Find hotels in Jean Street and Ciwalk shopping Mall

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights from 8-11 Sept in the grand family deluxe room. I like that it can accommodate my family of 2 adults and 3 kids of age 4, 6 and 8 years old. The check-in was fast and the housekeeping was consistent. It was about 5-10min walk to CiWalk shopping mall which has restaurants,shopping and cinema. However the walk there was not too pleasant with unpaved roads, and motorists driving very close to the small sidewalk which was already blocked by tens of foodstands/stalls. We took up a city tour through the hotel who was conducted by their bellboy/guide, Adi. Despite his limited English, he tried his best to recommend us places to visit. We went to Tangkuban Perahu, Sari Ater Hot Springs, strawberry picking, lunch at Kampung Daun and outlet shopping. The rate the hotel quoted was also cheaper than the quote that the shuttle van company at the lobby gave. At the end of our stay, we could easily book ourselves for a shuttle van ride through XTrans to Jakarta for our flight home. One advice would be to avoid travelling between morning and evening peak periods. We were trapped in jam lasting an hour or more.

Staff was very pleasant, give warm welcome to customer & very helpful as well. Hotel bed was comfortable, very cosy & nice breakfast. Its just a 10-15min drive to Airport.Nearby Ciwalk shopping mall & its centrally located from other shopping are like Rumah Mode, The Summit, Heritage, Pasar Baru etc although the side seeing place like Kawah Putih & Tangkuban Prahu is about 45min to 1hr 30min drive from the hotel itself.Other than that, the hotel is a nice place to stay. Surely will come back to Bandung with more money to spend.

Our stay here was very enjoyable. We liked the hotel room, except for the position of the mini bar that gets in the way of the bathroom door. We liked the breakfast too. Hotel staffs are not only prompt, they are also friendly and helpful. Hotel is located at Cihampelas street, also known as the 'jeans' street because of the many jeans shops / boutiques along the street. It is also quite nearby to the city centre. The hotel concierges are always willing to help you book a cab.

I stayed for 1 night last week at this hotel. Even before my arrival, I have experienced great customer service from the staff. I booked through the hotel's website, and right after receiving my confirmation, I received an email asking if I would like airport transfer. After I replied and said that I have already made transfer arrangement, they emailed me and asked what other assistance I would require during my stay in Bandung. I thought this was excellent customer service. The room size is just right, not too big and not too small either. But I like the bathroom especially. There is a separate shower room so the bathroom will not be all wet after you shower. The bed quality is good. However, for the benefits of other patrons, I wish to highlight that (1) there is no tea/coffee making facilities (2) no mini fridge (3) wall is a bit too thin that you can hear people talking in the corridor. Other than that, everything else is good and clean as this is a fairly new hotel. However, for the price and location, I can close an eye on these shortcomings. Furthermore, there is a coffeeshop and the hotel's minimarket in the lobby. Lastly, the location itself if priceless. It is location on a shopping haven. Shopping is just on the doorstep. And there are a few restaurants around. The Cihampelas Walk shopping mall is just across the street, where you can find good restaurants among others.

Its a pretty new hotel in Bandung. Was named H Clarity before, and recently they had management change. Building is new, amenity was good and clean, but I had small problem with the water bidet, the flow was so small. I stay there during Idul Fitri holiday, stay for 1 night and check in 1 day before D-day. Pool not really big but it is in the rooftop so you can have pretty good view of Bandung from there, they also have pool side cafe where you can order snack and drink to enjoy while you swimming or just relaxing beside the pool. They also have small kids corner near the pool where your kid can play, but its outdoor so you cant use it if it rain. They also have small rabbit cage with several cute rabbits inside, you can play with them and when I was there 1 of the rabbit jump out of the cage... hahaha... Room is big and clean. I was receiving welcome snack with personal message in my room when I was check in, very nice personal touch and really impressed me. Breakfast is huge, I dont know if it because of the Idul Fitri celebration or not, but I think 4 stars hotel should have this kind of standard for their breakfast. The best part of it, they have ice cream stall and sushi for breakfast. Unfortunately I wasn't so well during my stay and I can't really enjoy the breakfast although I really want to. The manager also having a chat with us during breakfast and asking if we were having any complaints or suggestion, pretty nice personal approach and you can see they want to learn from their guess and keep everything running smoothly. Keep up the good work. Definitely will come back here again if I go to Bandung.

I would we have made a right choice to stay in Amaris Cihampelas Hotel. Easy access to Jeans street and Ciwalk. 15mins walking distance to Rumah Mode, but you can also take their Angkutan Kota to Rumah Mode, Jalan Riao (Factory Outlet), range from 2500-3000 dong (apx.RM1). Hotel staffs are friendly, super helpful and always with a smile. Quick response when you need anything from room service and you can get useful info from them like directions, public transport to take etc. Room is just nice for 2, clean, but water current from the shower head is not strong enough! Should improve in this. Breakfast is quite good, but limited choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends or will stay again for our next trip to Bandung.

