never been here before.. at first when come to this place feels like good.. this is before enter the lobby.. but once enter the parking area, found out this hotels parking area too small and too crowded.. but its very helpful when the staff offer me to help me to park the car.. what a good attitude and service from the hotel.. come the time for me to checkin.. we book 2 rooms.. 1 of the rooms is for elder people.. the staff ask me very politely whether they can separate the room on different floor or not.. i ask them its better if i can get the same floor.. they said they will try they best but its takes time.. they try call here and there just want to make sure the room is fit my request.. very very good staff performance and effort.. i kind of surprise that the staff can do those jobs for me.. i never think that they would do that.. at the end just to make sure all of my family member stay in the same floor, they decide to upgrade my rooms.. WHAT A HECK.. PERFECT SERVICE given by this hotels.. i really have nothing to said about this.. my big thanks and regards to all front desk team at that night (mba Putri if i am not wrong the girl name).. the breakfast is good also.. they provide local foods.. my moms like it a lot.. the pools also very good.. my lil girls love it so much..

I travelled with my whole family, big group; total 17 pax. Good location, walking distance to DSE factory outlet, fastfood joint KFC & Domino pizza. Opp is like our hawker center open til 2am, nice roti prata. Very clean hotel, friendly staff, good spread breakfast. The gym & pool staff very friendly. There was welcome drink at the roof top bar, supposed to hv live band on wkend but we missed it. Room service food also very nice. Many TV channels to entertain my kids.Down side is room aircon a bit noisy & no bathtub & no wifi in room, only lobby hv wifi. Pool water is also too cold, if heated pool best.... Overall, love the hotel. Will definitely stay here again when i go bandung.

I stay in the hotel for 2 nights near the 2018 Christmas holiday. I booked 2 rooms of Deluxe Smart. This building previously was a shopping mall known as Planet Dago before they convert it into a hotel several years ago. Pros: - Location is very strategic, right in the heart of Bandung northern area or known as Dago. Very close to BIP and BEC, also to Jl. Riau where a lot of restaurants and FO are. - Rooms are spacious even for the lowest category that I booked. - They provide free valet service if you come late at night and no parking space left. - Staffs are very helpful and willing to help. I brought my 4-months old baby girl and its a little bit complicated to take care of her breast-milk storage, but you can ask the staff to keep the ice gel or the milk in their fridge for no cost at all. A big thanks to Mas Ilham for his kindness to help me a lot during my stay. - If you are planning to have lunch or dinner in their Soda Retaurant, I think the price is very reasonable, not very expensive and still can be compared to malls restaurant price, the taste and portion also very good. I had a chance to have dinner there on my first night as I was too tired to go outside after a long 7 hours trip from Jakarta to Bandung. - because of its location in the main road, its very easy to catch up public transportation such as angkot, buses or even taxi. - the interior of the hotel is well decorated and has a lot of photo spot for people that love to take a picture or selfie. - very comfortable air conditioned lobby. - they provide meeting rooms here. Cons: - I rarely complaining about noise when I stay in the hotel, but for this one time I even had to call the front desk to remind my neighbour for not being so noisy at night (a bunch of young boys playing and chatting loudly at 11 PM). I think the sound insulation for the room is very poor, probably the worst I've ever experience. I can even hear my other neighbour chatting until like 3 AM in the morning. And the noise ma

We booked this hotel to celebrate our anniversary just to stay so that we can go to the restaurant that we would like to celebrate the anniversary. But, we were surprised by the hotel. It was small but clean and has a very comfortable bed. We felt it is better compared to 5 stars hotel. We were giving note to the hotel that we stayed for our anniversary, just for fun. But to our surprise again, the hotel did a special arrangement to decorate our room. It is very meaningful to do so. The hotel facilities were ok and can't expect much for a small hotel. But it is really worth a stay. The cafe below is also exceptional, nice food.

This is a great place to get away from the city and still be close. It's a small boutique hotel. Staffs were friendly and very helpful, and the room was small but very clean with comfy beds and nice set of new furniture with unique decor. Love the ala carte breakfast, eventhough only few limited selection. Love to hangout at the 3rd floor cafe, they have shisha smoking too. Very Excellent and friendly staffs. I wish they have more selection in the menus and beers. Overall, Love this place. The executive Twin bed on the lowest ground with door/window open direct to small pines backyard is the best!

This hotel is like a hidden retreat while still being close to all of the action. The rooms are gorgeous (tower room) and the price to upgrade to a tower room is well worth it since you get free evening nibbles and drinks in the lounge and get bigger rooms with space to hangout. Our kids were more than happy to spend the whole day petting the rabbits and ridding the horses on the weekend. The Sunday Brunch was nice too with more activities for the kids. Tip: Go to the restaurant Noah's Barn not far down the street for great ambiance and food.

