I came to Bandung with my wife. In my opinion, this hotel is strategically located in between of the most famous outlet in Bandung which is Rumah Mode and also Restaurant Sederhana (padang delicacy) which serves delicious food. Facility - The elevator is quite efficient, the pool is not that big but located on the roof which provides beautiful scenery. Room - Quite spacious for couple like us, the bathroom is quite small but it’s ok for us Staff - very friendly and helpful when needed Breakfast - not many choices but they served delicious fried rice and porridge Location - next to Rumah Mode (50m) and Restaurant Sederhana (20m). You can call a grab to get you to other location in Bandung. The fare is cheap ranging from 20000 IDR to 50000 IDR depends on your destination. Setback - The hotel only has 3 irons/iron board, so if all the iron is occupied you have to wait for a longer time as they don’t have any ironing room.

just remember to said grand setia budi hotel & apartment as some taxi driver knows it as apartment. When i arrived at the hotel, the front desk identify me immediately, probably as i was last to check in for that day. They were friendly and had good warm welcome. The 2 room suite were comfortable, spacious, clean and odorless. Bathroom is big and toilet, warm shower works fine. Breakfast was great with variety from local delicacy which suits asian taste bud. Easy to get taxi once u walk out to the main street. Rumah mode is about 10 minutes walk. Rumah mode is where u get the genuine as others offers mix original and fake. Make sure to go to ayam goreng suharti and kampung daun for dinning. Area is known for cooler temperature so nice to walk at night. There is nearby night clubs for those into nightlife. Make sure u start early if u going kawah putih or tangkuban perahu as it takes up almost a day and skip it if u want to do more shopping if u going for a short trip.

I had really marvellous stay at Mercure Setiabudi, wonderful interiors and exteriors, and amazing pool. 15 mins to PVJ and Zen (foot/body massage)and around 17 mins to Rumah Mode (Factory Outlet) by car. I was very impressed by all the staff within the hotel, especially the front desk. They're very courteous and friendly, I remember Stephany who handled my extension stay did a great job. Adequate gym equipment with trainer. The room was very comfortable in every way. Bed was comfortable with perfect pillows. Love the television set and the cable options available, plenty to choose from local channels, news, kids, sports and entertainment channel. The housekeeper did a great job cleaning the room. Room smelled clean and fresh. The views from the balcony to swimming pool at night were breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was amazingly good, so many varieties, from western breakfast with freshly cooked eggs, waffles, pancakes to pasta to Indonesian/Asian selection. A little bit let down with local foods breakfast section, though. Very mushy fried rice and fried noodles. Restaurant staffs were courteous and friendly. Even though on the second night, i had ordered a bowl of ice cubes two times and they were never delivered to my room, the exceptional service from the staff was second to none, I will certainly be staying here again and recommend Mercure Setiabudi to anyone. Note: I was staying at a deluxe room on 5th floor. It's free mini bar (coke, sprite, tehbotol,freshtea). And thank you so much upgrade me from superior to deluxe.

This is the best hotel for those who look for budget. It is near with shopping area especially Rumah Mode & other factory outlet down to Chiwalk. Friendly staff and good service since they give me to check in early due to flight reschedule. Rooms is very clean and comfortable. Need to improve the breakfast menu! I am staying for 3 days, the menu is the same. Internet access should be wider coverage till inside the hotel room, not only at the lobby area. Overall, the service is good!

i like staying this hotel, the environment are good..near to the 'rumah mode' and many more outlet.staff were very friendly.i was surprised with extra service (massage) at our room for me and my husband.food delicious.the staff really helpfull when i ask for the internatinal adaptor for plug.the staff sent to my room..thanx for the service.the price is reasonable n the service was excellent

