Service was good, staff was friendly at the Blackbird, hotel is brand new, there's a renovation going on for their new restaurant at the Blackbird So for breakfast, we have to go to Maja House just next door, hotel will arrange transfer, breakfast selection at the Maja House was alright but the F&B staff was not attentive, didn't even bother to clear our plates but was seen chatting at the hostess counter. Cleanliness was below average at the Maja House. Location-wise is good in Lembang, Hotel is near to Kampong Daun, Kampung Gajah, Cimahi Falls and Dusun Bambu and there's Indomaret/Alfamart about 2-3 minutes walk.

This hotel don't give breakfast, but they give 4 small bread and 4 milk. Also every room have 4 bed, this mean they allow 4 person each room without extra charges, of course this very valuable for family trip. Room is very cleanness, cool (even don't have AC), car park, strategic position (around Hotel, very easy to buy food), good staff. I personally recommended this hotel.

The facility is good, there're play ground for children like trampoline, etc. The swimming pool and sauna very relaxing, also the park. Breakfast has many options like porridge, fried rice and noodles, ommelete, milk, bread and cereal. They served night snack too for the guests such as hot tea, chocolate drink and snacks. But the fluzz at toilet not good. So far, we enjoyed stay at La Oma

I made a booking for the Deluxe Room for 2 nights here which includes breakfast. After some research and reading up the good reviews of this place. The room service of this hotel is above excellent when I arrived here. The rooms were extremely clean. This hotel met my expectation’s way above. This hotel is located on an altitude area where it’s naturally cold with fresh air. Nice quiet place to spend the night in the sound of nature with your partner. The swimming pool was just beside our room but unfortunately could not get to use it as it was extremely cold weather and raining since past 1 night. No other hotels till date has 2 air cons in 1 single room with dining table, living room with sofa, coffee table, fridge, large toilet with bathtub and hot water boiler and a backyard door access, which I didn’t expected at all for the price paid. We just loved this hotel and definitely would be a great memory for us here especially for my partner. She was just too amazed with the lovely great weather, ambience and scenery nearby. Really appreciate the kind staffs over the past days there. Nice place, warm service, great panorama, delicious food and with the right person to call off this fantastic perfect trip. Nearby attractions includes the Farm House Susu Lembang, Maja House, Kampong Gajah Wonderland, Rumah Sosis and Floating Market. Strongly advisable to use Grab Car (Go Car) or Uber for cheapest transportation. Not easy accessible to local taxi’s here. The feeling here was like Oh My God!!! Fabulous!!! Fantastic!!! Marvellous!!! Everything was like heaven to us here. There are no words that can describe the place, simply beautiful, cozy and memorable experience here. We will definitely come back here when we visit Bandung, Lembang again. Just one request for the hotel management to improve and work on, Wifi access and connections should be improved for better ratings of this hotel and value. We would like to once again wish the hotel staffs a Big Thank You. S

It was easy to spot this hotel as it is located in the main road of Lembang city, and accross one of the tourist spot, Tahu Susu Lembang. The hotel is old so it was rather spooky at first. There was no lobby or receptionist, only few employee and they escorted us to our room in 2nd floor. The room itself was large. Although there was no aircon, but we don't need it because it is cold already (especially at night).

Sari Alam Hot Spring and Resort Hotel The resort environment is cosy and good looking chalet when first step to the resort. We were late check in and had been given a chalet hidden behind. It is a double-storey chalet with two bed room, inside chalet look so-so with very old furniture. When we asking about the ‘hot spring’ and we been told that it is inside the chalet. Wow! Sounds good. But guess what, it actually a normal bathtub with warm water provided, a small bathtub and squeezing six of us? And only one bathroom provide whereby 6 of us going to share one bathroom. While we checking bedroom, we found a big and black mark on top of the ceiling, seem like a watermark. The mark make uncomfortable. And we decided to change a new chalet. We were asking politely to the staff, and told we want change. After some argued, we met the person in charge, and finally we got another unit for our stay, it is much better and comfort to stay. it was a very disappointed ‘Hot-Spring Resort’.

My overall score compares all hotel i ever stayed. Its quite good for hotel near lembang. Nice view, well-priced near lembang, breakfast is excellent (not much of selection but taste great, they also maintain the heat and the quality very well), attentive staff, room space is good. Love the balcony. However, bed is just ok (feels like mid-class springbed), not too clean but WAY much better than any hotel in lembang, doesnt have swimming pool (but who swim in lembang anyway, its cold). Would be great if they provide more towel for dry-hand.

1. No towel at all, amazing... no towel at all for guest...???? 2. They provide me cold fried rice with small tea without sugar 3. The sheet and and blanket also pillow smell like used by previous guest and not yet clean 4. We can not sleep well as noisy from next room and the dogs (from no where) was so disturbing 5. The TV was too old and provide few local channel only with blur picture 6. The down light is almost fell down and it exactly on the top of our head bed 7. The road entering to the hotel is totally broken, my sedan type car front bumper is broken when passing through 8. No room service available, we have to buy food out of the hotel and the distance very far with no much option I will be give full recommendation to all of my college to not choose this hotel and record it in my personal record as the worst experience for hotel stay. not worth at all from money value and the distance to reach the hotel with fully disappointed

First time my couple and I arrived in hotel about 4 PM on Saturday, we didn't find lots of visitors. The parking lot was large, perhaps because of that. The staff served us well. We noticed that superior room which we booked, the appearance was different from what we saw on website. From the room window, we got beautiful mountain and city views. The cuisine that we ordered on Saturday evening, which was fried rice, was served in time, big portion, and delicious. We checked out at 10:15 AM on Sunday and again, we didn't see other visitors. Seemed that the hotel was calm, even in weekend. Overall, Bilique Hotel is a cozy and nice hotel to stay.
