"the hotel presents a good value and has very clean rooms of reasonable size. free internet access is a definite plus! the only drawback is that the spa (onsen) is for men only ! here, the hotel should make some accommodations for their guests of both genders. the staff was very helpful in giving out printed bus schedules and directions to the next bus stop. it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the bus stop and another 20 minutes of a bus ride to the center of nagano."