We had 2 rooms, 5 ppl, 3 nights family stay around independence day. Being exhausted from 30+ hours of flight from USA & in addition 7+ hours of traffic from Jakarta to Bandung, we were able to windup tranquilly in this 3 stars hotel with 5 stars treatment مَاشَآءَاللّهُ We had called ahead to inform for late check-in because of traffic and as soon as we arrived, immediately greeted with warmth & they knew who we were. The receptionist guy (sorry I forgot your name), was accommodating, extremely friendly & polite with abundant of smile مَاشَآءَاللّهُ Everything was exactly as described & pictured. Hotel & rooms were flawless! Extremely clean, the beddings, decors, bathroom with all marble & rain-shower-head, all combined feel luxurious! Exceeded our expectations for a 3-stars hotel. The room also feature adzan sound & prayer utilities & the Quran مَاشَآءَاللّهُ Hotel facilities are sufficient! From parking, to musholla & rooftop beautiful view of the city & mountain مَاشَآءَاللّهُ picture perfect! The location was convenient, close to everything! Mosques, restaurants (street vendors too), short drive to Lembang & Dago (when there’s no traffic) Breakfast was awesome. They served variety of Indonesian breakfast like Bubur Ayam (chicken porridge with condiments), fried rice, fried noodle, some other chicken/beef dish, some other varieties of food & dessert which I didn’t recall them all. The dining room was cozy & felt luxurious with all the decor & furniture. The servers were very attentive. We had some guests visiting us & we took over the lobby sitting area & ordered some food & drinks from the restaurant, and the staff were accommodating, thank you! We also like to give applaud to the housekeeping team who cleaned our rooms & brought us water in the middle of the night, the maintenance guy who came to the room & fixed the faucet right away (because it was too tight, it wouldn’t turn), bellboy & parking/security guy, they were all very helpful & nice!

My sister, my nephew and I stayed in Hemangini Hotel for 4 nights, and the first impresion we got from this hotel was that it was so cozy and welcoming. We booked the standard room and it was very clean and spacious, the place was also quiet and good for resting even though u could hear some noisy motorcycle voice once in a while. The location is strategic, in the center of the city, close to Rumah Mode the famous factory outlet, and only takes 45 minutes to Lembang, and there are some restaurants nearby. My sister liked this hotel very much she said that it was worth the money and couldnt believe that that kind of room was that cheap. The staffs were friendly and ready to help. I left my hats in the room because I thought my sister packed them and when I got home she told me she didnt have them they must've been left in the hotel, so I called the hotel and asked the receptionist if she could send them to me, and she was very willing to do it as soon as possible. The follow up was very good, next time I travel to Bandung, I will stay in this hotel again and will recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The location of the hotel is very strategic, just exactly in front of Rumah Mode. So, for those who like to shop in Rumah Mode, this is the place to stay. Perfect. The hotel is small but beautifully decorated with good furniture and lovely curtains. I stayed at the Suite Room which is next to the very small swimming pool the hotel has. The Suite is pretty big, with a living room, a dining room and a pantry. It has everyday newspaper from local and nation ones. The nice touch that worth to remember are: a welcome drink which sometimes I don't receive it at several chain hotels, and also at around 3 pm, they invite you to have an evening tea session which you can taste some traditional cakes and cookies for free. It's good to have drink hot tea or hot coffee with those small cookies while the rain is pouring heavily outside the hotel.

Sorry for my late review. I was staying here for 2 nights at end of January 2019 for a short business-leisure trip to Bandung. Booked 2 standard rooms for my family at that time. I was arrive on Thursday and the hotel was very quiet at the time. It wasn't holiday season and during weekday time, so its pretty much normal for hotel in touristy area like Bandung for having lower occupancy at the time like that. And actually I like it when the hotel is not fully crowded by guest, you can enjoy the hotel more privately although its probably not good for the hotel business.. hahaha.. And here is the summary of my stay here. Pros: - This hotel already took my attention for a while, couple of times passing by, the building facade always attract me. You can also see from the picture in internet and instagram that Travello Hotel has a nice design inside, and yes it has great lobby with very high ceiling, a lot of sofa and lounger to relax or wait for check-in/out process. Its quite instagramable lobby to take a couple of shot here (check some on instagram @rheta.the.traveler.baby). - I was arrive early at that time so to spend time waiting for the room to be ready, we took a quick lunch beside their pool in the ground floor (same floor as lobby) and the F&B prices is very reasonable and not expensive for a 4-star hotel. Food taste and portion also pretty good. - Location wise actually depend on your purpose of stay. If you're planning to spend moat of your time on north Bandung area or Lembang, it is a great choice of place to stay. Very close to Terminal Ledeng (less than a km) its situated right on the entrance to Lembang area. Also near to UPI and setiabudhi area where FO and restaurant located. But if your activity mostly in the Bandung city center or Dago area, staying in this hotel especially on holiday season could be tricky. Most of the time the road in front of the hotel (Jl.Setiabudhi) that going up to Lembang is jammed with traffic although the other direction

Hotel provided transfer service at RP100,000 for seven pax. And arranged transport bookings at RP 600, 000 we find it reasonable. and important to have these arrangement which made our trip enjoyable as we can visit the different places with ease. Hotel is clean, internet available in room, king size bed, comfortable bed, this hotel is great for big groups in the same room. breafast is average but the porridge and coffee is excellent. Staffs are helpful and friendly, great smiles too. Room rate is reasonable. It is very near to Rumah Moda the best Factory outlet in Bandung. Do note that there is F & B outlet and SPA in Rumah Moda as well. In short, i will definetly return to Villa Damar if i visit Bandung again.

