This is by far one of the best hotels in Bandung. Not a high class hotel, but not shabby either. If u r looking for clean n comfort, sensa has it all. The room is quite spacious, enough for u to even put yr luggage bag. Each rm has a balcony, the view is not really spectacular but Acceptable. We didhave a problem with our balcony door, jus needed to inf the front desk n they will send a guy up to yr rm to open rhe balcony door with a key. Toilet is quite spacious too, equipped with ecowasher toilet (my fav part of the toilet) and a standing shower. There is a huge full length mirror in the toilet which i personally liked. There is no door to separate the shower n toilet seat, jus a glass which actually causes water to splash out while bathing. But that is jus tolerable. The toilet door has no lock, jus slides close n open. But for me i'm ok with it as me n my husband can have our private toilet time but not too much. Bed was super huge enuff for me n my husband who are quite big sized. Tv channels are variety, if not for the shopping i could have just stayed indoors n watch cable. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Even tho not as much spread as the one in bintan lagoon, however i was satisfied. Quite a variety of food, ranging frm light breakfast meals to heavy meals like rice n even the famous Bandung Bakso. The diner also has a nice view beside the swimming pool n a deck where pple can jus sit n chill. Staff are friendly n helpful. Room service was very fast. When i called room service saying i want an extra towel, the guy came up like in less than 5 mins. There was wifi in every floor, jus need to get a daily login id n password from the front desk. Location is also one of the best. The hotel is located next to Cihampelas Mall where u can find a lot of food, stores n supermarket. It is also located next to jeans street where u can find nice jeans. Do chk this plce out in google. Overall, i loved my stay.

Best location in the heart of Bandung city,, 10-15 minutes drive to Bandung Zoo and Paris Van Java Mall,, 5 minutes walk to Cihampelas Walk (large shopping mall in the area), Teras Cihampelas (hawker street local food), factory outlet. But i don't like the traffic jam around and front of the hotel (Cihampelas Street), faster n easier walking by foot better than driving. If you want to go to Lembang (Kampung Gajah, Farm House, Floating Market etc) around 1 hour drive by car on weekdays (around 3-4 hour drive on weekend or public holidays!!) breakfast quality n variety of the food is ok (if you want omelette, you have to ask restaurant staff). If you want to check out early in the morning, please ask valet staff to prepare your car ASAP,, bcauz the hotel only have small parking area. Wifi connection is quite good. Please provide hair dryer, small fridge, n liquid soap in the bathroom...

We arrived at the hotel around 3.30 pm booking 2 family rooms. But one the room's toilet is leaking. Only 1 family room is available which I allocate to my daughter with her young family (with1 little kid and a baby). The receptionist was very nice to replace the faulty room with 2 Delux rooms for me & my wife and my son which I agreed. She said the family room will be available tomorrow after repair is done. Upon arrive from outing at 6.30 pm our family room was ready with our luggages has already been transferred the family room which been repaired. The breakfast were tasty too. I ordered 2 taxis to take us to airport upon check out on the fourth day. The girl receptionist ordered for us 2 Bluebird taxis which she said the best taxi in town. The Bluebird taxis arrived exactly ontime at 10.30 am as requested. Above all, the fare to airport is much cheaper (Rp35k/taxi) as compared to paying Rp70k/taxi when we took the taxis from airport to hotel upon our arrival in Bandung. Definitely I will stay here again during my next visit to Bandung. Nice people, nice hotel and nice breakfast.

My 1st trip to bandung. When arrived we stay in aramis bandung but only 1 night, but we not satisy,i on the spot search at agoda during day 1 in bandung.as my hubby experiance in bandung that we want to stay near cihempelas road, so i searh in agoda n have a aston n fave .but i choose aston coz i look for a riview frm guest who stay there . Nice hotel, clean room.the price advertise at agoda that time attract me more with 4 star rate only per night include breakfast.its so affordable . When we reach at aston i suprise and amaze with the decoration of the hotel.so nice and very elegant the lobby hotel it self.the room really satisfied me big and clean and have a bath tub and the bed so comfortable.the best things is the aston really at the cihempelas road,and near the factory outlet.also near the cihempelas mall or also known as ciwalk.

