We love the family room...We stayed here for two nights. We did enjoying the hotel so much, especially the swimming pool. It is like infinity swimming pool at The Face Suite KL...😊...the breakfast is not too bad...need more variaty...in overall, it is very recommended with family and children; location is perfect and very near to Setiabudi Supermarket, Rumah Mode, Amazing Art World, Floating Market Lembang, and even Tangkubanperahu...It is value for money...We will stay again here for next visit to Bandung....It is a very good and new hotel...👍👍👍👍

It was my first time in Bandung with my family. Didnt know what to expect. But the staffs at the hotel were very friendly. Very warm and always approachable whenever we ask for their opinions and help. Ask them where is the best sight seeing places to go, and they will tell you. Cleanliness of the room wise was as expected. Great variety of food was provided for breakfast as well. plus one thing I love about this hotel is the location. Very very convenient to the airport and also to almost all the tourist attraction places. They don't provide tour package though. But u can rent a driver with a car for about 12 hours with the price of 650000 rupiah.Overall, I had a great stay. Looking forward for my next trip back to Bandung :)

This is really child-family-hotel. Everything offered was fabulous. We came earlier, 15 minutes before 12 am. The receptionist said that actually check-in hotel would be started at 2 pm and we knew that already before came in. However, she let us early check-in without additional fee. Furthermore, she gave us a free welcome drink while our room was being prepared. She even gave us a free upgrade room from Superior Garden View to Deluxe Pool View with free mini bar. I don't know whether this was part of Agoda program or complimentary from the hotel as we were asked before if I visited there for the first time. Yet, it didn't matter because we finally experienced the best part from this hotel - Deluxe room with Pool View is the best one to stay. The room was spacious, clean, and king size bedroom. There were a carpet and comfy sofa in the room so my 13 m.o. son could play freely and safe. The minus was a bit hard to pull the lever mode on the shower to change from hand shower to rain shower. The hot water was sometimes not stabilized. You need to ensure that before showering your little child. Breakfast were great. So many various menu from western, asian, and traditional menus. The staff were very quick served the food even in the peak date season, Christmas. Their pool was the best one. Warm and clean pool with 3 types of pool, 2 kid pools and 1 adult pool. In Lembang area, warm pool was the plus point among other facilities offered. My son could swim longer even though it was his first swim experience. Thanks! Unfortunately, the last one when we visited the kids club, it was not in a good organized. Some toys were broken and likely dangerous if your kid played with them. Need to get a toys replacement soonest. The floor was not clean and was not pretty safe if your baby crawled over there. Hope the hotel management notice this soon and can improve the facility. I feel so comfortable with my stay in this hotel. The location is good (for me), not far from Terminal Ledeng (bus station), the air is so fresh (near Lembang), have good facility (swimming pool is good, have children playground, have small gym facility facing the swimming pool). I could do the jogging in small field in the back of the hotel. They even provide a free pick-up in airport or in train station, It's good if you are backpacker like my trip (cost less money for your transportation to the hotel). I didnt find any difficulties on finding this hotel, it's on the side of the big street. I can go to the city easily too since easy for me to stop the public transportation just in front of the hotel. My opinion, this hotel is very good for family since they provide the children playground and swimming pool. For some type rooms, they have terrace in front of the room. Probably, something that not nice in my room only the water heater, take times to get the hot water for shower and also the hotel dont provide refrigerator in the room (I stay in superior room type). But mostly, I do recommend this hotel. It's a good hotel with a cheap price, but probably Im just lucky, since Agoda gave us a big discount that time