As a whole, Cipaku Garden Hotel has been improving and become a good place to spend our vacation, especially those who travelling with children. We can swim in a hot pool, play in a large garden, fishing with children,etc. You may get close to Kampoeng Gajah/ Kampoeng Sosis just a few minutes drive. Or for parents who prefer Factory Outlet, it is also close to Cihamples and Rumah Mode. It is also near to Cianjur PesMol, the Sundanese Restaurant that we always go when travelling to Bandung.

We were pleasantly surprised. Enjoyed every bit of our stay at Breeze Bandung. The staff were excellent, they were the nicest and the sweetest and very thoughtful. The hotel itself was awesome, albeit abit far from Bandung City, but so worth the 15minute cab ride from town. The hotel is very nicely put together, the room was clevery designed, bathroom could be a tad bit bigger, but the way the hotel was tastefully curated made up for the small bathroom. We felt like we were staying in a european apartment, especially with the wonderful cool weather we had. The hotel is sprawled with a selection of artworks and sculptures and art installations, that were put together with a lot of thought. It was quiet, no kids! That was the best bit. The design of the room too, beds were super comfortable, we kept wanting to sleep in. It allowed loads of daylight in. It wasn't cluttered, despite having a mini living room space as well. There were enough power points ( hotels never give enough), blinds to allow daylight in without compromising on privacy, and super thick black out curtains that blocked out noise as well. Sheets were clean, and not some cheapo polyester. It's a very very well maintained hotel. Breakfast was superb too. The staff even packed us food for our day trip, and more food when we were headed to the airport for home as well. Small gestures go a long way. Even the hotel owner came to greet us, invited us to view his private art collection at his home. He's such a lovely old man. And it's their indonesian hospitality that would so make us go back there again. You'd never want to leave Bandung after staying here.

I feel very happy and satisfy to stay in The Travelhotel Cipaganti. I stay at Deluxe Balcony, with an area about 22 m2. That was a highly recommended room with affordable price, the room are spacious, clean, fully equiped and furnished, with modern and nice design, with white LCD TV, carpets under one small chair and one small table to have a great coffee time and also covered up with wooden floor panel. Very perfect for relaxing and enjoying the cool air and the view of the half city and half mountain of Bandung from their large glass, to limit the room to the balcony. The bed, the linen, and also the towel are comfy, clean and have a good scent. The bathroom a little bit small for the shower room, but overall it is fine. You should pay IDR50k for deposit to get a key to open the balcony. Noted that this is only deposit, they will give your money back when you check out from the hotel, unless you loss the key, the money will not returned to you so please be understand. The response of the staff and house keeping are quite fast. They had a high speed internet over wifi, and they had TV cable but not in a good quality of picture. The parking area are small, the access to main street are 5 minutes walk, but there is a free shuttle minibus to take you from hotel to main street or to the Cipaganti Shuttle Bus Service Pool at Bandung Trade Center. If I go to Bandung again, I would not hesitate to stay at Travel Hotel Cipaganti.

Very nice hotel, fairly priced, a lot nicer than my previous one Kedaton. Looks very presentable, good facilities with complementary wifi, great location, walking distance to Rumah Mode (the best FO in town), close to Cihampelas and you can go to Jln Riau within the minimum cab fare of 20,000. Food is also not a problem as there's Nasi Padang nearby and the famous Pak Chi Met's Ikan Bakar is a short distance away. Will definitely come here again if I make another visit.

We stay for 3days 2 nights. Our room is very comfortable.We dont need a big room coz only will sleep coz day we will go shopping and sightseeing. But i really love the bathroom, very clean and i love to take bath. Even it is just a cozy hotel but the cleanliness very good. The staff very kind as he give me to use his mobile phone to call taxi. After use second time i gave him tip. we dont try their food becuase afraid it is non halal. The hotel is situated a bit far from town and shopping area. but if you have taxi or car rental it is no problem coz they know all the places.if want to try take a ride of their local transport also can, in fromt of hotel a lot of local transport passing by. Only have to know the road you wish to go, and ask the driver first. the fare is very cheap. Overall i give 8 from 10 mark.
