Close to the airport and free airport shuttle service is awesome! Make sure to sign up once you arrive as space is limited. Restaurant serves good food and pretty good breakfast buffet. Walls are a bit thin though so you so hear people walking and talking throughout the night. Everything is great except for the pillows…. One of the most uncomfortable pillows I’ve had at a hotel

My wife was injured during our ski session and heading back home we stayed a night at this hotel as usual each time we visit hokkaido. The staff were very helpful ,accomodating and patient with us. Very touched by the great service we had. Totally recommended!

Though the rooms were small, it had everything we needed. They were also very clean. The free shuttle to the airport was simply a bliss, do book a slot for the free shuttle in advance as seats are really limited. The only bad thing I could have thought of was that they don’t have public onsen. Everything else was perfect!

We spent a night here before we fly back to Thailand the following day. Pros: Staff spoke English Free airport shuttle service Vending machine in the hotel Washing machine in common area Cons: A bit far from train station if you have luggage The room was clean and well equipped but it was tiny and double bed was so small

Inexpensive, very clean, great size double bed almost king size. Shuttle bus only seems to run in mornings, you need to check. Hotels Email address is wrong on Agoda I asked Agoda for correct address but they didn’t respond.

Location & staff”
The hotel location were very strategic n we can claim the tax fare from chitose station to hotel (please keep the receipt)..the hotel basically offer free shuttle but the timing that we request has been fully booked by other guest.Then we ask the staff if they can arrange the taxi for us to the airport (we will bear the cost) n aft a few discussion,the hotel decided to send us by the hotel car n not the taxi..they were very helpful n kind to us 😁

Convenient location for New Chitose Airport”
Nice, clean hotel. Helpful staff. Unfortunately, only 8 places available per time slot (4-5 set times per day) for free airport transfer, but there is a bus stop by the nearby 7-11 where you can catch a cheap bus to the airport.

Good location with plenty of restaurants in walking distance. ... hotel provides free shuttle service to airport but do book in advance as space is very limited... we didn't manage to book our seat though we tried very early of the day upon check in. We ended up catching the bus just nearby the station.

Perfectly comfortable”
Comfortable and clean room as to be expected. Aircon a little but noisy (white noise but a bit loud) staff are lovely, who rushed to help me jump start my car when the battery was dead in the morning so I wasn't late for my flight. Would stay again.

Hotel Provides free shuttle to New Chitose Airport, However the free shuttle only in the morning (latest 09.40) We choose this hotel because we're planning to visit North Snow Land, Chitose Outlet Mall & Airport within two days in a row.. Room size is quite OK, not too small, the double bed size also pretty spacious for two adults & 1 children , considering other hotel in Japan provide double bed in smaller size.