It was great. We had a deluxe room for 3 people, well i dont recommend this with an extra bed. It was strategic location, really near to Ciwalk, just 600m away downhill. Near to Rumah Mode, u can take the angkut. Cross from Ciwalk until you see a mosque, and take a small van (Angkut) with blue stripes. Cost only 3k rupiah per head, rather than paying taxi, which is the min price is 25k. Went to transtudio, quite near too, i paid 50k for the taxi to go there. You could finish the transtudio around 2 oclock if u come in by 10. Surely u dont want to miss the opening scene of the park. We mostly bought our food at Ciwalk, my suggestion is Go-Kana and Restaurant Tong Tong. Great place to eat. Lovely trip with friends.

I spent a couple night for Business Meeting for my client, but I want my trip to be more than a Business Trip. So I ask them if they have package for vacation, and it is. They rent a Car for Bandung City Tour, so i just choose what kind of tour I want, and they will bring me to the tourist place. I choose North Bandung City Tour, and they bring me to Rumah Mode, Kampung Daun, Lembang, Tangkuban Perahu, Hot Spring Sari Ater. The next day, I try to walk by my self to find interesting spot. Because it is in Cihampelas Street, it is very near to Cihampelas Jeans Market. So, even traffic jam everywhere, you can easily walking through Jeans Market and go to Ciwalk. By public transportation, you can easily go to Dago Factory Outlet, Pasar baru, Station, etc. My conclusion is: The location is great

I'll stayed for two nite with my two daughter, they have a great time to being here at Bandung. For stay in this hotel was awesome because location so great, close to many hang out place. Many restaurant and shopping mall. The room not to big, but was clean that is an important thing for me cause my little girl just only two month And for next trip maybe I'll be back to this hotel. For the price was good, only for IDR from Agoda with breakfast. But, when I ask to reception desk they give IDR cheaper.

It'a an old building were the furnishings have seen better days. We were placed in the basement where the air was slightly stuffy with a lingering musty smell. Not for fussy travellers. We even found ants in the room. However it is walking distance to 24hrs convenient shops, food stalls, the jeans street & Ciwalk. If you're too lazy you could hail down an Angkutan Kota or Bluebird taxi in front of the hotel. The hotel also provides free airport transfers & car rental at an affordable fee. The staff are very friendly & provide prompt service. Fast WIFI too! but no WIFI reception in the basement :(

Best backpacker guesthouse I would say. Great hospitality, staffs are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the surrounding. Room size is quite small with one single bed only, perfect for solo traveller. Extra bed is provided for couples. Room was clean and comfy. My room was just beside the river, so relaxing to hear the water-flow. Bathrooms are outside and surprisingly very clean!! No breakfast provided though but lots of restaurants around the area and minimarket is just below the hotel. To sum it up for myself, made great choice... Loved loved it!! Recommended for solo traveller on budget

Saya dan keluarga memilih hotel ini karena dekat dengan RSUP Hasan Sadikin. Tujuan kami ke Bandung memang hendak menjenguk saudara. Tarif hotel relatif murah. Fasilitas hotel menyesuaikan dengan harga yang murah. Pada bagian bawah restoran terdapat cafe yang catchy, Melbourne Kitchen. Saya menginap di deluxe, kamarnya agak kecil, sekitar 16m2. Kamar mandi bersih dan menurut saya cukup layak. Disediakan teko pemanas air tapi tidak disediakan kopi dan teh. Televisi masih tabung tapi ada saluran kabel. Sarapan hanya bisa memilih satu jenis dari menu yang telah disediakan. Rasanya lumayan. Minuman hanya ada pilihan teh dan kopi. Kesimpulan: untuk harga segitu, fasilitas hotel cukup. Tapi ada baiknya ditingkatkan lagi, misalnya ditambah teh dan kopi di kamar, TV diganti LED, sarapan lebih bervariasi, dsbnya.

We were feeling welcomed by the staff when we 1st arrived at the hotel in the morning around 9 am. All the frontliner staff greet us with smiles and assisted us. Though it was not the time for us to check in, yet the receiptionist attended to us politely. The best about the hotel is not too strict about the check in time. She inform once the rooms are available she will allow us to check in.This is so nice as they understood we were tired after long journey. Rooms are clean with nice beds and everything are new. The area are also strategic for those who love shopping. Right infront of the hotel are jeans street. My teenager kids were so excited as there are night market with lots of items such as bags , t shirts ,accessories with cheap price. At walking distance we can get to Cihempalas walk shopping mall which offers lots of food choices . Hotel foods are also nice especially fried rice. Their staffs also very helpfull by providing us the hp charger. I would recommend rhis hotels to my friend. You won't be regret when you choose ro stay at this hotel as it is value for your money.

My friend and I did a last minute booking with Vio Cihampelas Hotel the night before arrival, and lucky us manage to get the COZY Room, which is indeed true - it was a cozy little room, however there was no window, thus we felt a little uncomfortable (claustrophobic, you see~). Nevertheless, all was good, especially the location, which is like 10-15 mins walk to the main Cihampelas Street/Walk for your shopping needs. The only negative note would be the drainage system of the bathroom, which was kind of bad. We often felt that our feet were soak in a mini flood halfway through our shower. It takes quite awhile for the shower water to be drained off. Likewise for the toilet bowl, it seems like we need to flush 2-3 times before it's cleaned (though the water in it still seems yellowish even after 3 flush, which later on we conclude that it should be the 'clean' water's color~) Other than that, the beds were cozy enough, air-con was cooling enough, surrounding was clean enough, room comes with a safe-box, a few hangers, staff was friendly (but speaks very limited English)~ :) It is still worth the money paid. :)
