I enjoyed during my stay at Alila hotel, one of the best hotel in Solo I think. The hotel looks fantastic, and the room nice as well. Too bad when I came, the room available almost at 2 pm, while I was asking to get early check in several days before becoz I got train which came early also. The hotel was not 100% finished, several works at hotel is still in progress, fortunately it's not disturbing the guests at all. Hotel staffs are very helpful, they will offering us promptly some solution if we can't get what we want. From me.. I hope Alila will improved so guests can check-in as soon as possible as we asked, especially if we already make confirmation to get early check-in several days before. Last but not least, Alila still has lots of potential to give the best service to their customers as five stars hotel.

Pros : - (For Muslim) there is a Mosque beside the Hotel. - Really Fast Check-in - Staff is so friendly; every time they see a Guest, they always give a polite gesture. - I feel stay in 5-stars hotels, or I can say : 4-stars hotels with 3-stars price. - Breakfast is sooo goood. - Midtown, everything so easy to reach. Cons : - My request (high floor) didn't granted. But it's cover with the overall greatness of this Hotel. - The Swimming pool & Restaurant is side-by-side in the same floor, which, in my opinion, not suitable. But, still, it's all cover up with that great food in the restaurant. So, Verdict : Worth of your money. & I will stay here again if I visit Solo, whether with family or groups. Thanks Aston.

The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast, they served large variant of breakfast and it taste good. The swimming pool was also amazing, but you need to walk to Lorin hotel and asked for a coupon, don’t worry it’s free. Nothing was broken in my kids’ room, but unfortunately the air conditioner in my room wasn’t working well. I already asked the staff to checked the air conditioner but it still not working. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Good: - Welcoming and friendly staff - Lobby, elevator and room and corridors are clean, bright and air-conditioned - Interior design of the rooms is beautiful, including the carpet and tiles - Room was spacious, window is big and floors are very clean - Shower head water is strong, warm and reliable - Towel was clean and fairly new - Bathroom was big, bright and equipped with toiletries - Provided 2 standard Aqua bottles and tea/coffee + facilities - Swimming pool very well maintained (not dirty) with towels provided - Bed was comfortable and fairly clean - Internet was sometimes moderately fast - Air conditioner was working very well - Hotel close to train station and shopping malls Bad: - Pillowcases smell bad (like clothes that are still wet) - Internet was sometimes slow - Have to pay Rp. 3000 every time I enter and exit the hotel via taxi/GRAB/Go-Car. Money is collected for 'parking' as the hotel is located above Robinson Department Store.

First time I saw the Alana Hotel through Agoda. com I had so much attention with it. On the Agoda's lists this hotel provided stuffing offer of a luxury room (personal opinion) with cheap prices. When I arrived, all staff gave me a good and kind welcome greeting that I've never met before. Overall, I recommend this hotel to all of you who will stay for a while in Solo. Excellent Staff, Delicious food breakfast, Nice room (clean and tidy), High speed of WiFi connection, good facilities (gym, restaurant and pool) are some of the best things that you will find in this hotel. And the last but not least, you can get cheaper price than the similar hotel around Solo. Thanks Alana for making my vacation enjoyable.

This is my first time staying here. And it is much better than I expected. Considering the hotel is not a brand new one but they can keep the hotel is great like any other hotels. The hotel is value for money. The bathub is clean. The swimming pool is huge. The location is neaby Nasi Liwet Mbak Yanti, Soto Batiah, and the famous Kampung Laweyan. The staff is also attentive and friendly. I’d really love to stay here again next time and try the Executive Room! Keep up the good work Sunan Hotel!

fave hotel adi sucipto solo has strategic location, it is not far from solo airport. the hotel has unique batik carving outside of the hotel, it makes the hotel has own identity and different with others. front desk staff made me feel welcome with their smile and they are very friendly. the large bed size make comfortable for refreshment, it's bigger than other 2 star hotel. it has fast internet connection in the guest room. the hotel has many choices of delicious food for breakfast. i really enjoy staying at fave hotel adi sucipto solo.

