I would rate this hotel as 6 stars!!! Marvelous human touch provided by the staff not one but almost all!!! I never encounter a hotel like Trans Luxury hotel that emphasize so much details on their customers!!! For example, when we first reached our room, the bellboy patiently explained all the functions in the room then aware that we were tired hence check with us whether need extra drinking water. Secondly, this hotel also provided "Turn Down Service" which I first time encountered! It was actually 2nd time room cleaning in the evening! Thirdly, when we went for breakfast, out of my surprise, the restaurant manager managed to memorized that my hubby don't drink coffee after the first day my hubby told him no coffee! That's mean the manager memorize all his customer needs! Excellent to that!! The hotel was also very sweet that they gave me a birthday cake when I back to my room after my day tour, what a sweet surprise! Beside all the extra mile they have done, of course the hotel itself is excellent! Great variety of food in breakfast...wonderful swimming pools and gym, not to miss that it great location!!! Just beside Trans Studio which you can spend whole day and the huge shopping mall that let you shop till you drop!!! This hotel is definitely a MUST recommend to others!!!

stayed for 1 night in superior room. Superior is in the corner so it got great view from two sides. the room itself is just okay. it was clean when i checked in, clean sheet, clean bathroom. the aircon not blowing hard enough to fight the heat from large windows. the bathroom door also a little broken, it cannot closed perfectly. the showering experience also not great. while i already use rain shower, but the water is spreading and very stingy, the water also flowing out from the shower area. it is easy to reach here by car from city center but not the other way because it is a one way street. alot of place to eat around the hotel, got minimarket across the hotel. the parking area is small, i was so lucky to get 1 because it was long weekend and the hotel is fully booked, plus it got wedding ceremony. the view from rooftop is amazing, great place to hang out. the breakfast was good and safe for new normal. overall it was great hotel, great location and great staff.

Yello hotel is strategically located at 23 paskal shopping mall. we can easily find everything here, convenient store, ATM, restaurant. it was walking distance to sudirman street, paskal hypersquare. Location is very good. The hotel itself is new, modern style interior on the lobby, check in process was fast. I booked 2 room, and 1 of the room had a smell of paint so they got us another room. The room is minimalist, clean, has a comfy bed, everything we need is provided. There is also a swimming pool and game area. This hotel is more than what we expect, really love the ambience and will definitely come back!

This is my second stay at Ibis. The hotel is clean. Eventhough the room is small, it feel spacious because everything is compact with minimalist design. There is a connection through restaurant to the big shopping center. There are a lot of restaurant within the mall with a big variety of foods, both local and chain reestaurant. Trans Studio theme park is within the mall. So this is really strategycally located hotel.

I requested a queen bed, but since they have no longer queen bed room available, they offered a joined bed. and they really put a heart doing their job. the joined bed is really comfortable, compared to fave hotel paskal I stayed a week before. and one thing that really touched my heart. about 10 minute before bfast time over, the staff called me to make sure that I didn't miss the bfast. how often you got this kind of hospitality from a hotel??? the hotel room is clean and big enough for a solo or couple. I love staying there.

This is my first time stay in this hotel. Overall my impressions for this hotel is good. The room is clean and comfortable. They provide orange aromatherapy in the room which I like so much :) and also the have free wi-fi. The location is just above Lotte mart shopping center. So it's very convenient. The bad side is, my friend she stayed in the other room of this hotel. When I was in her room at night suddenly someone tried to open her room from outside, and when we open the door there was a family of 2 kids and they were surprised that we're in the room. So the receptionist made double book for the same room. After that we go down together and we talked to the hotel crew, they said the room is my friend's because we checked in first. but unfortunately they don't have other room left. It was full booked. I don't know what happened next to the family because we went back to our room after that. Hope this won't happen again because actually I really like this hotel :)

best value for budget hotel seriously. located at center of kota bandung, near paskal 23 mall-walking distance (new hype mall in bandung), paris van java, kartika sari-walking distance (main store). grab is available everywhere so please just reject all offer for day tour to shopping or going to lembang if you going in small group because the fare from this hotel to the main attraction is seriously cheap starting from 12k max at 50k Rp.

