This is one of the best hotels in Bandung very close to most shopping malls like Paris Van Java and Pascal Mall. Very clean and tidy hotel and room was very neat and clean with super comfortable bed and pillows. This hotel deserve to be a 5 star hotel. Every staff was very welcoming and helpful in booking a taxi and explaining the places around. I would stay in this hotel again for sure.

Wonderful staff, very attentive n caring. The receptionist handled a booking problem in a very respectable manner, he was also relaxed in asking me some details regarding d booking and kept me occupied with some forms to fill out, before he politely n sweetly offered me to wait on d sofa. I have had this kind of problematic booking situation before at another hotel, different group, they were so tensed and unbelievably ignorant. But the Bird's receptionist deserves a five star kinda award for his professionalism in fixing the weakest link. ;0)

We booked a few rooms as we were going as a large family, and had a great overall experience. Rooms were nicely furnished, had everything we needed and service was exceptional. Check-in was smooth and quick, and we enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located in an area with lots of street food and restaurants (I recommend the grilled banana at a kiosk opposite the hotel, as well as chicken porridge that's great for breakfast, also opposite the hotel), and also has a great view of Tangkuban Perahu and depending on which room you get, you may also be able to see planes landing and taking off at the nearby airport. Would recommend this to other travellers and would return if I visit Bandung again.

Made a booking through AGODA.com.sg 2 days prior to my departure. Hotel staff had overlooked my request made to pick me up, Airport Transfer from airport to hotel and back. Upon arrival at hotel, i informed them about this and they had apologized. The Hotel Manager had than requested the Front Desk Staff to return me my taxi fare incurred, 100,000 rupiah though i insisted its okay. Perhaps they can just help to arrange to send me back to airport upon checking out 2 days after. Really would like to thank the manager and the staff for this great accommodation. Good team and keep working with big smiles.

Affordable and pretty large room for the price I paid. Room is clean. Staff is helpful. I booked a room without breakfast but they gave me free instant noodles and coffee sachets every day for my entire stay. There is no door signage to clean up room but they will still clean up my room and change the towels. There is also a cafe downstairs besides the hotel entrance where I can conveniently grab a cup of coffee before departing anywhere.

as we transit from Bali to bandung by airasia , in the last minute we chooce this hotel based on the reviews thru agoda, and we are satisfied to stay at cassadua, from the airport Bandung only few minutes by taxi airport, better to take the voucher from the airport so you will not busy to bargain the taxi fare with the driver, many types of rooms : standard, deluxe, superior, family, I suggest to take the family room if you stay more than 2 people inside. and better rent a hotel's car , the rate is ok and the more important is we feel safety since we know the address and the manager if something wrong with the driver or the services, ask the hotel to arrange the ittinearry based on your needs want to go. basically they are all friendly , only the language barrier for some locals or staff who can not speak English. there are 2 kind of tour :North Bandung tour(tangkuban perahu volcano, hot spring water ciater, lembang and south bandung tour (ciwidey , white crater (kawah putih). lake situ patengan, hot spring water cimangu ect.. and factory outlets at Dago, rumah mode, riau, pasar baru, PVJ , beware pick pocket. be friendly . have a good time.

as i write on the title, this is the cheapest 3 star hotel i've ever stayed. it happened because the hotel is new and has 50% disc. booking through agoda, further discounts for using mandiri card and for having my agoda points redeemed. so, at the end, i only got to pay low for superior twin. very nice deal! i love to stay at a new hotel because it is clean, everything is freshly new and usually the price is very cheap. so you got everything you need from a hotel by paying almost nothing.. interior is beautiful, bed is comfy, bathroom is unique because there are 2 doors, sliding from 2 different directions/sides and they meet at the corner. breakfast is standard 3 stars but eatable. this hotel major weakness is the location. it is side by side a gas station, so it's vulnerable if there is an explosion, isn't it? also, it faces to a small street that is bumpy. not nice. there is 2 ways of coming to this hotel. either come from the main entrance of the hotel which is the street is narrow and bumpy like i said, you can also come from the gas station, which is behind the hotel.

arrived late and checked in at around 11 pm. no hot water for showering, as per reception they will fix it. since there was no hot water the next day again, even though it worked during the day, i assume they shut it off at night to save energy/money! In the first night, somebody delivered our breakfast to the room at 6 am in the morning. not sure where in hell you come up with the idea to deliver breakfast at 6 am on a saturday to a couple who are clearly not on a business trip. My wife is indonesian and asked the room boy, he only answered he was told to deliver now. we didn't bother to inquire with the reception. The room has mold at many spots and when it rains a lot, it will even drop from the ceiling. The bed makes sounds when you turn around. the window ceiling in the bathroom was full of dead ants. I would not recommend the place to anyone. only if you are up for a big bargain and cant afford more...

(+) I booked 3# rooms on the weekend. I came earlier than the check in time (around 10.00 AM), but when I asked 1# room first because I need to kept the luggage's before I went to city sightseeing, the reception gave me the free of charge for the early check in. The room was clean, completed with the room and bathroom amenities, there was also a tea and coffee maker. Some things that I've not expected can I get at a cheap hotel. They served a good breakfast. Upon checked out, surprisingly, my car was cleaned up by the staff. A very good services from a hotel. (-) Only one thing that makes me felt a little bit un-comfort. It was the window glass of the bathroom inside room. I think it was a little bit transparant. You can see somebody's position inside the bathroom clear enough. Overall I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Nice ambiance, very comfy to stay. I love the room n furnitures. Love how they decorate the room with Java concept. Stones, wood n batik. Quiet also. Good breakfast, lovely receptionist. Nice bed. Clean. Ahhh just love it! But it's a bit pricey, same like if u stay in a 3 stars hotel. But, i still prefer to stay here. Only the room number 9 where a stay, the AC wasn't so good. That's all
