We booked premier room for 2 nights. The hotel location is superb if you want to explore Trans Entertainment Area (Trans Studio and Trans Mall). Very easy to find food because its located beside shopping mall. The staffs were super friendly. The bell boy named Andika managed our luggage himself from our car to room and explain everything abut the facility of our room. Check in process were fast and nice. The room was very cozy and luxury with great amenities. Bathroom was nice with 3 area separated (toilet, shower and bathtub area). The hotel facilities were super friendly for kids. The pools were nice, the sand pool was the highlight for our kids. Kids club was nice and huge with Baskin and Robbin stall in it. Many activities for kids at the kids club. Breakfast was so-so. I really recommend this hotel for family.

Mercure Bandung City Centre is a new and hip place to stay in. It wasn't too expensive but I don't consider it very cheap either. But since it is new, I didn't mind paying the amount that I did. The decor of the hotel is modern and very pleasant. The room was quite spacious, and the bed very comfortable. I also spent considerable time at the pool, which was not very big but sufficient to do some laps. The deck chairs did not have cushions so they tend to get a little hot under the sun but you could get a towel and use that to lay on. When it got too hot, the couch and chairs in the shade were very comfortable. I most enjoyed the service provided by the staff, who were always friendly and helpful! And I'm not only talking about people at the front desk. The servers in the restaurant were awesome, so were the guys at the pool, and the housekeeping staff! However, because it is a new hotel, it has the expected teething problems. The most jarring problem that stood out to me was the breakfast in the hotel cafe. For 4 mornings, I only enjoyed the congee and the egg station, because they were the only hot food available (there was also soto in a boiling pot but I did not eat that). The other food, like the fried noodles, fried rice, vegetables etc that were in food warmers were cold because the heaters were not turned on. That defeats the purpose of putting the food in the warmers... I had dinner in the restaurant at the first night as well and the food took a very long time to come as well. But the staff were so nice that I didn't mind the wait too much. Continue to improve, Mercure Bandung City Centre! I might come back again.

Its a brand new hotel! Booked standard room, they gave me room 533 which is located in the corner of 5th floor. Room was spacious and cleanliness was superb. Staff were extremely helpful, fast response, polite and very friendly. 100% of them are young people and trained well. Breakfast has many of variety and also tasty. Swimming pool is at the roof top so it really has a good view, especially at night. Location is SUPERB! Right next to the mal (Paskal 23). Lobby door just right next to main lobby (Lobby Cai) of the mal. Shop, grocery, eateris, salon, spa, night club are nearby, only 1-5 min walk. Near to everywhere. You’re really at the center of the city. Will come back for sure.

i stay for two night on this hotel in big holiday. it's full book, i thing every body want to stay in this hotel because it's new hotel with connecting facility in to the best mall in bandung. thank's good i making booking via so i get the best price and more important i have the great room (so many don't get the room that day) the hotel facality, i don't have any complain. avery thing is great. internet, parking car, cleaning service, decoration....it's great. if you want to have lunch or dinner you just take a walk to bandung super mall, all of kind food you can find there. after having lunch me and my family goes to trans studio (the biggest indoor playing ground that you should try) it's great moment with my family. now, if i want to take vacation i always search on agoda.com first for geting best price for hotel. you should try to. happy vacation

It was great, the room was unexpectedly large and comfortable and because we went to Bandung to attend our friend's wedding, we didn't have many chance to do a culinary hunt, that's why we have to eat in our hotel room. We just hope that the food was not as bad as the other hotel's food (cause even a five star hotels' food is really bad, or at least standard), at least it has a tiny spicy flavor in it. And surprisingly, the food was AMAZING, it was highly above my expectation, even for the late dinner before we went to sleep, we order another food again, just to try another menu and again it was really really good, especially the grilled chicken breast, it's so juicy (applause to the late night chef). So in conclusion, this 3-star hotel is one of the best hotel in Bandung that you should pick.