The hotel is within the shopping center. And the location is very in the heart of Braga street. You can just walk in and out even if the shopping center is closed, because no main door or something. It has a swimming pool although the access is not direct. Has to enter from the apartment complex within the building. And it has to used a voucher!!! .. Kinda weird. Most of the rooms have to outdoor view, so ... it's kinda less private. So far, its okay for short stay.

the hotel located in central of the bandung city and so closed to the pasar baru shopping center and also very closed to the main train station of bandung. all of the hotel crews are so friendly with its sundanese typical of behavior. especially in the breakfast time, the meal served by the hotel are so complete, from sundanese food until west food are available during our three days stays in this hotel. i was so happy during my stay in this hotel since i do not need to go out from the hotel when i want to pray in the friday (jum'at sholat). there is one large room in the hotel that was functioned as masque. that is so helpful for the hotel customers. at the end of our stay in the hotel, i did not need to pay directly to the hotel at all because i have booked before by agoda. that is so simple to do!

Arion Swiss Bel Hotel Bandung is an excellent hotel if you want to stay long in Bandung. The room is nice and its amenities are great. After a long day of factory outlets shopping, you would appreciate the comfort of the Arion Swiss Bel Hotel room. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located near Pasar Baru, where you can buy a lot of cheap and good quality local items. The Hotel building also look new and the hotel lobby is nice and tidy. Overall, I would rate Arion Swiss BelHotel as the best hotel in Bandung and I would love to stay here on my next trip to Bandung.

The rooms were comfortable with everything that you would normally expect from a 4 or 5 star hotel. We booked and got two adjacent, inter-connecting rooms. No complaint but then again nothing outstanding. (Although having both a bath and a shower in each spacious bathroom is a definite plus.) Undoubtedly the best feature for us, being a family with a couple of kids with voracious appetites, was the food - both the breakfast buffet and the very reasonably priced all-you-can-eat buffet dinner with wide variety of cuisines. The food was not only good value but really delicious and well presented too. We also enjoyed the swimming pool (quite a reasonable size), gym and spa. The neighbourhood is central and pleasant, although not within easy walking distance of any of the main malls or downtown attractions. Free wifi throughout the hotel is an added plus - although the speed is a bit on the slow side.

What I like most about this hotel is its modern minimalist style. Everything is practical..why do you need two sinks if one can still do the job? Every room comes with an extra sofa which can be a comfortable sleeping bed. The staff are friendly too, sometimes they put on adorn wigs which go well with their concept. Yes they don't provide breakfast as you normally find in big hotels, but they provide their guests with nasi uduk for free every morning which for me is enough as a breakfast. Speaking of location, as it is on the outskirts of Bandung, you need to travel to go to popular shopping spots but if you hire a chauffeur, it is a non-issue. However as it is attached to a shopping mall, looking for every items is not a problem. The food court is great too! My only complaint is that they should provide 2 key cards instead of 1 as this avoids you having to ask the staff to slot in their card whenever you want to use the lift to go back to your room (and your friend is in the room). If you are looking for a cheap but clean hotel in Bandung, Pop! Hotel should be in your consideration. It gives the best value for your money!

First thing first, the location was awesome! Located just infornt of Bandung train station. And since am taking train from Jakarta, this was a triple plus point. The surroundings area were also great, lots of food to choose from, very near to the famous Kartika Sari along with tahu yun yi and batagor riri. And if you want, you can take a walk to Paskal 23 and also Gor Pajajaran which again got so many amazing foods. But i’ll suggest you to take online ojek instead, bandung is very high in traffic and ojek saves me lots of time. The room wasnt big but just nice enough for me to rest n relax. Bathroom kinda smelly but it wasnt a big deal. Breakfast was amazing with lots of food to choose from. Overall it was a superb experience.

I planned to stay for one night, but later changed my plan and decided to extend for one more night. The reception staff told me how i should book my extension and prepare my request to stay in the same room. And the extension process was done in a really short time! The water shower was somehow dripping leftover for minutes every time i use it, i call the room service and the staff come to my room within two minutes! After trying to fix the shower, the staff clean the shower room with the towel and brought the change towel in a couple minute, and he return within a couple minute as promised. Nice! The room cleaning service almost make me trip on the floor when i return to the room after a trip because it's too slippery (not by water, maybe wax) which i found nice! The room very clean like it's my first day! The food. Maybe there are not enough choices, but the taste is quite good. Please improve it, it will make the hotel even better. I read on the Internet about there are pool in the hotel, but i didn't find it. Is it really there or not? Well, the closet in the bathroom is quite large and fit a fat person like me, i love it. (some hotel did not provide a big enough closet). Location. If you are looking a good place for hangout, Ibis Braga is your best choice. It's not on the "noisy" spot but a walk distance for hangout spots. You can visit every corner of Braga, Asia afrika, Alun-Alun and other attractions, all by walk. Even i walk to the Bandung Train Station to order my return ticket. The Location is almost perfect! Even it is *** hotel, the staff never look down on you. Keep it up!