I stayed in this hotel for visiting surakarta just one night on 5th October last weekend. I have choosing this hotel based on Agoda's review. My first impression about this hotel is Good but need more improvement. As I remembered, there's no security staff in the gate entrance or in the lobby entrance for helping us to show the direction to the parking area. The lobby is really need more touch of Soul. seriously, I mean it. Actually Lobby of this hotel was beautiful design but there's no music, there's no public area who check all the time about the cleanliness or just for checking the flower position. Really need more soul than this hotel's lobby become more attractive. The receptionist staff quite good but need more attractive gesture, need more smile, need more talk active and spirit to welcoming and helping the guest. The room is unexpected, which is good. because I thought that the superior type is not really specious but when I come to the room, quite surprised. The bed is so fluffy and comfort. The bathroom is so clean. The air-conditioning is so cold. Overall for the superior bedroom is good except the view. The best of the best of my stay experience in this hotel is The Breakfast Food. In spite of the restaurant design and the lack of attractive music, the taste of the food is the best. I really enjoyed the breakfast and try all the menu. Last but not least, I do believe that this hotel could be more attractive than now. So please give the details attention. I'll be back to this hotel and hopefully more attractive soul welcoming my next visit. The hotel is extremely interesting, the breakfast was served with elegance and charm and the GM of the hotel (as well as the staff) did her very best to make our stay enjoyable - taking us to the batik village, explaining where to go in Solo and finally booking our return trip to Jogja. I heartily recommend this hotel and would happily stay again on my next visit to Solo.

My stay in Amrani Hotel was on transit trip. It was late check in, but the staff was still in excellent service The room was good, it was meet the price. The cleanliness also satisfying. Bed quality was enough to give me and family, a good and nice night sleep Maybe need improvement in breakfast menu, need a little various menu to freshen the breakfast Hotel location was relatively strategic. Its near train station, main road access, much of culinary spots Overall, I have the experience much more than the price

Book 2 room for my family vacation. The rooms are located on one big nice residence/house with 5 rooms, so if you bring groups this hotel is very recommended. I notice the hotel at least have 9 houses. There's a decoration temple within hotel area, where we can have nice picture, especially during night. Hotel location is within walking distance (400m) to "Pujasera Teplok" where we can find vary local food.

1. The rickshaw (becak) driver told me that this hotel is not located at Adisucipto area, which forced me to call Agoda (roaming) to check the correct address. I contacted the no stated in the booking form, but the hotel didn't pick up. They told Agoda that the hotel address is correct. 2. Poor bldg maintenance: leaking from ceiling, hot water is not working, bathroom handle only 1 side, shower head is broken, lights are broken, ants crawling on bathroom's door, etc.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is near the main street, a dept. store, and restaurants. It is an old family house which is well-maintained and renovated into a two-storey hotel with the owner living in the complex. It is not a huge hotel but very homey with lushious green gardens. Rooms are spacious, clean and nice. Breakfast is simple but special as it is personally prepared.

The hotel is relatively new (about 2 years old), staffs are polite, room is nice cozy & large, ac is cool, hot water for shower, free wifi in lobby & room plays youtube videos without lagging, boiler to make coffee, mini refrigerator, mini safe box, LCD TV, cabinets to store your clothes. I don't know if this hotel has swimming pool or gym. Business center is not open during my 1 day stay, but I have no trouble printing my internet tickets by emailing tickets to receptionist, it costs about 20 cents per printed page. The hotel is located in the main road, convenience store (indomaret) is very near. Breakfast is good but not great. Indonesian breakfast includes fried rice and soto (clear soup). Some local traditional drinks (jamu). Western breakfast is rather limited to toast bread, sausage & fried potatoes, pastry, egg, coffee, tea, juice (no orange juice), fruits. If you opt for room without breakfast, you can go to nearby convenience store (indomaret), you can buy burgers, hotdogs, sandwiches, japanese suki, noodles, fruits, ice creams, coffee, tea, softdrinks, beer, etc at much cheaper price. From Hotel you can go around the city using taxi or becak (local rickshaw) which is available 24-hours. Overall a nice and pleasant stay, I will comeback to this hotel in the future.