We had 2 rooms, 5 ppl, 3 nights family stay around independence day. Being exhausted from 30+ hours of flight from USA & in addition 7+ hours of traffic from Jakarta to Bandung, we were able to windup tranquilly in this 3 stars hotel with 5 stars treatment مَاشَآءَاللّهُ We had called ahead to inform for late check-in because of traffic and as soon as we arrived, immediately greeted with warmth & they knew who we were. The receptionist guy (sorry I forgot your name), was accommodating, extremely friendly & polite with abundant of smile مَاشَآءَاللّهُ Everything was exactly as described & pictured. Hotel & rooms were flawless! Extremely clean, the beddings, decors, bathroom with all marble & rain-shower-head, all combined feel luxurious! Exceeded our expectations for a 3-stars hotel. The room also feature adzan sound & prayer utilities & the Quran مَاشَآءَاللّهُ Hotel facilities are sufficient! From parking, to musholla & rooftop beautiful view of the city & mountain مَاشَآءَاللّهُ picture perfect! The location was convenient, close to everything! Mosques, restaurants (street vendors too), short drive to Lembang & Dago (when there’s no traffic) Breakfast was awesome. They served variety of Indonesian breakfast like Bubur Ayam (chicken porridge with condiments), fried rice, fried noodle, some other chicken/beef dish, some other varieties of food & dessert which I didn’t recall them all. The dining room was cozy & felt luxurious with all the decor & furniture. The servers were very attentive. We had some guests visiting us & we took over the lobby sitting area & ordered some food & drinks from the restaurant, and the staff were accommodating, thank you! We also like to give applaud to the housekeeping team who cleaned our rooms & brought us water in the middle of the night, the maintenance guy who came to the room & fixed the faucet right away (because it was too tight, it wouldn’t turn), bellboy & parking/security guy, they were all very helpful & nice!

My sister, my nephew and I stayed in Hemangini Hotel for 4 nights, and the first impresion we got from this hotel was that it was so cozy and welcoming. We booked the standard room and it was very clean and spacious, the place was also quiet and good for resting even though u could hear some noisy motorcycle voice once in a while. The location is strategic, in the center of the city, close to Rumah Mode the famous factory outlet, and only takes 45 minutes to Lembang, and there are some restaurants nearby. My sister liked this hotel very much she said that it was worth the money and couldnt believe that that kind of room was that cheap. The staffs were friendly and ready to help. I left my hats in the room because I thought my sister packed them and when I got home she told me she didnt have them they must've been left in the hotel, so I called the hotel and asked the receptionist if she could send them to me, and she was very willing to do it as soon as possible. The follow up was very good, next time I travel to Bandung, I will stay in this hotel again and will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

I love my stay here, very value the money, big room and best location, just in front of rumah mode (the most famous FO in bandung) near supermarket and mcd, also yoshinoya, u couldnt go wrong with hotel location like this The con is its also located infront of clubbing place SOBBER, u might get bothered with the sound if your room located just face to face with that building like mine

Sorry for my late review. I was staying here for 2 nights at end of January 2019 for a short business-leisure trip to Bandung. Booked 2 standard rooms for my family at that time. I was arrive on Thursday and the hotel was very quiet at the time. It wasn't holiday season and during weekday time, so its pretty much normal for hotel in touristy area like Bandung for having lower occupancy at the time like that. And actually I like it when the hotel is not fully crowded by guest, you can enjoy the hotel more privately although its probably not good for the hotel business.. hahaha.. And here is the summary of my stay here. Pros: - This hotel already took my attention for a while, couple of times passing by, the building facade always attract me. You can also see from the picture in internet and instagram that Travello Hotel has a nice design inside, and yes it has great lobby with very high ceiling, a lot of sofa and lounger to relax or wait for check-in/out process. Its quite instagramable lobby to take a couple of shot here (check some on instagram @rheta.the.traveler.baby). - I was arrive early at that time so to spend time waiting for the room to be ready, we took a quick lunch beside their pool in the ground floor (same floor as lobby) and the F&B prices is very reasonable and not expensive for a 4-star hotel. Food taste and portion also pretty good. - Location wise actually depend on your purpose of stay. If you're planning to spend moat of your time on north Bandung area or Lembang, it is a great choice of place to stay. Very close to Terminal Ledeng (less than a km) its situated right on the entrance to Lembang area. Also near to UPI and setiabudhi area where FO and restaurant located. But if your activity mostly in the Bandung city center or Dago area, staying in this hotel especially on holiday season could be tricky. Most of the time the road in front of the hotel (Jl.Setiabudhi) that going up to Lembang is jammed with traffic although the other direction

We came to Bandung as a group of 10 peoples and we were looking for a nice, clean, close to major attraction but not too expensive place to stay, we looked the pictures and booked directly. The hotel turned out to be very nice, located next to Rumah Mode. The elevator is the nice Schindler model. The family room that we used is very roomy, loft, two bathrooms, enough to accomodate 12 peoples. The staffs were nice and speedy, check in took only 2 minutes to complete. Very satisfying. We will surely come back to stay.