I made a booking for a childhood friend of mine whom recently got married and was in Bandung for their first together trip with his wife and their first Honeymoon! I booked the rooms for them for the Deluxe Room King Bed which includes breakfast. After some research and reading up the good reviews of this place. This iconic curved-shaped building, Savoy Homann Bidakara Hotel offers elegant rooms in Bandung’s city centre. The service of this hotel is above excellent. The rooms are very clean. Staying in Savoy Homann Bidakara Hotel and you will learn its full history here. Authentic rooms with interior designs just done too perfectly. The location is simply strategic, in front of Museum KAA, nearby to Braga street and near Masjid Agung Bandung. Distance to the airport is not too far away. This hotel met my friend’s expectation. Featuring free Wifi connections around the hotel vicinity was way too good for them. This is my friend’s review and feedback after they got back to Singapore. They loved this hotel and definitely would be a great memory for them here especially for his wife. She was just too amazed with the lovely great decorations done in the room for them! Really appreciate the kind staffs over the past day there. Nice place, warm service, great panorama, delicious food, good daily activities, strong wifi access and with the right person to call off this fantastic perfect honeymoon. The feeling there was like Oh My God!!! Fabulous!!! Fantastic!!! Everything is like heaven here, Said his wife. There are no words that can describe the place, simply beautiful, cozy and memorable experience here. They will definitely come back here when they visit Bandung again. They would like to once again wish the hotel staffs a Big Thank You. Simply amazing, warm and friendly! =)

They have live performance during breakfast time. I watch a nice performer by an angklung band, a West Java traditional instrument, playing modern pop music. Events and performance are not announced / advertised properly so some guest might missed them. The stage located at smoking section, so some guest cannot watch. They should relocate the stage to the center hub. The room is very nice and healthy, sun light can enter to entire room. Some cons: bathroom is nice, with hairdryer, but they don't provide small towel and comb that should be there for 4 star hotel. Also not sufficient information about events, services, and facility, there are no internal phone directory. You have to dial zero, to ask for room service number. Gym are empty, very basic stuff, but the view is great, it should be changed to a cafe.

COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST HERE SERVED 3 TYPES OF RICE COOKING, PORRIDGE,DICED RICE WITH GRAVY, NOODLE, BREAD N BUTTER, JUICES, FRUIT PUNCH,CAKES,COFFEE N TEA. HOT SHOWER IS GOOD N WATER PRESSURE IS STRONG. NO BATHTUBS. IRON N BOARD NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE. HOTEL CREWS ARE COURTEOUS EXCEPT A BIT LACK OF IT IN THE RECEPTION. Atlantic City Hotel has strategic location in the heart of Bandung City.. I really love this hotel since its only walking distance to shopping mall Istana Plaza.. if you are looking for food, KFC, Richeese, Starbucks, etc are besides this hotel.. Even the parking lot is small, but free valet service from this hotel really help me a lot.. Note: there is no bath tub for superior room (as that is shown in the photo for superior room) and no hair dryer as well.. Wifi is quite good in the room..

Ibis Budget hotel is quite nice hotel with affordable price. Less than IDR400K per night. In room facilities they have cable TV, hot and cold shower, also in room dining service. Room space quite narrow, not recommended if you are travelling with family. No swimming pool available at the hotel, nor gym center. The location is quite strategic, it is near to city center and it is not difficult to transport from the hotel to other places.

What I like in this hotel is the location. It is near to some of the go-to places in the city - Braga Street, Paskal Shopping Center, some transport terminals. They have water refilling station at every floor - so better to bring your water container always. Though, bottled water is cheap in Indonesia, it's always better to be resourceful. Toilet/bathroom is clean - their shower has cool/hot selection and their toilet bowl has bidet. Towels too are changed every day. Staff are accommodating and hospitable. --- What I did not enjoy is the electric plugs in Indonesia. For foreign travelers, Indonesia is using two-pin round plugs (google it), it would be helpful to bring an adapter for your electrical device/s.

