We really enjoyed our stay in Sensa Hotel for 2 nights. Reached around 5 pmish ( Bandung time ), receptionist very friendly as we requested for non-smoking room and view. Surprised by the very clean and tidy room ( which we love it the most ). For supper, We ordered food from the room service, very yummy and affordable ( local food : met kocok bandung i think ). Can't forget the breakfast experience as we sit at outdoor area facing swimming pool with cold Bandung top weather. Pool water was freezing but as you sit nearby with authentic local and western breakfast, i think its very cool! They did serve ketupat curry as we came during hair rays holiday and also famous local indomie. Great shopping and F & B experience with the connection to the Cihampelas Walk shopping mall. Its an eco green mall which provide a lot of outdoor dining experience. We will definitely come back for our next visit here.

Best location in the heart of Bandung city,, 10-15 minutes drive to Bandung Zoo and Paris Van Java Mall,, 5 minutes walk to Cihampelas Walk (large shopping mall in the area), Teras Cihampelas (hawker street local food), factory outlet. But i don't like the traffic jam around and front of the hotel (Cihampelas Street), faster n easier walking by foot better than driving. If you want to go to Lembang (Kampung Gajah, Farm House, Floating Market etc) around 1 hour drive by car on weekdays (around 3-4 hour drive on weekend or public holidays!!) breakfast quality n variety of the food is ok (if you want omelette, you have to ask restaurant staff). If you want to check out early in the morning, please ask valet staff to prepare your car ASAP,, bcauz the hotel only have small parking area. Wifi connection is quite good. Please provide hair dryer, small fridge, n liquid soap in the bathroom...

We were happy as we are able to check in early due to last minute had to change flight for early arrival and also get 2 rooms on the same floor. Special thanks to the reception lady. The room was nice, breakfast was great with lots of varieties. The bathroom was clean but the only problem was the hot water. We only got hot water on the 1st day, the remaining 3 days we have to shower with cold water. Same thing happens to the other room (I booked 2 rooms, standard double and family deluxe). Please rectify this. The hotel lobby have a tour service which is quite congested with people who are waiting for the tour buses which does not stay in the hotel. Surrounding area was very hectic with traffic jam, difficult to cross the road but there are a lot of places to eat and quite near to Cihampelas Walk (Shopping mall). There are also a lot of shops along the road from hotel towards Cihampelas Walk. Overall stay was good.

I stayed at Aston Tropicana with my sister. Being first time visitors to Bandung, we found the hotel to be a great choice for accommodation. Transportation is easy as both 'angkutan kota'and taxis are readily available on Jalan Cihampelas. We were also spoiled for choice in the food department as McDonalds is just next door and Cihampelas Walk shopping mall a stone's throw away. The employees are really helpful which really made our trip enjoyable. The only downside was that I was not really into buying jeans. Perhaps that's why I couldn't appreciate the fact that Aston faces a street known as 'Jeans' street.

I stayed for 1 night last week at this hotel. Even before my arrival, I have experienced great customer service from the staff. I booked through the hotel's website, and right after receiving my confirmation, I received an email asking if I would like airport transfer. After I replied and said that I have already made transfer arrangement, they emailed me and asked what other assistance I would require during my stay in Bandung. I thought this was excellent customer service. The room size is just right, not too big and not too small either. But I like the bathroom especially. There is a separate shower room so the bathroom will not be all wet after you shower. The bed quality is good. However, for the benefits of other patrons, I wish to highlight that (1) there is no tea/coffee making facilities (2) no mini fridge (3) wall is a bit too thin that you can hear people talking in the corridor. Other than that, everything else is good and clean as this is a fairly new hotel. However, for the price and location, I can close an eye on these shortcomings. Furthermore, there is a coffeeshop and the hotel's minimarket in the lobby. Lastly, the location itself if priceless. It is location on a shopping haven. Shopping is just on the doorstep. And there are a few restaurants around. The Cihampelas Walk shopping mall is just across the street, where you can find good restaurants among others.

I have booked a Superior Twin room and requested for higher floor with view. At the check in counter, the receptionist kindly told me that for Superior Twin room there was no view for it. I was OK with it and felt warmness since they told you in advance. It was really came to my surprise that they really read my request! At my birthday, they even delivered a small piece of cake to my room. What a surprise! I really think that this hotel worth 5 stars for their service! This hotel is located near Rumah Mode and also Cihampelas Walk (within 10 minutes). Swimming pool and gym facilities are at the North Tower. Breakfast was really fantastic and I stayed for 4 days without any repetition. I really recommend for those who would like to have good breakfast in Bandung. Room size is ok but the toilet pressure is not strong enough to flush away the thing. Wifi signal is good for normal use. Overall, I am satisfied with this hotel with the money I paid. I highly recommend to everyone who come to Bandung.

