Very satisfied with the room facilities, cleanliness & facilities, although the check-in was a bit slow, we had to wait a while, for the requested non-smoking room to be cleaned & ready. Breakfast selection & varieties is excellent ! for both Asian and continental spreads. Location wise, its very good, as the hotel is just opposite Bandung Indah Plaza, that has a hypermart, eateries, and our favorite spots like the Matahari Department Store, the bookstore Gramedia, the Es Teller 77 restaurant with reasonably priced local favorites, which opens till 10pm & it also whipped one of the best avocado milkshakes ever, and of course the XXI cinema. If you are on a short stay in Bandung & do not have enough time to shop around after you're done with the tours, this hotel is the best place to stay. Bandung Indah Plaza is just across, opposite the hotel, accessible via the convenient overhead bridge, just outside the hotel. Bandung Indah Plaza is fully equipped with fast food outlets like A&W, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, JCO donut & cafe. Enjoy 4 levels of stores, fashion, fun & entertainment (arcades, cinema, karaoke lounge) and plenty of F & B outlets (Food & Beverages). You'll be spoilt for choice !

Very good art deco style hotel. Room quite big with double bed or twin bed join the only different to other hotel was the bathroom which the have separate shower n toilet without bath tub. The room are clean with nice view If you've got facing to mountain. The breakfast is very good taste n large variety to choose. The staff are very polite n friendly. The cafe n restaurant are very good, at night they have open area to sit outside the hotel n listen to live music. The only thing the need to improve are the parking area because not enough room during peak season holiday and the check-in takes a while even we arrived at 12pm but the room was not ready until 3pm. Just wondering why I thought all the guest check-out at 12pm so the room will be ready by 2pm. We booked 4 rooms and they want to give us separate floor which I don't want to be separate from out children or family. We booked the hotel 2 weeks prior the arrival should have good management in check-in department.

i came with my parents and sister. we booked 2 connected rooms. lovely, clean, well equipped. i love the breakfast buffet the most! various selection. free coffee. cappucino is awesome. breakfast provided include main meal (local dish), rice porridge, fritter, toast bread, coffee or tea, guava kuice/orange juice/apple juice, 2-3 kind of fruits, salads, and can order scramble egg, cereals. food is delicious. even the ala carte menu also affordable and delicious!!!! staff is frenly and efficient. very strategic location. we can walk about 500m to shop outlet jalan riau but need to be careful at night coz a bit dark along the alley. this is the best hotel i have stayed so far when holiday to indonesia. the rating shud be at least 4 stars. keep up the good work!

It was a last minute trip. So my wife and I decided to book a trip to Bandung, as we've never been there before. Weather was perfect. Shopping nothing to shout about as most of the things offered are imitations. Great POLO RL store which offered great deals at Jalan Braga. About the hotel. I've visited Indonesia many times before for work and leisure, have stayed in many nice hotels in Indonesia. To my surprise, services and greetings by Staff at Crowne Plaza Bandung is top notch compared to all the years of my travelling. Keep it up guys! Rooms, great size. Arrived and checked into a high floor 1702. Room was perfectly layed out, but found out a bad stench coming from the toilet. Was bearable when you close the toilet door, but when you enter the toilet......the smell is just unbearable. We stayed a night, and filed a complain the following day. Was transferred to room 1210. Was upgraded to a much bigger room, minus the toilet stench. To our surprise, was given a personal card for an apology accompanied by a serving of their cakes. Classy move and great job by the team!

the hotel is quite good, located in the heart of bandung so its near to everywhere. check in only about 10 minutes for 3 rooms, room is clean, there is vale service free of charge when hotel park is full. there is access​ from basement parking direct to room with lift. there are two swimming pool for adult and kid, it will be 5 star if kids pool having warm water. i stayed in peak season (all room full booked) but the restaurant can handle while breakfast. overall we are happy to stay here. thank you.

we stayed here for 4 nights. it is great location. it is connected to the shopping mall.. very convenient for us to find food and other stuff at the hypermarket. breakfast was excellent. they changed some of the menu everyday so you won't feel boring. the staff is very helpful attending us small families. a lot of tv channel selections to watch. i bring my travel adapter but unfortunately it can't be use in indonesia. have to request the housekeeping to lend me one electrical adapter and iron. one thing, they don't have a luggage scale in case if you want to yours better bring your own.

