient as other hotels which are near the terminal/main shopping street. It s approx 6 mins walk so it s ok. Very close to the bus stops (1min) so convenient if you travel by bus. They provide free coffee/ water and can use the free space. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean as well.

The double room with kitchen and washing machine is good”
We stayed in this hotel 2 times during the trip. In the first 3 days I & my 5-yr old boy stayed in the double room with kitchen & washing machine. The room was not large but still provided enough space for 2 of us. I appreciated the cooking facilities and the washing machine provided in the room, which really helped a lot. We stayed in a 3-bed room in the new wing on our 7th day of the trip for 2 adults and 1 kid. To tell the truth although they say that the room is 30 Sq. meter. We barely cannot find a place to open our 28” suitcase. The room was just too small! The staff are helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the 24-hr free drinking bar. We just loved the coffee and lemongrass water provided there. If you are going to stay here please be reminded that the price of parking has been increased from ¥500 to ¥1500 per day, which o think it’s too expensive. I’ll stay here again if I’m not driving next time.

Overall we liked our stay at WBF: Location is perfect - airport bus stops 2 min walk from the hotel and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. It's a couple blocks from the ferry terminal and in a very quiet neighbourhood. Friendly staff - the staff speak basic English and they helped us with restaurant booking. Facility - the hotel has a welcome drink area with free coffee, tea, sake and local sweets till 9pm. The room is equipped with stove, toaster oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine and you can ask staff for detergent. Note that they won't clean your room unless you inform the reception by 11am, and parking is not free (500yen per day) Room - although not that small for Japanese standard but it is long and narrow which makes it feel cramped and difficult to move around in the room. The wall is thin and doesn't have good sound proof so if you have loud neighbour, it can be noisy.