When we arrived at the check in on the 24th of dec. the staff serving us at the check in counter for room 303 and 307 was very friendly and provided us with useful information. In general, the team at tama boutique hotel was awesome! THEIR SERVICE WAS SUPERB. One of the best that i've encountered and can be comparable to 5 star hotels. Breakfast was great and the room is very clean! would definitely recommend to anyone else travelling to bandung! Thank you very much Tama Boutique Hotel.

The location is walking distance to cihampelas walk. The road was very crowded at nights. Hotel room is quite spacious and comfortable for a couple of nights. However, breakfast not much varities during weekdays stay, only during weekend we got to see more choices of foods. The only thing is dislike was the towel. The toeel is a small and smelly. Maybe the hotel management can improve on the towel. Overall, we had great 2 nights stay over there.

it was a pleasant experience to stay at amaris hotel in cihampelas. the staffs are very kindly and able to provide us a 2 twin beds within a short period of time eventhough it was a busy period. they always greet you with a smile. the room is clean and hot/cold drinking water is just around the corner. it is very convenience. the location is very strategic to the shopping mall ( cihampelas walk ) and snack shops.

Good place to stay in Bandung (Cihampelas) vert near to Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk). The price was very cheap, all staffs was very nice, hospitality was good, we got the breakfast with the cheap price even the menu of the breakfast was always about chicken. The main road in front of the hotel is a one way, so you should to turn around if going somewhere then want to back to the hotel. Overall this hotel is very recomended and good place to stay in Bandung!

GREAT STAFF, ATTENTIVE FRONT DESK, CLOSE PROXIMITY TO SHOPPING STREET AND CIHAMPELAS WALK(SHOPPING CENTRE). Hotel staff picked up my call to request for pick-up from gambir station. within 15 minutes they were there! We asked many questions and they were able to guide us to our destinations. Rooms are extremely clean, toilet is of a decent size considering what we paid. Traffic jam is aplenty and common even at 9pm-11pm at night, so it is highly recommended that you walk further into the street before hopping into any taxis. Overall 10/10 A+++++ ! it was really enjoyable. they alse sent us back to the train station for free, of course we tipped the driver 40,000rp for the short distance.

This is not a hotel, but rather suited to a hostel category for backpackers or travelers with a very limited budget. Without breakfast and private bathroom, at first the rate can be seen as too high, but the good news is that the offsets are very good: Directly on Cihampelas street (very easy to catch angkot, and thus the countless clothing outlets are within walking distance), lots of convenience stores nearby, decent wi-fi, and the room itself was new, very clean and modern looking. Room Tip: There are 3 floors: - The basement has good access to the motorcycle parking and the main road, but there is only one bathroom with a squatting toilet. The view is directly at level with nearby kampung (or I'd rather say slums), so privacy is a concern. Better close the window at all times. - The ground floor (same level as the main road) has only one bathroom with sitting toilet, but access to the outside is the worst, since you have to go through either the basement or 1st floor first. - The 1st floor is the best: has the most amount bathrooms, four, with 2 squatting toilet and the 2 sitting toilet. Same level with the lobby and it's the highest floor available with good view of surroundings.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, in Jalan Cihampelas, which is very near to 2 malls: Cihampelas Walk (Cihampelas Walk) and Paris Van Java (PVJ). Though it is a bit difficult to reach the hotel because Jalan Cihampelas is a one way road. First time traveler in Bandung should take not of these one way roads. The service was good, the staffs were very friendly and they were also very helpful when I asked them about directions. The room itself was decent; decently large and had a good TV. The bathroom was just okay.

Saya dan keluarga memilih hotel ini karena dekat dengan RSUP Hasan Sadikin. Tujuan kami ke Bandung memang hendak menjenguk saudara. Tarif hotel relatif murah. Fasilitas hotel menyesuaikan dengan harga yang murah. Pada bagian bawah restoran terdapat cafe yang catchy, Melbourne Kitchen. Saya menginap di deluxe, kamarnya agak kecil, sekitar 16m2. Kamar mandi bersih dan menurut saya cukup layak. Disediakan teko pemanas air tapi tidak disediakan kopi dan teh. Televisi masih tabung tapi ada saluran kabel. Sarapan hanya bisa memilih satu jenis dari menu yang telah disediakan. Rasanya lumayan. Minuman hanya ada pilihan teh dan kopi. Kesimpulan: untuk harga segitu, fasilitas hotel cukup. Tapi ada baiknya ditingkatkan lagi, misalnya ditambah teh dan kopi di kamar, TV diganti LED, sarapan lebih bervariasi, dsbnya.
