Save your money and stay at Fraser Suits. I lost 1 hour negotiations about wrong room they set me up with it but finally I got a suite bigger than my reservation, breakfast for too and check out at 3. They actually care about their reputation and capable to let you feel comfortable. The executive 1 BD suite was amazing. It’s overlook Faisaliah tower and I believe it was 82 sq m with two bath. It was really HUGE but try to get it at 4th or 5th floor and you will not be disappointed. They have an outstanding outdoor pool on 6 floor along with jacuzzi enough for 8-10 people. Also they got sauna and steam room enough for 4 people each at their spa but massage still not yet opened. Their restaurant overlooked at the pool. Also private underground parking.

All thought the rooms seems a bit small, but the hotel in general very nice, clean, with modern decoration and new furniture. The best thing is their rates for the standard room is really reasonable. The surroundings of the hotel location is not so attractive, but the good thing it's not far from the city centure and the prime landmarks.The hotel is still on its trial operation at the dates of my stay, so the room service was not provided to the rooms yet, but they can serve upon phone call for 24. They're still have limited(but reasonable) meals range.

All you need basic and extras are inside the hotel around the hotel, uber accessible, near important rijadh sites like red fort, national museum, rails, hospitals, rijadh tower, restaurants, super markets, etc. banks and atm’s, price reasonable, safe with cctv and security guard, very nice warm swimming, sauna and spa, steam room and in house and out side massage services available.(contact +966552219065 whatsup for inquiry and booking) in house resto. reasonable price and variety of asian cuisines, eat all you can available.

Hotel staff is very friendly. O my last day of check-out, allowed to check-out @ 3pm. Even check-in in the morning is possible too. Perhaps, the hotel is new and surround area is having construction. That's why during breakfast, not many customers. Only set-back is the room housekeeping. At times have 2 complimentary mineral bottles, change of towels, breakfast selection is limited, waiter is not very prompt in serving coffee. Overall, still can do for this hotel as it is very clean and near my client's office.

Small but clesn, nice decor and good value for money. About 20 TV stations available but no BBC, France 24 (Eng) or CNN. Pity as these are free sat channels. Otherwise, I would have given it a very high rating. Water in the shower stopped for half hour but was a local spply issue and not hotel's fault. Reception staff had minimal English and weren't particularly friendly but not rude either. they seemed to have their own worries! Overall, much cleaner than most for the price. Small rooms but good fridge, hobs, kettle, etc. No towels supplied but that's normal in KSA furnished apts, unless you pay 250 SAR plus.

the hotel is clean anid nice. however i am facing some problem with Agoda where no notification sent to Marriot apartement so no record on the hotel. i have to pay in advance to secure a room and eventually being resolve. luckily i stay 2 night . if only 1 night and problem resolve on the second day. one thing dissapointed me is even i ssend the voucher with clearly stated confirmatip that the hotel is book through Agoda . but agoda customer service department still requesting for credit card statement which usually not with the customer when they are travelling abroad. seriously wish that agoda review the processes to help the customer to cut short the issue occured. i have been using agoda for few years but this is the first time i come across such a issue. apart form the compliant the Marriot hotel serve us well.

Radisson Riyadh is a true 5-star hotel. The room finish, restaurants, services available and the Service are 5-Star. I have stayed at three different 5 star hotels in Riyadh, and the Radisson has the most to offer, especially the helpfulness and promptness of the services offered. I don't have any complaints. If you've stayed at the Sheraton and liked it but it was too expensive to stay there, please consider the Radisson Riyadh. Good value for money and seems to me that everything/everyone works at the Radisson, unlike some other hotels you sometimes find in the Kingdom.

My stay here was for business and it certainly fitted the bill in all respects. It turned out the location was close to my meeting destinations so that was a great plus. The airport transfer is quite lengthy but when settled into the room all that fades away. I will definitely stay here again. I am sure the meals will improve outside of Ramadan and the coffee shop will pen for a relaxing meeting in the spacious lobby area.

On arrival it took the best part of 30 minutes to check in because of confusion over my name. The staff’s understanding of English was limited at best. The room was lovely. The bed was super comfortable, the lighting confusing- at one point near to midnight the technician had to come in and apparently reset the lights. The showroom was clean and modern, the shower invigoratingly powerful. I ordered a pizza one night - it was great. I’m not a big fan of pizza, but this was delicious. I wanted to check out the day before I left. The receptionist didn’t seem to think this was possible at first and it took some prompting before I was able to settle. In short, lovely hotel ruined in part by staff shortfalls

The hotel is very quiet, and clean. Not many people stayed here while I was there. The neighborhood is busy and loud, but it wasn't unbearable when I eventually fell asleep in the bed. The bed was very comfortable. I slept very well. Breakfast was available and it was fine. Nothing wrong with it. The gym is modern, and clean. Pool, steam room, all there. I will stay there again.

Great price. great location to king faisal hospital and some malls. Great buffet breakfast. Clean and most of the staff are friendly. The only issue is that there arent too many restuarsnts around in a walking distance except for 2 indian restuarants and some other small places for pasteries and sandwiches. but the issue can be solved by phone deliveries, dine in the hotel . otherwise if u have a car there wont be any problem.

My stay was horrible. Staff's are good and well behaved. But i have to stay in hotel for two days without towel in the wash room. When enquired with reception, they said it given to laundry and they are running short of the same. told me next day morning by 11 am they will provide me. The next day same reason, I have to buy from local grocery such neccesary things as this hotel was rated ad 3 star. it was a mental torture.Also checked with them, such service is due to the booking made thru AGODA ???

As mentioned that the hotel is quite and provides clean rooms. the staff are very friendly. the check in and out process takes only few minutes and the price is very reasonable for 5 star hotel. for the traveller by car I think is one of the best hotel in the area because of its location near to the main highway that saves driving time and avoid traffic jam. But if you want new modern hotels near to the shopping malls and restaurants, then this hotel is not for you.

Well you know what you're looking for when you visit batha you're looking for the beast deals at the market its near by most of the main markets and it's a few blocks from the Filipino market the hotel mainly is fine not that bad it's old but every thing is working fine the wash room tho is the main problem it smells at times well what old hotel doesn't so I suggest to keep the dean hole on the floor closed it basically a fix to ur problem all is good and u can say it's a bang for your buck

The hotel is located in a good location as it is near from Riyadh Zoo and King Abdullah Park, lots of shops around and 10 minutes drive from several malls. The only problem with this new hotel is the staff, they are miss leading and not trained and one of them is very RUDE (the guy responsible for the restaurant above on the roof near the pool- Indian I guess) he was not welcoming at all and even annoying!!. The hotel is still new and well furnished with a modern decoration but really need a trained staff that cares about guests.

I mainly needed a cheap place to stay because I was visiting an expo in the hotel next door (which was pricey!), and this one was a walking distance from it. The hotel is old, but the rooms are ok and large. Air-con and fridge works, but didnt see an iron or coffee set in the room. Saw 1 or 2 small bugs in the bathroom, but nothing major. There are no close places to eat or a grocery store. You'll have to walk 10-15 min to the closest place. I didnt try the hotel food (just didnt have the time). There seems to be some tennis courts, small football courts, and a swimming pool, but didn't try any. If you are in Riyadh on business and need a cheap place, this one is good.

They're also known as Janadriah Apartment Suites (not sure if this was their old name or new but the signs still shows Hyatt Buyutat). Taxis are easily available around the clock. A number of local restaurants, supermarkets and cafes within walking distance. No buffet breakfast, they do serve ala-carte breakfast set that changes daily. High speed internet is complimentary tho sometimes the speed can go slower than dial-up.