I was initially reluctant to book this hotel because of its distance from the places which were on my "must visit" places list however eventually I booked it for a night and liked it so much because of the following reasons: 1) Efficent staff who didn't take more than 2 minutes to hand over my room keys during check in time 2) Color scheme of hotel was very refreshing /Aromatheraphy in the room was a bonus. 3) The room and washroom size was comparatively small however the rooms were aesthetically decorated with a nice extra day bed in it which later on was arranged by the hotel staff as my 5 years old daughter night bed :) 4) the location with in the Mall was very convineant for us to had dinner as well as lunch from there, also we did little bit of shopping from anIndonesian cultural shop. There was very good resturant with in the mall named " Indian Curry". Highly recommended if you are into Indian\Pakistani spices and food 5) Dino club for kids was a nice kids playing club within the hotel 6) The hotel staff is the USP of Harris hotel, very Efficent either it's the check in/out staff, house keeping OR waiter. Every one was so helpful with a small on their faces The only negative point was the Swimming pool whose water was as cold as ice, although my daughter tried to swim but couldn't because of the water temp. I would definitely recommend Harris Bandung to others and also would stay here again!

best value for budget hotel seriously. located at center of kota bandung, near paskal 23 mall-walking distance (new hype mall in bandung), paris van java, kartika sari-walking distance (main store). grab is available everywhere so please just reject all offer for day tour to shopping or going to lembang if you going in small group because the fare from this hotel to the main attraction is seriously cheap starting from 12k max at 50k Rp.

I always love favehotel Hyper Square! They have a new mall inside the property area. You can walk to Paskal Food Square at night for dinner. They also have Nico's Kitchen - healthy food restaurant inside the property. This place is the most convenient spot if you have car. A lot of parking spaces and it located in city center. Of course, you cannot complain for the standard breakfast for 3rd star hotel. I wish they clean the breakfast corner more often. It's kinda smelly

This was definitely the best decision made in the whole trip especially when i did not make plans ahead. I want to commend 3 of the hotel staff: SENA, WILDAN, SAKTI. They were friendly and warm, recommending us places to visit, arranging for drivers to bring us around and being our translators to breach the language barrier. Not only that, they went above their call of duty, bringing us out for dinner and visit the city after their work hours so that we can have the full experience of Bandung while keeping us safe. Special thanks to Sena for making yourself contactable 24/7 and i could even contact you when i was at Sari Ater and Kawah Putih when i faced communication problems. There is certainly no official work end hours and such level of hospitality and service levels is just unimaginable. In terms of the hotel, i am really pleasantly surprise and am in love with the magenta themed furnishings. Although small, the room is very new and equipped with everything needed: full length mirror, legit safe and even has a charging port that is compatible with the Singapore plug! The room service is really prompt, and they address us by our names, and we could borrow ironing board and hair dryer. My stay at Favehotel is paramount to shaping my whole Bandung experience and I will definitely come back to visit the 3 hotel staffs, now friends. If i were to visit other parts of Indonesia, no search is required as I would definitely pick Favehotel again :) Thank you once again!

Hotel rate is relatively quite cheap, off course only if you book through Agoda. The staff is very friendly, they help us to exchange 3 of our superior room to become apartment with 3 room. Apartment with 3 room is huge and very much suitable for large family travel in group. It have 2 queen bed & 1 single bed, the lobby is big can alway add in extra bed. Hotel location is walking distant to Pasar Baru shopping mall and very near to the airport as well. We only spend 25,000 rupiah from Hotel to Airport. The bell boy is excellent. The hotel have in room massage service. You can also book Taxis & Avanza through the hotel, they have taxis service standby at LG. All the taxis is using metres. You can also make daily book for the taxis and the avanza. Their taxis drivers is very friendly.

