It is hard to find any flaw in this hotel. The lobby area, corridors, elevator and the room are very clean. The staff are probably the friendliest I have seen. The breakfast was excellent and everyone was following the covid-19 measures. I would come back if i visit Riyadh again.

Hotel building is very old but have good location, good facilities, Breakfast is excellent, needs more cleaning and maintenance of wash rooms, bed is clean and comfortable, have near by mosque and all services Good for business travelers who seek economical hotels Price of AGODA was really low than hotel price.

Front desk stuff nice and helpful , good small hotel the parking small but fine the hotel in perfect location the rooms are clean and has nice view . The house keeping bad , slow you have to call more than one time. The room service food is good not bad price.

staff is pleasant, bell boys can get u groceries from surrounding stores for a small tip, the rooms are good sized modern and clean . a/c is quite noisy, luckily it was december so it was easy to live without. the mini fridge is located close to bed and noisy as well so i turmeric off. for a business traveller it is a good 4 star hotel

great and comfortable, very comfortable bed, they gave me an upgrade to a king room when I checked in which was great.. internet is very fast and unlimited, which is great for work.. rooms are spacious and very clean, the AC was not working very well, it was not cool enough, in Riyadh its 45 degrees so you need to have a good AC working

The hotel is under maintenance now, the noise is un acceptable. The reception staff aren’t up to the level of the chain standards in the way of talking and problem solving. The rooms Furnitures are old and below average. In summary, it’s not what we experience in the other four seasons hotels.
