"We were there for a night, looking for Bandung fresh air and escape from crowd and noise. The hotel was quiet, we arrived in the evening and there was a big gate on the entrance of the hotel. We drove 1 km downhill to get to the reception. The check in time was very fast, it looks like they're waiting for us and they have prepared our room key beforehand. The room was big, double size bed with nice balcony looking over the hill and some part of Bandung city light. The view on the hill was villas complex, it comfortably makes us feel secluded yet not alone. In the morning, I was feeling sick and unable to go down for breakfast, they called at 9 am just to remind us about the breakfast, but we remain staying in the room. Due to my sickness, I called the room service and ordered hot drink, and 15 minutes later amazingly they knock on our door and they brought us complete set of breakfast with hot drink included. I have been to many hotels around the world and only this time Hotel staff making personal touch and have initiative to please the guest. It was a great experience, we feel like we've been taking care of, definitely looking to come back to this hotel."

"overall, a nice stay for price. location is far from crowd & main roads, need more directions along the pathway to hotel and road are sloppy - may need experienced driver. best for couple & family gathering. great for business break & team building meetings for its many gazebo's. haven't tried full range of their restaurant food, their continental b'fast is above average. superior room is large enough for family with a small kid with bubbles heated bath tub. pool are small but cozy, however kid's playground is really standard. "