The location is quite good, I went there on Friday so deluxe room which I booked was full and they upgraded it to family suit without any additional charge. I have to wait about 2 hours to get in my room because there was smoke smell that they have to get rid. But it was worth wait because family suit room has 2 floor actually, upper level with wooden floor , contains 1 king size bed and 2 single beds. Room was comfortable and clean, quiet too. Swimming pool was nice and clean on rooftop , they have sauna and spa too. Had some problem with card key, could not open the door but the staffs were so attentive and friendly. I had heavenly breakfast, a lot of delicious food. I love the omelet . Lobby was comfortable, we got welcome drinks too. The best hotel I've ever booked !!

The rooms were comfortable with everything that you would normally expect from a 4 or 5 star hotel. We booked and got two adjacent, inter-connecting rooms. No complaint but then again nothing outstanding. (Although having both a bath and a shower in each spacious bathroom is a definite plus.) Undoubtedly the best feature for us, being a family with a couple of kids with voracious appetites, was the food - both the breakfast buffet and the very reasonably priced all-you-can-eat buffet dinner with wide variety of cuisines. The food was not only good value but really delicious and well presented too. We also enjoyed the swimming pool (quite a reasonable size), gym and spa. The neighbourhood is central and pleasant, although not within easy walking distance of any of the main malls or downtown attractions. Free wifi throughout the hotel is an added plus - although the speed is a bit on the slow side.

We needed a room for our short holiday with our eighteen month old son in Bandung. The room should be simple with as minimum fixtures and furniture as possible. The location of the hotel was as important, as Bandung is notoriously well known of its traffic congestion when it comes to weekends. Then we searched for the room through Agoda. With our luck, we got our last best deal room reservation at Pop! Hotel Bandung Festival CTLink. We had managed our expectation when we checked in. To our surprise, the check-in process was so simple. A small conversation, a signature on a single form, and all was done. When we entered the room we had been struck in awe that the room was exactly as what we had been looking for. It only contained really basic fixtures and furniture, perfect to reduce our son’s urge for exploration. Moreover, the hotel was strategically located. Built next to a mall (for convenience shopping), it also gave us several alternative routes, just perfect for our needs to visit a couple holiday destination. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in Pop! Hotel Bandung Festival CTLink. The Location was perfect, the check in process was so prompt (applied also for the check out process), and the room was superbly simple. The Pop! Hotel Bandung Festival CTLink was just-as-what-we-need hotel!

Pro: Relatively new boutique like designed well run hotel. Infinity style swimming pool albeit a small one but with adequate showering facilities and also a poolside bar selling food and drinks. Good locale just across road from train station. One of the best breakfast in a 3-star hotel which includes a small western section and also Bak Pau (chinese section). Con: No bar fridge in room. No Safe available in room. Full rate breakfast for children.

I planned to stay for one night, but later changed my plan and decided to extend for one more night. The reception staff told me how i should book my extension and prepare my request to stay in the same room. And the extension process was done in a really short time! The water shower was somehow dripping leftover for minutes every time i use it, i call the room service and the staff come to my room within two minutes! After trying to fix the shower, the staff clean the shower room with the towel and brought the change towel in a couple minute, and he return within a couple minute as promised. Nice! The room cleaning service almost make me trip on the floor when i return to the room after a trip because it's too slippery (not by water, maybe wax) which i found nice! The room very clean like it's my first day! The food. Maybe there are not enough choices, but the taste is quite good. Please improve it, it will make the hotel even better. I read on the Internet about there are pool in the hotel, but i didn't find it. Is it really there or not? Well, the closet in the bathroom is quite large and fit a fat person like me, i love it. (some hotel did not provide a big enough closet). Location. If you are looking a good place for hangout, Ibis Braga is your best choice. It's not on the "noisy" spot but a walk distance for hangout spots. You can visit every corner of Braga, Asia afrika, Alun-Alun and other attractions, all by walk. Even i walk to the Bandung Train Station to order my return ticket. The Location is almost perfect! Even it is *** hotel, the staff never look down on you. Keep it up!

