Find hotels in Central Market Hall

I stayed twice in this hotel. Staff speak very good English and very efficient. There a nice small breakfast buffet. Good location. Bedding are terrible !!! mattresses are not comfortable and old. I requested and specified I wanted a double bed and they just stuck two single beds together which is unacceptable !! Furniture are like cheap Ikea style. Bathrooms are clean but need a serious upgrade (shower curtains are not pleasant things). good thing is the safe easy to use, fast internet and mini fridge (which really need a big defrosting). We can feel some effort from the staff to make this hotel a good venue but it's definitely NOT a 3 stars (more a youth hotel) and the price is way too high for what it is. It would be better to hire a studio/apartment if you visit Budapest.

ive booked 3 rooms, 2 balcony room and 1 with 2 BR unit.. Unit are clean and looks pretty new, got everything u need ( cutlery, glasses, mugs, water cooker ) sadly they dont provide hair dryer, it was a biig OOPS because we were there when it was freezing. They provide just a standart breakfast such as : Bread, Scrumble Eggs, Sausage, Salad and Fresh Fruits. It address said its on number 9, but it was on 43rd. Location very easy to find, 3 minutes walk distance from Klinikak Metro Station. U really can say, "Just around the corner" I would definitely refer Di Verdi to stay. and will be our choice when we are going to Hungary again soon.

I stayed at Hotel Corvin for four nights in September, 2019. Although the location of this hotel is not very central, it is very close to tram stops and the metro station. It's just 5 minutes walk. So getting around for your sightseeing is convenient from this place. There are a few nice restaurants and shops nearby, so it's easy to supply yourself with food, drinks and other amenities. My room was quite nice. It was spacious and had a big balcony. From the balcony, you could see that this hotel is located in a residential area. There's no through traffic, which makes this place less noisy. However, there was a lot of a rumbling noise early in the morning to which I woke up every day. I suspect it was the housekeeping cleaning up some rooms. The breakfast buffet was good. Unfortunately, every morning there were crowds of big travel groups showing up at the same time, so it was noisy and hard to find a seat. Anyway, I enjoyed the stay and would come back.

The Ibis Budapest Centrum is in a very convenient location. The hotel is within a short walk of Kalvin Ter underground station, which is located on both Metro line M3 (which connects to the airport) and line M4 (which connects to Keleti Palyaudvar, if you are arriving/departing by train). The check-in staff are friendly and speak English. Although my checkin time was 14:00, they let me check in even though I arrived early, around 13:30. This was greatly appreciated! The Kalvin ter neighbourhood is safe and convenient, centrally located, and is steps away from many attractions, you can also get on the Metro here. In the neighbourhood is a DM store (a drugstore, if you need toiletries) and a MannaABC, which is a 24-hour convenience store. There are also plenty of restaurants in the area. The hotel itself seemed quite new. The room itself was excellent. My sole minor complaint is that the air conditioning in the room was not quite strong enough. Not enough to warrant a complaint though. Breakfast was offered at the hotel for an extra EUR 8 a day. I felt this price was a bit high, so I skipped it. You can find places offering breakfast in the area for a lower price. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Ibis Budapest Centrum!

at first i was very suprised about the cheap price and i had a fear if to book this hotel. when we arrived and did the check in we got a lovely and private treatment. we liked the hotel that close 5 minutes to the center. the staff gave us alot of information about the area and what we have to do during the day. i want to thanks them alot and hope to come back again in the future.

I greatly enjoyed my 4 day stay at Hotel Sissi. The staff were as good as I have encountered anywhere in my many stays throughout Europe. Genuinely friendly and most helpful- nothing too much trouble. My request for late checkout on departure was happily granted. Location is in a quiet and attractive area of Budapest. The Metro is 3 minutes walk and then 2, 3 or 4 stops into your choice of inner city location.Trains run every 3 - 5 minutes depending on time of day. I purchased a 24 hour pass for 1650 Florints (approx A$10 )and went to almost all major sights per train.The breakfast spread is very good. You have choice of 3 dining areas. Traditional indoor dining room or the attached enclosed gazebo which is very attractively timber lined with big windows looking out onto the terrace and gardens. Or subject to weather, eat outdoors on the terrace surrounded by lovely gardens. There is a comfortable lobby lounge area where you can enjoy your drink from the bar.My room on first floor was of very high standard in this price range. It had double door opening onto a balcony overlooking the gardens.My only minor negatives were intermittent WiFi signal in room and leaky shower screen in bathroom. I would happily stay here again.

Was excellent staying at this hotel. Actually moved here from the Mercure Duna which was a few blocks away and we were much more satisfied with this one. It was two-thirds the price and although smaller in total size, each of the rooms were about double in size! Way better value for the money. Plus the Wifi worked better here and the breakfast was included and had more variety.

the location of the hotel was not the best as the nearest tram stop is about 200m away. but with the price it is offering, i cannot complain. price is really affordable and best of all, it has wifi in the rooms which is very convenient. breakfast is not great but still ok. it is not too far from the kelepti train station and cost about hf 1400 to reach the hotel via taxi. i would still stay in the hotel again because of the great value for money.