I stayed for 1 night only here on 22-23 Dec 2018 (Something that I regret, should book for longer stay). I booked 2 rooms of Deluxe Queen, North Wing. Here is the summary of what I've experience and overall impression of my stay. Pros: - This hotel is newly refurbished and rebranding from the previous Holiday Inn Dago into Courtyard by Marriott Bandung, so you can expect the interior feels refreshed and new. I love the new modern design especially in the room. Even for the lowest category, the room still feels so luxurious and cozy. Bed & duvet are so smooth and fluffy although I actually prefer more firm bed for better back support but its still feel very comfortable. I think the room cozyness is the main highlight here. It makes you feel like you don't want to go outside. Even better is the view from the room. I got rooms in 6th floor facing north to Dago area so we can see the mountainous landscape of North Bandung. Feels very refreshing to have such a view from your room. The bathroom also looks so luxurious and exclusive. Although no bathtub for this room category, but we got a toilet with integrated bidet and shower with 2 choices of hand and rain shower. The bathroom amenities are provided by Nirvae. In my opinion this is the best 4-stars hotel bedroom in Bandung (from around 7 to 8 4-stars hotel I've tried so far in Bandung) - Parking space is quite a lot here. The common problem with hotel in Bandung is limited parking space. Here in Courtyard I think its not a really big problem as they have ample parking space including several level of basement (although basement a little small) - Breakfast quality is top notch. Although the variety could really use some improvement. 1 flaw thing here that I noticed was the croissant (I'm a big fan of it) was more like bread than puff pastry. The hotel location is great just in the corner of Dago street. At first we have a great experience in this hotel, but there are slight problem with the room service while we stay there. During our 3rd or 4th night at the hotel, we ask for change towel with the room service and we wait tuntil mid-night but there's no towel delivered to us so we just go along with the towel that we have at that time until the next day, and also I've extended my stay quite often during this stay and everytime I extend, the next day receptionist always call me at 11.30 to remind me to check out. And I always go down to the lobby to explain to them that I already extend and they must check it out with the staff on the day before. And I happend 2-3 times during my stay. The breakfast is very limited, maybe they can improved it a bit. But for the location it's one of the best value for money in Bandung.

This is the 2nd time in a year i stay in this hotel. Now, how often do you do that if the hotel didn't satisfy you in the first visit? This time I stayed for 3 nights. I choose family suite to get another experience, even though the "standard" room is big enough for my family (me, wife, 7 yo, 4 yo, 1 yo). It's a huge room, with a single bed in first floor and double beds in the "mezzanine". really suits for my children playing around inside the room. the food is halal certified-something you don't easily get in hotels even in Indonesia. the breakfast was excellent, delicious Indonesian traditional menu and variation of international food were available. it's located in Dago, one of the best location in Bandung known for its factory outlets, but still have the infamous great quality of fresh air of Bandung. I rarely use the air con especially during the evening!

We were very satisfied with the service given. When we arrived at about 5/6pm, there was a small buffet of local desserts which were quite delicious, coffee/tea and iced apple tea. That was a really nice gesture, to be greeted like that. The room is very clean, and with large beds. We fit five adults in one room, and in fact, the cleopatra seat was good enough as a bed. You don't really need an additional bed. Breakfast - a lot of variety. I really, really loved the porridge, probably the best porridge my mom and I ever had. Other than that, average but sufficient for me. In terms of location, we were there just for shopping and dining. It's close to all the factory outlet streets, but I wouldn't recommend walking. Do get the services of a driver, it's more convenient. Taxis seem to overcharge. All in all, a very good hotel. Especially if you're there for a short trip - can't complaint. The Wi-Fi was really fast too, so that seems to make everyone in the family happy!

This time is my third time saying in this hotel.. Thr BEST VALUE budget hotel.. My complain is only a little dusty floor and cigarettes odor when i checked in.. Breakfast is worse than the REGIA CIHAMPELAS.. I realize that i can't expect anything from 2stars hotel with such a price, but at least not a sour vegetable.. Others than that are totally excellent.. I will.beEback for the 4th time..

