"Pros: 1. The location - We came to Osaka (via Shinakansen) on a rainy night but since it is located on a roofed shopping arcade so we didn't get wet. It is walking distance from the Midosuji line of Osaka Metro Namba Station (Exit 17 then Exit B21 via Namba Walk) so coming and going to the Shin-Osaka station is very convenient. The hotel is walking distance to every Namba attractions: Dotonbori, Denden Town, Ebisubashi Suji, Shinsaibashi suji, etc. 2. The Staff - Every staff are very welcoming, smiling and accomodating. No one is rude. I used their Takkyubin service effortlessly though they only accept cash as payment Cons: 1. The Facilities - most of their stuff are dated. The carpet looks very dirty. The bathroom is very clean though. I wish they do renovation ASAP because I really love to stay here again on my next Osaka visit."

"We stayed at the Hiyori hotel in Osaka for four days, we did not expect much but the room shocked us. Firstly, the hotel was five stations from the airport for about thirty minutes, plus a few minutes of walking time. The location is conveniently near many restaurants and malls. Also, the hotel room was big enough for our comfort, it even provides a foot massager. In addition, the staff were friendly and helpful to our requests especially when we asked for some plates since we had to eat something, the staff immediately went to the kitchen to get some plates, as well as forks and knives. Overall, this is the best hotel I ever went to Japan. "

"The price of the room was roughly the same as the other nearby hotels in the area but this was newly renovated and from outside you can easily tell that Citadines was classier and way bigger so it was really surprising that the price is just the same as the other hotels with smaller rooms. The bed was amaaaazing and they had cool facilities. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Even helped us to split our 10000 bills into smaller bills. Free refill of water."