we stayed at this hotel for 4 days & 3 nights in october 2012. this hotel implementing a good security measures to protect their customers. there will be a car check up by the security officer before you are allowed to proceed to the hotel lobby entrance. at the lobby entrance we were welcomed by the hotel staff which is friendly & helpful. during the check in process, we were attended with smile by the reception officer. for the room, we requested for a non-smoking room & we stayed at level 10 of the hotel. the room is clean and satisfactorily. equipped with basic facilities such as bath tub, lcd tv, kettle, comfortable bed, complimentary toiletries & bottled water and safety box. the room just nice for a traveler with a small baby like us & comfortable enough to rest ourselves after the whole day of trip around bandung city. before i forgot, you can go away with the bandung traffic noise if you stay at this hotel because it is not located immediately at the roadside like many other hotels in bandung. this is extra point to stay again at this hotel. we were also had our breakfast at this hotel during our stay. the food is nice with choices of few asian food. however, there were nothing like sausages, nuggets or chicken slice during our stay and we think it is worth to be provided in future for service betterment. in short, we recommended this hotel for those looking for a hotel in bandung (i even bumped into this hotel gm, mr marak during his morning rounding). thank you.

I dont quite put a very high expectation when I booked this hotel. From the website, I thought that this hotel is just an average 3 stars hotel. However, I am very impressed start from the beginning during checked in until I checked out. The room has a good deco. I think if the room is a bit bigger and there is a bath tub in the bathroom, this hotel can easily be a 4 stars hotel. The location is superb and very close to Cihampelas Walk, so shopping is easy. This is my second visit to Bandung, and I know now where to stay if I ever visit Bandung again.

Its a pretty new hotel in Bandung. Was named H Clarity before, and recently they had management change. Building is new, amenity was good and clean, but I had small problem with the water bidet, the flow was so small. I stay there during Idul Fitri holiday, stay for 1 night and check in 1 day before D-day. Pool not really big but it is in the rooftop so you can have pretty good view of Bandung from there, they also have pool side cafe where you can order snack and drink to enjoy while you swimming or just relaxing beside the pool. They also have small kids corner near the pool where your kid can play, but its outdoor so you cant use it if it rain. They also have small rabbit cage with several cute rabbits inside, you can play with them and when I was there 1 of the rabbit jump out of the cage... hahaha... Room is big and clean. I was receiving welcome snack with personal message in my room when I was check in, very nice personal touch and really impressed me. Breakfast is huge, I dont know if it because of the Idul Fitri celebration or not, but I think 4 stars hotel should have this kind of standard for their breakfast. The best part of it, they have ice cream stall and sushi for breakfast. Unfortunately I wasn't so well during my stay and I can't really enjoy the breakfast although I really want to. The manager also having a chat with us during breakfast and asking if we were having any complaints or suggestion, pretty nice personal approach and you can see they want to learn from their guess and keep everything running smoothly. Keep up the good work. Definitely will come back here again if I go to Bandung.

Went to bandung for a friend's wedding and booked this hotel for stay. The location is at the center of bandung and very close to lots of restaurants, there is even bornga restaurant in this hotel which is a very good korean restaurant chain. So if you are too tired to go out to eat you can just go down there. The hotel staff will give you 10% voucher to eat at bornga. The hotel decor is very pleasing in the eyes. It has several great photo spots. The bathroom is very nice. The room is pretty clean too, but the floor is a little bit dusty (they didnt use carpet, but not much complain there, just use the slippers the hotel give if it bothers you). They also give you access to balcony if you want to smoke, but i think this is only for select rooms (not sure, i don't smoke so i'm not too fussy about this). The breakfast is very good. They let you pick several breakfast choices from korean, indonesian, or continental. All in all very good experience. Will return there again.

i really like this hotel. located at jl cihampelas bandung make this hotel have a good location. near with the famous cihampelas walk mall. just 20 minutes from airport or train station. 10 menit from jalan dago and famous bandung gift shop, kartika sari. if you want to see one of the best university in indonesia, itb? you just need to walk 700 m. the room is small but i think really smart. nice color in the room make this hotel sparkling. the thing that i don't like is the window. you can't see anything from the window. if i go to bandung again, i will come to amaris hotel again. maybe i will try to stay in amaris cimanuk

Good place to stay in Bandung (Cihampelas) vert near to Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk). The price was very cheap, all staffs was very nice, hospitality was good, we got the breakfast with the cheap price even the menu of the breakfast was always about chicken. The main road in front of the hotel is a one way, so you should to turn around if going somewhere then want to back to the hotel. Overall this hotel is very recomended and good place to stay in Bandung!

