A place to sleep. Has all the necessities. Walkable distance from a popular station. Lots of shopping and places to eat nearby. Room was small but sufficient. Bed was comfortable.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was not very close to the station, which needs a 10-min walk, but there are convenience stores and lots of restaurants nearby. Very convenient if you want to grasp something to eat in the late night.

Great Location, Best Value”
Conveniently located in Umeda, close to Osaka and Umeda Stations. Close to a small shotengai with restaurants and bars, including an Ichiran ramen shop (although, there was another ramen shop there that I liked a lot better). The rooms are small, but functional. Small refrigerator in the room and a microwave on several floors. Also, laundry facilities on site was very convenient. I definitely would recommend for the budget traveler.

The room I got was quite small, but it was very clean, modern and comfy! Plus the AC worked really well - and that's important to me in the extreme humid heat of Japan. This is very close to the LGBTQ district, Domachou, too. I definitely recommend the hotel, and I plan to try Hotel Wing in other locations, as well.

Great new hotel near Osaka Umeda”
I’m impressed with this hotel. Hotel is new. Staff is friendly. Room size is acceptable for 1 pax. Bed is really comfortable. Many food choices near the hotel. About 15 mins walk from Osaka Station. For the price I paid for, was good value for money. Would gladly stay here again.

Good value for the money ”
We did not have our breakfast included in our price and paid for the breakfast that was provided at the hotel. The scrambled eggs were good but the rest of the buffet style breakfast was okay not great. The rooms are small but I was expecting them to be small. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for good value for your money. If ever I have the pleasure to visit Osaka again I would book with them again.

Because its new, everything is nice. It is always a great price but you do have to walk a bit of a ways to Osaka or Umeda Station. Staff if friendly and we get a drink voucher for their little bar every time we stay. The breakfast is lacking a little - needs more Japanese assortment.

For Japan city standard - good value ”
Welcome drink and every day happy hour 2 glasses of free wine . Great F&B alley behind the hotel provide great variety. They only provide one pillow for my double bed booking room as a solo traveller, requested for one more pillow need to be charged, ridiculous!
