"2 reasons why people would book this hotel . location which is good and 15 min walk from evety thing in city centre and s hop on hop bus right within the building. which is correct . The other is the photos showing a beautiful Thai room . not correct. not all rooms are Thai and many people get swayed by this and what they get is ordinary room. Either charge lower or mention it in your site so guests don't feel let down. That said my room simple but was clean , had AC which I suggest is must if you go in June as it is hot and not all hotels may offer it . room was clean, housekeeping prompt , and reception polite and efficient. The downside is that the hotel is located on the first floor of an old building ( most hotels in budapest are ) but the reception is on first floor and it took me 2 trips up and down with my my luggage to figure that out as there is a hostel on the same floor with a rude guy who did not care to point me the right entrance . But I guess the reception knows it and responded immediately to my missed call. The entrance to building is poorly lit , little dark and gloomy , but discreete, and looks like a hostel than a hotel. The rooms were very clean but there is a balcony which was locked So it all boils down to value for money which is average here . But maybe the other rooms are large and beautiful ad the the site photo says but the management/ abode site should address this issue . I would give it 3 stars , for location, efficient reception , cleanliness . "