I made a booking for a childhood friend of mine whom recently got married and was in Bandung for their first together trip with his wife and their first Honeymoon! Staying in Savoy Homann Bidakara Hotel and you will learn its full history here. Authentic rooms with interior designs just done too perfectly. The location is simply strategic, in front of Museum KAA, nearby to Braga street and near Masjid Agung Bandung. Distance to the airport is not too far away. This hotel met my friend’s expectation. Featuring free Wifi connections around the hotel vicinity was way too good for them. This is my friend’s review and feedback after they got back to Singapore. They loved this hotel and definitely would be a great memory for them here especially for his wife. She was just too amazed with the lovely great decorations done in the room for them! Really appreciate the kind staffs over the past day there. Nice place, warm service, great panorama, delicious food, good daily activities, strong wifi access and with the right person to call off this fantastic perfect honeymoon. The feeling there was like Oh My God!!! Fabulous!!! Fantastic!!! Everything is like heaven here, Said his wife. There are no words that can describe the place, simply beautiful, cozy and memorable experience here. They will definitely come back here when they visit Bandung again. I was staying with my husband and two litle kids. We booked bussiness traveler room. The hotel was clean, we got large and comfort bed. For 3 star hotel, the food options for breakfast was varying, there are options for traditional food too. The foods taste good. I enjoy the moment, where cooking class takes place. My two kid were joined that, and they made pancake by the help of the chef. It was fun, they enjoy it. I also happy, because the was a kids corner in the Terrace cafe, so while breakfast they can play with numerous toys. This hotel located in the city, i went to Museum Geology, it took 9 minutes with car, then continued eat to Alas Daun. The swimming pool is at the roof top on 12 floor, its nice but small, and too cold. But my kids enjoy it. The staffs are friendly. I recommend this hotel for family...

The great thing about this hotel is the location which near Jl. Asia Afrika and Braga, Bandung. One of the main attraction during Saturday night. There aren't many options for good, clean but budget hotel in the area. I chose Ibis Budget Hotel because I have experience with other Ibis hotels before. I was right, staying at Ibis Budget was no disappointment. The only thing that was lacking was that they ran out of soap in the bathroom and I forgot to brought my own, but is not a big deal. The staffs were nice and friendly also, as I was expecting a guest that night.

We book two rooms for our family of 4. We went to Bandung during the month of Ramadhan. The main reason we choose this hotel because they provide Sahur (morning breakfast before start of fasting) and they deliver it to our rooms at 3.30am without fail. The Hotel itself is new and clean. Staffs are friendly indeed and very accommodating. The size of the room is acceptable, not too big but not too small complete with good air conditioning, wifi, flat TV with local and international channels, hot water, and great bed throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to Pasar Baru Bandung, Kartika Sari, Bandung Train Station, Mall and KFC. The best part no one smoke in the lobby area or the room. It is a great hotel to stay!

This is our go to hotel when visiting Bandung. We are quite familiar with this hotel so we felt rather qualified to give an informed opinion. It is located by a busy main road, but not too congested like some roads in Bandung. Most major attractions are a short taxi ride away if you don't get stuck in Bandung traffic. When we started staying there, it was a new hotel. Nowadays we can see some of the wood veneers peeling off, sheets and towels are less white. That said, I am particular of about cleanliness, this hotel is still up to my standard. The staffs were also pleasant and helpful as always. Check ins and outs were a breeze. The breakfast choice was rather limited, but it was also very affordable, so nothing to complaint here for the price. Good if you want to conveniently grab a bite early in the morning. If you want something fantastic it's best to look elsewhere though. Sound proofing is also pretty bad, people talking in the corridor or the next room can be clearly heard. In weekends you can hear kids screaming, it can feel like a whole village moved next to you, but come Monday everything quiets down quite a bit. I suspect most affordable hotels in the area have this problem. The room floors has a lounge in the middle, people might eat, talk and smoke there. If you want to be left alone I recommend the corner rooms, with caveat. This time round I was assigned to a room in the far corner of the floor (room 121), the wifi connection was bad, I can only manage to connect to a single network if I stand right behind the door. I asked for a change of room. Although just across the corridor, it was much better, I can now connect to multiple networks from any corner of the room. In short, service, cleanliness and wifi (with exception) are solid, 3 things that matters most to me. Facilities are limited (typical for a 3 star hotel) which reflects its affordable rates. Overall represents a good value in my opinion.

