"Breakfast restaurant on 16F has great view. This could be the best view from the breakfast restaurant among the hotels around Nagano station. I was so satisfied with the menu of the breakfast buffet which includes some of local food like Shinshu Soba and also several dishes can be treated as main menu. The hotel is bit far from the station compare with others, but the clean facility and great breakfast are enough to stay here again definitely."

"This was my second stay for another 3 nights. Would recommend booking the Superior Twin Room. Very much bigger at 30 sq m. Worth the extra $$. Very reasonable price for the quality of sleep you get. A real 4=-star hotel. Very convenient to book tickets for outstation. The Apico Highway bus office is just opposite. Booked my ticket to Togakushi Shrine (must do) Buy the Togakushi Travel Pass which comes with a free ride to the famous Nagano famous (Zenkoiji). The walk back is all doiwn hill for 1,8m. Yopu can also buy tickets from here to Takayama, Matsumoto and Kamijkochi. At the East Gate of the Nagano Station, you can take buses to the surrounding ski resorts e.g. Happo-One . Or to Omachi or Shinado Omachi Station for the start of the Tateyama Alphine Route (Snow Wall) Will be back again. "

"Ok this place was absolutely amazing. I normally never write reviews but felt compelled to for this hotel. Location - a few mins walk from Nagano Station Cleanliness - this place is MAD clean Aesthetic - the design is beautiful and it really creates a really relaxing vibe Facilities - the onsen was AMAZING. Like really good. They also have late night free ramen Room - really nice room, extremely clean, etc. Only complaint was the pillow was like a buckwheat one and wasn’t good for me. Highly recommend this place, one of the best stays I’ve had at a hotel, and it wasn’t even super expensive. "

"The next time I come to Nagano, I will stay here. The hotel is connected by tunnel to the train station so even if it's raining or snowing, you will stay dry. The train station has Nagano's best department store, a Starbucks, a McDonalds and many decent restaurants. There's a 7-11, Family Mart and Don Quixote very close by and the nearby streets are filled with shops and restaurants. The hotel room we had (their cheapest room) was clean, stylish and we were given Shisheido soap, shampoo and conditioner. Highly recommended for anyone who doesn't need a resort."

"Great place to stay just one block from Nagano station, yet very quiet as the hotel starts at the 5th floor (our rooms were on the 11th floor). Also just off the main street leading up to Zenkoji temple. There is a convenience store on the ground level, as well as many nearby restaurants and izakaya. The staff was very helpful, assisting us in shipping an unneeded suitcase forward to Hiroshima. The rooms are not large but are adequate, very modern and very clean."