The hotel was nice in terms of the service,the location , the food , the facilities, the room, unfortunately the hotel area was not so big, we even used the elevator to park our car, one thing that we rare to see, particularly in Indonesia or Bandung It will be better that the hotel had larger area so that we can have bigger swimming pool, bigger gym, children playground

We book on the same day. We arrive at 3oc in the morning and still got a lovely smile and service from the security and staff. Even when the key didnt work. Surprisingly clean bedroom and spacious. Its only the bathroom thats kinda thight n small but very clean. Its not on the busy main road. Its next to the mosque but we didnt really hear any noise remembering it the evening of a big moslem celebration. Great stay and will devenatly come back with group of family for short budget traveling. We also wish we would try the Meize spa & reflexiology that is still in the same bulding. But we havent try. There is also a mini markt in the same building. So its quite conviniece for lots of your personal needs. Thanks Meize hotel. Will be back again.

the price of this hotel being in the 3 star range i was not expecting anything outstanding, so it came as surprise everything about that place makes it fantastic value for money. the room is nice, big, quiet, with a very good internet cable connection, classy bathroom, comfortable bed, the buffet breakfast is really high-class (even if most of the guests are not), and the friendliness of the staff is out of this world. the hotel is part of a commercial compound which hosts a department store and large supermarket. the latter doesn't sell alcohol (has indonesia turned into an islamic republic while no one was watching?) but you can buy yourself a beer at supermarket prices in the hotel itself. yep, strange but who cares. a great place !

Overall this Hotel is among the best place to stay. The staffs are friendly, location is near to well known Factory Outlet along Jalan Riau and shopping complex. We can just walk to Factory Outlet. Easy to get public transport (taxi and angkutan kota). The room is comfort and spacious. For improvement I would like to suggest the breakfast menu to be more variety especially in international food. The rest I have no complaint during 3 nights my stay here.

This is our 4th stay in the hotel,this time through agoda a bit cheaper compares to direct booking using corporate rate. Unfortunately, the room card and key was broken.when we left the room after we checked in, the lady supervisor told us their handyman will fixed the key,we were given a manual key and we had locked it and ensure our room is locked.but when we arrived at night, we found out our room wasnt locked at all.we re lucky that our belongings were safe. up till breakfast, the key we couldnot lock the room and a cleaning service guy waited outside during our breakfast, it wasnt convenient at all to make him waited, so we were rushly went back to the room itself.previous experiences with this hotel were above average,especially location and parking space is ok.breakfast not bad, room space is adequate as we always spent one night only on our trip, and most of the time we were out roaming around.

first we entered the hotel, they welcomed us with a friendly hospitality, we still remember the name of front desk clean was the first word came in to mind when we entered the room. yes it is small, but really, you only use the hotel room to wrap up your shopping bags into the luggage and sleep for couple hours before you go home. the bathroom was also clean, even you found the sink inside the room instead in the bathroom. but really it doesn't make us have less point to amaris. they provide the guest with soap and shampoo dispenser. every floors are also provided with water dispenser. no fridge though. but then again, bandung is also about its culinary, so you don't need to keep anything in the fridge. behind amaris they have new resto called 'hartwood', nice place, big portion but no sundanese food. near there they have progo st, with lots of cafes like hummingbird and cafe progo. the hotel is also situated near the riau st, where all the famous factory outlets are there. guess what? it is within walking distance. the famous local yoghurt cisangkuy is also walk reachable. its in the must try list. breakfast! many people said they don't have enough variety, yes ofcourse! it is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. but they do have omelet, fried rice, fried noodle, sausages, bread, porridge, coffee, tea and juices. which we think its enough for breakfast though. sum up, we highly recommend you to stay here as if great location, cleanliness, friendly hospitality are things that you're looking for. help the hotel to maintain their 'good rate' by saving the energy though.

Though it is 3 stars hotel, it actually shows such a luxury hotel. I booked 90 Degree Room for 1 night. The room is big with 2 floors ( accomodate 4 persons with 2 big beds ), clean, modern, and also the wi-fi in the room is great. But, the upstairs was a bit hot and a bit noisy. The staffs were helpful but at the check - in desk there is only a staff ( not efficient cause we need to wait for about 10 minutes ). The breakfast was ok but didn't provide many chocices of food. The location is also great, there are a lot of restaurants neraby the hotel. I really recommend this hotel.

So for the last visit to Bandung I decided to go to Jl. Riau (and surrounding areas) only. So I decided to stay exactly at Jl. Riau or nearby that can reach Jl. Riau by walking. After a long search, Anggrek Gandasari Hotel is on my top list. The consideration: 1. Its location is very close to Jl. Riau, it's like 50-100 meters only to Jl. Riau (the part with the best Factory Outlets like Heritage, Cascade, The Secret, The Summit, etc.) 2. They have very cheap price regarding the location and the room and the services and other things. 3. The room is quite large and clean, and so cozy, with comfortable bed. And they have like 4 pillows and 2 small pillows on the bed. 4. Their staffs are so friendly and helpful. And they upgrade my room from Standard to Superior. 5. They have quite large parking area. So I think for my next (and next and next) visit, I'm gonna choose this hotel if my destination is to shop at Jl. Riau again.