This is our go to hotel when visiting Bandung. We are quite familiar with this hotel so we felt rather qualified to give an informed opinion. It is located by a busy main road, but not too congested like some roads in Bandung. Most major attractions are a short taxi ride away if you don't get stuck in Bandung traffic. When we started staying there, it was a new hotel. Nowadays we can see some of the wood veneers peeling off, sheets and towels are less white. That said, I am particular of about cleanliness, this hotel is still up to my standard. The staffs were also pleasant and helpful as always. Check ins and outs were a breeze. The breakfast choice was rather limited, but it was also very affordable, so nothing to complaint here for the price. Good if you want to conveniently grab a bite early in the morning. If you want something fantastic it's best to look elsewhere though. Sound proofing is also pretty bad, people talking in the corridor or the next room can be clearly heard. In weekends you can hear kids screaming, it can feel like a whole village moved next to you, but come Monday everything quiets down quite a bit. I suspect most affordable hotels in the area have this problem. The room floors has a lounge in the middle, people might eat, talk and smoke there. If you want to be left alone I recommend the corner rooms, with caveat. This time round I was assigned to a room in the far corner of the floor (room 121), the wifi connection was bad, I can only manage to connect to a single network if I stand right behind the door. I asked for a change of room. Although just across the corridor, it was much better, I can now connect to multiple networks from any corner of the room. In short, service, cleanliness and wifi (with exception) are solid, 3 things that matters most to me. Facilities are limited (typical for a 3 star hotel) which reflects its affordable rates. Overall represents a good value in my opinion.

Excellent location, literally a dash away from the shopping & F&B experience (learn to cross the rd like the locals😄😅 take care, tho) - 23 Paskal Shopp Ctre. Gd facilities: gym & swimming pool - for those of us must have some fitness work slotted in. The hotel room however needs some sprucing up: worn out curtains & very old towels. The wardrobe is really narrow - just a little hole in d wall😄😅. Service across-the-board was excellent - courteous, friendly & helpful.

Generally, my stay at Kedaton Hotel is satisfactory. Simply for the following reasons:- 1) A hotel of the same rate in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, my country home allows me to borrow iron. But, Kedaton Hotel did not. I have to call laundry for them to iron my cloth and that ironing service is charged on me. Even though, the ironing charge is cheap but I should not have incurred money for things which the hotel should provide for guests. 2) The hotel allows outsider to call me at night and even knock my door room asking for massage and women. This could not be done. People trust Kedaton Hotel for safety and comfort but such acts are really disturbing especially for tourists like me who spent my whole day shopping at Pasar Baru, a very very crowded place. 3) Massage at the hotel's spa is good. But it can be improved by tuning on relaxing music. There was no sound when I get massaged. My mom asked for Balinese music to be turned on. Unfortunately, the staff turned on dangdut song.So funny!Come on....

We could walk to the Railway Station, 23 Paskal and Chinatown. The traffic just outside the hotel was not too bad, probably it was the Ramadan month. The room was clean. The pillow was too soft for me. The socket in the room is for rounded pins and is different from those in Singapore. But we could get adapter from the receptionist. The complimentary breakfast was the same everyday (fried rice,egg, nugget and tempeh) except on Saturday when there was a buffet meal though a very simple one. The staff are polite and helpful. A value for money hotel.

Since arrival, we were greeted by the security nicely. As a budget hotel, Malaka has an unique way to impress the guests. Really great architecture, excellent service, one of perfect hotel to spend the weekend getaway. They have several options for breakfast. The taste wasn't disappointing, unlike other budget hotel. I fell for their Italian salad dressing (oil based), it was unexpectedly good! They have their own cafe, but unfortunately there was a wedding party so I didn't get the chance to try. It's not too far from Riau area if you want to find more resto/cafes. Otherwise you can also find other restaurants or cafes in a walking distance. As an addition, they have the best smell of liquid soap/shampoo! I love it! During my stay, I asked for an early check-in and late check-out. FYI: - Check-out: 12pm - Late check-out: 1pm - Additional: max to 3 pm, and you will be charged 25% from current rate. Thank you for your hospitality, Malaka Hotel!

We stayed for only 1 night here, but it was a good experience to stay here. The location is not far from alun-alun and braga street, although the street to get to the hotel is a bit narrow. The room was clean and the breakfast was one of the best for this price. They even serve egg station, which other hotel would only serve fried rice and toast. The only downside was the smoking area is located very near to non-smoking area and I think the exhaust were not working very well, because I could still smell the smoke from my room and also at the dining area! It's a pity to have this environment if you bring your kids or for pregnant woman (which my wife is). I hope the hotel can provide better place to smoke or forbid it.