I once stayed in Kartipah few years ago with my family. This time I booked from Agoda. It was suspicious because the price is too cheap for a room I stayed last time. Found out, I stayed in the guest house last time, and they don't provide the guest house through Agoda. My booking this time was a room in 2nd floor, quite small room but clean. Not as what I expected, but more than enough to stay. Staff was also kind and nice. Will stay there again next time.

it's easy to find the hotel because it is located on the main road. not too far from city center. the hotel is small, the room was nice. I booked for a family room (bed for persons) with additional extra bed (including bottled water,breakfast, and towel). the room was spacious. hot water was working properly. there was a time when the water was not running at all but the staff was very helpful, it worked again in no time. the breakfast was not a buffet, it was lontong sayur (already in portion), bread, tea,coffee, and fruit only. luckily i brought my protein ransom. the view and the breeze from the hotel balcony was nice, although not the best. overall I enjoyed my stay.

i came here with consideration that this is a 3 star hotel, so you lower ur expectation. when we came it was 3 a.m. thx to traffic, there's ni bellboy to help us but the hotel knew will be coming late so they provide us with the nearest room from the lobby. The rest is great.. the pool, the ambience.. my kids even spotted squirrel in the hotel and we consider it a bonus 😍.. i prefer hotel that stated it's a 3 star and turns out it's a hidden gems. breakfast was average but the surroundings makes up for it

i booked 3 rooms, 2 deluxe 1 superior for 2 nights, but somehow the deluxe wasn't the same.. my friend's room was bigger than mine, they also have 4 pillows and brighter.. my room was darker.. but my friend's bed was a little bit noisy than mine.. we stayed there coz it's very close to Tahura, we were planning to attend the Tahura Trail Race 2017.. the swimming pool wasn't as clean as expected, but since nobody went swimming, so it's quite nice having a private pool.. the first morning i didn't get the chance to try the breaksfast, becoz the Tahura Race started early morning.. the 2nd morning, since it's Monday, so nobody stay at the hotel, we're the only one who stay that day.. so there's no buffet, they serve us a nice fried rice at the 2nd floor living room (we made it like our own) wi fi wasn't working well (the password is incorrect), the staff was nice and helpful.. the room name was a bit difficult to remember.. if i'm not mistaken my room name is bantimurung room.. the opposite room was my friend's (the one which is bigger than mine)

HAY offer best food at the cafe located nearby their reception counter. In addition to that, they are in the centre of attraction where you can just walk along Jalan Riau, and mostly importantly its safe. However, they really need to train their staff well. I actually helping out my friend and her family with kids , as well as her mom. They came with 4 adults and 2 kids, i booked 2 rooms for 3nights stay, but they only gave 1 room till 10pm. Maybe there are little miscommunication between my friend and I, but i thought the hotel staff might be alert, that i already booked 2 rooms instead of 1. When my friend ask to get another room, they keep on telling that they have to ask their manager first. I hope they will sort out thing very fast once noticed! Plus they overcharged my friend for birthday celebration, but they promise to return my friend’s money. I hope they keep their promise. I can really recommend to stay at this hotel, but please do a great job guys. Thank you very much.

This hotel being renovated by other management, so there's no more sanbe hotel, cause there's a transitions make this hotel not carry well like the lift not help us to go to the parking lot, all the furniture's old looks and not really clean. Everything is like pasive inside from the staff, facilities and everything but maybe if there's no transition condition this hotel can be good hotel for family group.

the hotel is quiet and relaxing. great getaway if you want a quiet trip. the atmosphere is green, refreshing, cold and breezy, as most of the views are facing trees in landscape, hills. you may see some view of mountains if the sky is clear. the temperature up the hill here is always cool not hot and humid like those normal hotels in the street of dago. you need to have your own transport to get here or going around the dago street. but if you don't have, the hotel staffs here is always ready to help you to call for cab. usually the waiting time will be between 15-30 minutes depends on the traffic the cab need to get to wisma joglo. usually the cab come from dago street to get up here. breakfast is not really great and there's not much choice, perhaps i'm staying on weekday so it less introducing the local delicacies. and there is no swimming pool. the hotel is much more quiet on weekday, perhaps only 3-4 rooms are occupied. weekend has the most tourist/locals who drop by here to catch the great view. view of bandung city at night from hilltop here is like sparkles of diamonds!

We stayed for two nights and found the wisma to be very adequate for our family of 4 with two young boys. When we first arrived, our room was in the corner and had a little smell of cigarettes. After requesting a different room, the staff happily moved us upstairs to much more cheerful room. The rooms are spacious with two bedrooms and a separate bathroom. Everyone was pleased with the hot water, and there is AC in the main room if you like. I would only add that the ruang tamu was not a great place to eat with young children unless you want to clean up food everywhere. The location is quite convenient for sites in Dago. Even if you are not familiar with the area, this Wisma is quite easy to find and it is accessible by car (though the road is a little narrow). The staff were quite friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was satisfactory (nasi goreng/mie goreng). I would recommend this wisma for other families on a budget who want a clean stay.