Generally, my stay at Kedaton Hotel is satisfactory. Simply for the following reasons:- 1) A hotel of the same rate in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, my country home allows me to borrow iron. But, Kedaton Hotel did not. I have to call laundry for them to iron my cloth and that ironing service is charged on me. Even though, the ironing charge is cheap but I should not have incurred money for things which the hotel should provide for guests. 2) The hotel allows outsider to call me at night and even knock my door room asking for massage and women. This could not be done. People trust Kedaton Hotel for safety and comfort but such acts are really disturbing especially for tourists like me who spent my whole day shopping at Pasar Baru, a very very crowded place. 3) Massage at the hotel's spa is good. But it can be improved by tuning on relaxing music. There was no sound when I get massaged. My mom asked for Balinese music to be turned on. Unfortunately, the staff turned on dangdut song.So funny!Come on....

I traveled to Bandung with my husband, my 3 months old baby & 2 sisters. Booked 2 business rooms at Yokotel for 3 nights. Check-in process was very smooth. They require deposit money amounting IDR100,000. They will provide receipt, please keep & return it during check-out to get back your money. PROS The hotel interior is clean, tidy & consider new. The lift is well-functioning & fast. The Room is clean & cozy. The best thing is they provided wifi at each floors. :D (most of budget hotels in Bandung only provide wifi at lobby/ common area). They provide 2 bottles of 500ml mineral water & 2 sachets of Indocafe everyday (but you need to request for hot water/ electric kettle). Bathroom is in good condition. if you want to use hot water, you may need to leave the water runs for few minutes before you shower. I chose Yokotel because it is only 5-10 mins walk to Pasar Baru. Yokotel also near to Angkut & train station. It takes about 20-30 mins to Bandung Airport. CONS Sound insulation is quite poor. You can hear people talking & walking by the corridor, phone's ringing from other room, TV sounds & the door bell rings too loud. :D I suggest they install carpet at the corridor & sound insulation on the wall. OVERALL: My family were happy with the stay. Highly recommended for budget stay. I will stay here again in future.

Since arrival, we were greeted by the security nicely. As a budget hotel, Malaka has an unique way to impress the guests. Really great architecture, excellent service, one of perfect hotel to spend the weekend getaway. They have several options for breakfast. The taste wasn't disappointing, unlike other budget hotel. I fell for their Italian salad dressing (oil based), it was unexpectedly good! They have their own cafe, but unfortunately there was a wedding party so I didn't get the chance to try. It's not too far from Riau area if you want to find more resto/cafes. Otherwise you can also find other restaurants or cafes in a walking distance. As an addition, they have the best smell of liquid soap/shampoo! I love it! During my stay, I asked for an early check-in and late check-out. FYI: - Check-out: 12pm - Late check-out: 1pm - Additional: max to 3 pm, and you will be charged 25% from current rate. Thank you for your hospitality, Malaka Hotel!

We stayed for only 1 night here, but it was a good experience to stay here. The location is not far from alun-alun and braga street, although the street to get to the hotel is a bit narrow. The room was clean and the breakfast was one of the best for this price. They even serve egg station, which other hotel would only serve fried rice and toast. The only downside was the smoking area is located very near to non-smoking area and I think the exhaust were not working very well, because I could still smell the smoke from my room and also at the dining area! It's a pity to have this environment if you bring your kids or for pregnant woman (which my wife is). I hope the hotel can provide better place to smoke or forbid it.