We were pleasantly surprised. Enjoyed every bit of our stay at Breeze Bandung. The staff were excellent, they were the nicest and the sweetest and very thoughtful. The hotel itself was awesome, albeit abit far from Bandung City, but so worth the 15minute cab ride from town. The hotel is very nicely put together, the room was clevery designed, bathroom could be a tad bit bigger, but the way the hotel was tastefully curated made up for the small bathroom. We felt like we were staying in a european apartment, especially with the wonderful cool weather we had. The hotel is sprawled with a selection of artworks and sculptures and art installations, that were put together with a lot of thought. It was quiet, no kids! That was the best bit. The design of the room too, beds were super comfortable, we kept wanting to sleep in. It allowed loads of daylight in. It wasn't cluttered, despite having a mini living room space as well. There were enough power points ( hotels never give enough), blinds to allow daylight in without compromising on privacy, and super thick black out curtains that blocked out noise as well. Sheets were clean, and not some cheapo polyester. It's a very very well maintained hotel. Breakfast was superb too. The staff even packed us food for our day trip, and more food when we were headed to the airport for home as well. Small gestures go a long way. Even the hotel owner came to greet us, invited us to view his private art collection at his home. He's such a lovely old man. And it's their indonesian hospitality that would so make us go back there again. You'd never want to leave Bandung after staying here.

I feel very happy and satisfy to stay in The Travelhotel Cipaganti. I stay at Deluxe Balcony, with an area about 22 m2. That was a highly recommended room with affordable price, the room are spacious, clean, fully equiped and furnished, with modern and nice design, with white LCD TV, carpets under one small chair and one small table to have a great coffee time and also covered up with wooden floor panel. Very perfect for relaxing and enjoying the cool air and the view of the half city and half mountain of Bandung from their large glass, to limit the room to the balcony. The bed, the linen, and also the towel are comfy, clean and have a good scent. The bathroom a little bit small for the shower room, but overall it is fine. You should pay IDR50k for deposit to get a key to open the balcony. Noted that this is only deposit, they will give your money back when you check out from the hotel, unless you loss the key, the money will not returned to you so please be understand. The response of the staff and house keeping are quite fast. They had a high speed internet over wifi, and they had TV cable but not in a good quality of picture. The parking area are small, the access to main street are 5 minutes walk, but there is a free shuttle minibus to take you from hotel to main street or to the Cipaganti Shuttle Bus Service Pool at Bandung Trade Center. If I go to Bandung again, I would not hesitate to stay at Travel Hotel Cipaganti.

We had a good stay in this hotel. The hotel located in a main street so its easy to find. The street was traffic jam so we walked around to PVJ mall and surround. The staff are friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel is old but nice, when you walked to the 2nd floor you can feel the modern design, yet it fits together with their olds style. Room was very clean, interior was simple and homy. Bathroom was great. I must say with the room, i feel like staying in a 4 star hotel.

i love the room..enough for me and my little family. 2 adults and 2 yr old child staying in a kingsize bedroom. Smile is everywhere from the hotel staff, they are always ready to serve. They are friendly ad helpful. The only cons is the water heater is limited. Otherwise i would give 5 star to this hotel. The buffet breakfast was great. We love it, there is so much variety to choose from. Thumbs up for the service and buffet breakfast. Definitely recommended.

We stay for 3days 2 nights. Our room is very comfortable.We dont need a big room coz only will sleep coz day we will go shopping and sightseeing. But i really love the bathroom, very clean and i love to take bath. Even it is just a cozy hotel but the cleanliness very good. The staff very kind as he give me to use his mobile phone to call taxi. After use second time i gave him tip. we dont try their food becuase afraid it is non halal. The hotel is situated a bit far from town and shopping area. but if you have taxi or car rental it is no problem coz they know all the places.if want to try take a ride of their local transport also can, in fromt of hotel a lot of local transport passing by. Only have to know the road you wish to go, and ask the driver first. the fare is very cheap. Overall i give 8 from 10 mark.
