Its a brand new hotel.. still not fully equipped (April 2014) but the rooms and bathrooms are clean and beautiful. . Breakfast was one of the best. . In room dining was expensive compared to other 5 star facilities. . Would stay there again if had the chance
This is our second stay. I booked & pay through Agoda to check if the system is working and it worked. The staff are nice and accommodating as usual. Big space with lots of amenities - good value for money. Its just a bit noisy on the ground floor room. You can hear the screaming on the hallway inside your room.
At reasonable amount you got Luxury room plus underground parking, swimming pool and gym. Basically it’s 5 star hotel not 3 one. You won’t be disappointed. The receptionist and Fouad were really nice. Thanks for your hospitality. The swimming pool from 10 to 10 and the cafe open 24 hours with restaurant.

The manager, was very helpful in allowing me to change the date of a booking for which I had already paid. The hotel is very spartan and there are no towels provided unless you ask and you are then given an extremely threadbare one. The room and the bedsheets were clean and comfortable, there was a TV with satellite and WiFi. So overall, it was very basic, ...