the hotel is a simple and straightforward place. 5 floors with an elevator and then stairs to the 6th floor to the in-house laundry and massage rooms. they can arrange tours and car hire. breakfast is local food with a toasted sandwich maker available too. 24 hour room service menu is good value. right on the busy cihampelas road it can be noisy during the daylight hours, but fine at night. the rooms are not huge, but adequate if you are alone or a couple who just need to 'park and go'. they are a little tired and the only thing i noticed was although the room is cleaned daily, furniture was not moved so there is dirt and dust behind and under things. i bought a few air fresheners and bathroom/toilet fresheners and all was ok. marginally over-priced, but then again all the hotels in bandung seem a little expensive to me. a short walk down the busy road to the ciwalk mall takes you past all manner of warungs and clothes shops including the jeans outlets. great for shopping!

I'll stayed for two nite with my two daughter, they have a great time to being here at Bandung. For stay in this hotel was awesome because location so great, close to many hang out place. Many restaurant and shopping mall. The room not to big, but was clean that is an important thing for me cause my little girl just only two month And for next trip maybe I'll be back to this hotel. For the price was good, only for IDR from Agoda with breakfast. But, when I ask to reception desk they give IDR cheaper.

The hotel's room is quiet good for traveller. It is very cheap and affordable. Got shuttle transport from airport (very good), alongside to Chihampelas F.O.S street.. the staff is also very nice, I love their info about the way of people and travellers in Chihampels spesifically For those who love to bath with natural Bandung pipe water.. you should get here because there is no heater.. I like it indeed.

Best backpacker guesthouse I would say. Great hospitality, staffs are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the surrounding. Room size is quite small with one single bed only, perfect for solo traveller. Extra bed is provided for couples. Room was clean and comfy. My room was just beside the river, so relaxing to hear the water-flow. Bathrooms are outside and surprisingly very clean!! No breakfast provided though but lots of restaurants around the area and minimarket is just below the hotel. To sum it up for myself, made great choice... Loved loved it!! Recommended for solo traveller on budget

The location of the hotel is very strategic, in Jalan Cihampelas, which is very near to 2 malls: Cihampelas Walk (Cihampelas Walk) and Paris Van Java (PVJ). Though it is a bit difficult to reach the hotel because Jalan Cihampelas is a one way road. First time traveler in Bandung should take not of these one way roads. The service was good, the staffs were very friendly and they were also very helpful when I asked them about directions. The room itself was decent; decently large and had a good TV. The bathroom was just okay.

Saya dan keluarga memilih hotel ini karena dekat dengan RSUP Hasan Sadikin. Tujuan kami ke Bandung memang hendak menjenguk saudara. Tarif hotel relatif murah. Fasilitas hotel menyesuaikan dengan harga yang murah. Pada bagian bawah restoran terdapat cafe yang catchy, Melbourne Kitchen. Saya menginap di deluxe, kamarnya agak kecil, sekitar 16m2. Kamar mandi bersih dan menurut saya cukup layak. Disediakan teko pemanas air tapi tidak disediakan kopi dan teh. Televisi masih tabung tapi ada saluran kabel. Sarapan hanya bisa memilih satu jenis dari menu yang telah disediakan. Rasanya lumayan. Minuman hanya ada pilihan teh dan kopi. Kesimpulan: untuk harga segitu, fasilitas hotel cukup. Tapi ada baiknya ditingkatkan lagi, misalnya ditambah teh dan kopi di kamar, TV diganti LED, sarapan lebih bervariasi, dsbnya.

My stay was pleasant because I put some notes on my booking and the staffs really accomplished all my requests. They get the job done! Once i arrive they already prepare all the keys side by side rooms and it didn't take longer than 5 mins. I'm amaze (since its never happened to me especially in Indonesia's Hotels). I asked for Cold AC temperature and when i enter the room they specially turn it on before we arrive so the room was cold and nice. Oh my.. what a really good service!! The bed is comfortable and Wifi works well. The breakfast was quite good and again the staffs were very helpful and nice. Location is very good for first timer to visit Bandung. Few things that need improvement are the cleanliness of the bathroom, small parking space, and no Swimming Pool. Other than that, everything was perfect. Would love to come back again
