It's one of the well-known hotels in Jeddah, you cant go wrong with the location and the view. I just noticed the cleanliness of the room and the facilities has decreased since last time I visited in 2015. Nevertheless, it's still one of the best hotels in Jeddah, highly recommended.

This was my first stay and I look forward to come back again when I am in Jeddah. Location is very good specially the fountain view in the evening. I suggest that there should be sign board with the name of the hotel that could be seen from the main road. My stay was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly.

The Al Azhar Hotel was booked as a 4 star hotel, however it is only a 3 star. The quality, however, was closer to a 2 star. Everything was good but I want to notice you about bed because I called when I reserved to make the beds 2 single beds and I called again before I arrived Jeddah. When I arrived it was 1 king bed and they provide me with extra bed But it was in comfortable .. Other ways everything was good .

I stayed in the hotel for one night. It is awesome. It has excellent services, and great location. I had a small problem with the hotel. The staff member in the recieption in mistake booked me in another person package. However, my booking through agoda was already there. Overall, I really enjoyed staying in this hotel.

No laundry service, room is small, the toilet is not functioning well, the breakfast is not acceptable. (they even charge me $10 for a cup of regular black coffee) This will my last time to stay for sure.