I always spend my night here when in Bandung every time I have a family vacation, wedding event or college friends gathering. The price is cheap for me yet the facility is still very good. The staff is also very nice to me and welcome me whenever I want to check-in (even in the middle of the night or early in the morning). I recommend Corsica Hotel to whom who wants to spend their night in Bandung for more than 3 days. It really saves your money yet still comfy. I rate this place as 5 stars for the most affordable yet comfy hotel.

I come with wrongly date of booking that the staff alert me. But I still manage to find another deals in Agoda website on the spot. I able to check in. This hotel worth a stay. The room is very spacious & the bed is comfy. The shower is also great,as I travel during Ramadan and need to rest a bit after visit to FO. The free sahur also superb,and the staff did help me to charge my power bank due to I forgot to bring my international charger. Overall, I'm satisfied with these hotel and will definitely stay again for my next visit.

this was our first time to bandung, indonesia. travel with my family with young children & my mom & maid. so we decided to choose hotel which in town center. it's was great on the 1st day of arrival on sunday as they have sunday morning market just infront of the hotel. childrens are so happy as they have horse ride just paid pere ride. the hotel is clean & new.people there are friendly. there have italian dessert which the girls love it. breakfast is simple but just nice. .

Stay was OK and I wasn't expecting to stay at the Ritz anyway. I was only staying for one night. Location is right in the middle of the city, it was the best aspect of the hotel. This hotel has seen MUCH better days. It looked old and felt tired. It needs major renovation. Still, staff was attentive and service was good. I think the price they charge is fair for the condition of the hotel. Breakfast was good with several choices.

My partner and I have been travelling for a month around Indonesia. I decided to treat my parter to 2 nights here as it was his birthday. All be it not in our usual price range it was so nice to have and was well worth the money. They had a cake waiting on the bed with happy birthday written on it. The staff and the facilities were second to none. Huge thanks to the lovely barman on the rooftop too who made my partner feel special on his birthday. The breakfast was out of this world with lots of gluten free options and vegetarian which I appreciated so much. Thank you

Hotel is very new, everything still looks nice. Breakfast was good. Room was small, but they made good use of space. Glad they provided something to heat water with in the room, didn't like the instant coffee they had, but we brought our own. Took some time for the water in the shower to heat up, and didn't get very hot, but was warm enough to be comfortable. I like that they had carpeting in the room instead of tile floors. Couldn't get internet wifi reception in the room... We received a rather low price which only happened to be available for this one day on agoda, for that price (similar to hotels with fewer stars) it was a good deal. However, the prices usually posted on agoda for this hotel are much higher (similar to hotels with more stars)...

I was stayed for lebaran day on family deluxe room on 2nd floor. Since i bring my parents, i was requested by phone to get spacious, clean & a room with a good air circulation. The staff gave us as requested and welcome us with Warm greetings. The only problem that there is no lift so its hard to go on 2nd fl. for old people or parent using stroller. The breakfast not so fancy & very simple. No cereal & milk but mostly regular indonesian food for breakfast (except congee if you thought one). This hotel was once a house of rich man, furnished with Vintage yet simple. The air are good but little humid because its an old bulding. The hotel are near with shopping outlet in Jl. Riau around 7mins walking. Great to have morning walking trought the foodpath with cool breeze, passing Pramuka garden & surrounded by trees. Overall, i satisfied with the hotel eventhough the price not suitable for my wallet. I consider that we was stayed during peak season of Lebaran.

Actually we only stayed for 1 night. Then, after check-in, we decided to stay another 3 nights in this hotel. It is very nice and comfort hotel. Very spacious room even room for 2 person. Very cheap although you need to pay for extra bed or extra person per room. Quick check-in. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They always greets their guest and help us to bring our belongings. They even help me out to buy late dinner and buy me medicines late at night. There's wifi at the hotel lobby and level 1. Very near to factory outlets, e.g heritage, cascade, stamp, secret, summit, passion, terminal tas etc. There's also Collector Parfum (refill perfumes) near to the hotel.The breakfast is delicious although i only manage to breakfast once at the hotel. Highly reccommended to shopaholics with hubby that easily tired or can't walk and wait for a very long time. :p will be stay again soon.. :)

The hotel is clean, and above average if compared with hotels within Indonesia. As there is live band at night, we did not want the ground floor room given to us, and we were allocated a room on the 2nd floor. It was ok, wasn't noisy. We requested for king size bed and was given one. It was comfortable during our 2 night stay. It is accessible and takes about 5 minutes to reach the main road Jl. Aceh by foot. If you have time, should take a taxi to Jln. Dago. They have some outlets there as well. We shopped around this main road. There was nothing much at the well-known Secret. Sizes of clothing were either too big or too small. However, we found more good buys at outlets like Episode and Cascade. Loved the chendol (original) at the eatery in Cascade (3rd floor) and soto ayam. Overall, Bandung is a place for mainly shopping. Nothing much for sight-seeing. Room Tip: Try not to take ground floor rooms if you can't tolerate live band noise in the evenings.
