"Booked a room with 1 night and 2 persons, arrived hotel 30 mins later and found out voucher is 2 nights with 1 person. Request to revised the booking by my agent and hotel staff said no problem. 2 days later hotel still charged me 2 nights as they said 2 persons were checked in, so the extra night was treated as additional charges. But the hotel check in staff told me the additional person should only charge 20 euro when arrived. Very unreasonable charges and feel like being cheated. Also hotel staff told me it is ok to park my car outside when I arrived and asked. Next morning my car was clamped and paid 24 euro to release. Very unreliable staff services. Being cheated again."

"During my ten day stay I found that the hotel was kept very clean, and is bright, peaceful, and welcoming. Although the decor of my bedroom was a little jaded, it was very clean, and was serviced daily, with clean towels regularly provided. Just be aware that the towels are hand towels, so you may wish to bring your own bath towel. The room was basically furnished, but adequate for most peoples needs. The bed was a little firm, but I like a firm mattress so that was a plus for me. The staff are welcoming, helpful, and friendly, with all of them speaking good English, and also, some of them speak Spanish and German. The hotel reception is staffed 24 hours a day, so there is always someone there if you need assistance. Wifi is available free in the public reception area, which is comfortable with settees and coffee table, there is also a coffee machine, and cold drinks available at all hours from reception. The hotel is situated on a pleasant, tree lined street, along which, a two minute walk will bring you to City Park. Take a pleasant walk through the park and you can visit the beautiful Vajdahunyad Castle, Heroes Square, The Art Gallery, and the Museum of Fine Arts. Dominik Panzió is far enough away from the City centre to be relatively quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to transport links to the City to make it easily accessible There are shops and supermarkets close by, and restaurants within easy walk of the hotel. For a budget hotel, I was certainly happy with the Dominik Panzió. It will certainly be the first place I book on future trips to Budapest. "
