"Very accessible from Osaka Train Station. Lobby is located at 9th floor of Links Umeda. Restaurants, bakery, supermarket and shops are very accessible at level B1 to level 8 of the building. Lobby is so spacious and has free coffee for guests. Lobby has a nice zen garden and a map of osaka engraved on a wooden table. Basic needs like pajamas and toiletried are provided in room, including kids goodie bag. TV in room has access to youtube. Shopping centres like Hankyu and Daimaru is just a 5 min walk away. We will definitely book this Hankyu Respire the next time we are in Osaka."

"I arrived from Kansai with my Three nieces ages 21 - 20 & 12. After the train ride from Kasai Airport to Osaka Train Station .. We just walked a few minutes and were able to check in and have our rooms in a jiffy. The Hotel is just withing the Adjacent Daimaru Dept Store and near other commercial establishments. Rooms are just right 16 sq meters ..amenities are well provided and Granvia Restaurant ( Ripple offereed Good Menu. We tried their buffet breaffast and all my nieces were satisfied !! Will use this hotel again in October! Thanks Granvia !!"

"The best location in Umeda. Osaka train station is just below the hotel. Just press B1 from your hotel floor and exit right at the subway. Bus limousine from and to Kansai airport is right across the hotel at JPY1,550/pax. Room is tiny but clean. Bathroom is white and clean with superb shower pressure. Bonus for the ladies is the Shiseido foam facial wash provided by the hotel free of charge. We will, definitely, stay here again!"

"Hotel was a little far from Osaka station. But if you’re taking a internal subway, then it’s very near Umeda station. Hotel entrance were elusive. Staff didn’t really speak good English, had a little trouble communicating if you need something more than just checking in/out. But there’s a Shake Shack opposite 👍🏻"

"Pros: Big lobby, big rooms, very new and clean, friendly staff, self-checkout. It's a six-minute walk from the central Osaka train station. This was my favorite hotel during my recent trip to Japan. Cons: I would've preferred one big bed over two smaller beds."

"hotel is closed to Osaka train Station,Umeda Subway Station,and Airport Bus,Just walk for a few minutes.So it is very convenience.There are many shops,deparetment stores and restaurants.If you want to go to tenjinbashi shopping street,take JR train just one station to Jr Temma.Our room is twin room with more space.Breakfast is good for 1000 yen(we book room with no breakfast).Hotel staffs have good englih,so no problem in communication.Next time if we come back to Osaka,we will stay at Hearton hotel."
