Front desk stuff nice and helpful , good small hotel the parking small but fine the hotel in perfect location the rooms are clean and has nice view . The house keeping bad , slow you have to call more than one time. The room service food is good not bad price.

staff is pleasant, bell boys can get u groceries from surrounding stores for a small tip, the rooms are good sized modern and clean . a/c is quite noisy, luckily it was december so it was easy to live without. the mini fridge is located close to bed and noisy as well so i turmeric off. for a business traveller it is a good 4 star hotel

The hotel is a very fancy hotel. The location is great but the area is so crowded but in the center of Riyadh. In general the hotel is great especially car parking is really convenient. but the most inconvenient is the gate of the hotel and how to get to the hotel. But i love it and i will stay in this hotel again.

This is a good hotel all around. Decent food, good service, clean and new. I am always glad to find a good hotel I can rely on for a reasonable price.

hotel has excellent location however it lack an entrance to the main road, parking is provided free of charge and staff was very helpful. Food is at acceptable level (tried only breakfast). Its close to main business areas plus the most prestigious Kingdom tower with its top of line shopping mall. Overall its great value of money for business or shopping travelers.

My stay in Days Olaya was a good experience overall. My purpose to relax and spend a peaceful time was fulfilled. Staff is very polite, quick and friendly. Located in teh heart of the city and close to a few few finest malls of Riyadh. Very close to the iconic Al Faisaliah Tower. Situated between Olaya street and King Fahd Highway. I will surely come back to Days Olaya...

This hotel is located directly downtown, which is perfect for business travel. it's worth staying here if you get a good deal on the price; otherwise, stay at the other Rosewood Hotel (which is next door at the Faisaliyah building) because the interiors are more up-to-date. Overall, this is a great hotel.
