"the property manage by the agent while the owner of the units were not there. The agents has no responsibility at all for the condition of the units they sell/rent. The units / rooms provided was very bad and not worth the rented, the sheets are not replaced, no facilities are provided even for a single sheet of towel, dirty room and the dust are still very visible in the corner of the room. There is a soap container in shower room but it's completely empty when I checked in. So I HAD TO ASK them to refill the soap. Bottled water is not provided EXCEPT you ask for it. The toilet Bidet is broken, and seems not to be fixed. The staff was not professional. I extended for another day, but they didnt notify me to reset the room key. So I could not access the room once I got out. And It was kinda tiring to go back and forth to the lobby to reset it. "
